We enjoyed the golf villa’s spaciousness and its proximity to the pickle ball courts. Pet friendly and very walkable neighborhood. Well maintained resort and villa itself recently renovated.
First we have ever stayed in without any resort instructions or local information that would have made things like obtaining parking permits and resort wristbands easier. James, as the property manager for the actual owner, was very helpful in responding to our questions and was very responsive.
Please note that pool is not heated so no swimming in February. Also, access to the beach is a ten minute walk but there is a parking lot for residents that makes driving easier especially if you have lots of beach stuff to carry.

My family loved this place. We had a group of 7 people (2 couples, 3 teens) and had plenty of space. Beach access is a little walk or short drive away, and they had pickle ball equipment.

We had such a great stay at this location in Miramar Beach! The house was beautiful. Fantastic location very close to the beach. James was so responsive and helpful. A great host!

There was no trash bags, in exception to what was in the trash can. No additional rolls of toilet paper and no dish soap or dish rags. Other than that, everything was exceptionally clean and it was a very comfortable stay.

The only issue was that the condo was in a gated area that requires guests to go through a specific gate to be let in if you don't have the resident passes/qr codes. Because of this, I wasn't sure if I could be let in at night if there wasn't a guard to let me on

•Parking directly in front of unit
•Gated security at both entrances
•A quick 3/10 mile walk to the beach, and free additional parking just south of the lake for resort guests if you'd rather drive.
•Parking pass and wristbands for the pool are provided.

The Rules for the space:
1. NO SMOKING.
2. For your convenience, we are happy to provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials: 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of bath tissue, dish soap
sponge, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. You must provide any additional items you may need during your stay.
3. Pet friendly, but please do not let them sit on the furniture or sleep in the beds.
When you check out:
• LEAVE ALL POOL WRISTBANDS ON KITCHEN COUNTER (There is a $10 charge per wristband to replace)
• take your trash to the trash bin.
• drop all the sheets and towels by the front door.
• start dishwasher for remaining dirty dishes
