Just finished our vacation in this fabulous condo and we will definitely be back! The best thing about it is the incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. The kitchen and baths are nicely updated, the furnishings are very comfy. This was just what we needed for a relaxing break. The beach umbrella and chairs were included and we loved spending most of the day at the beach. Pool and hot tub looked very nice but I'm not a pool person so didn't spend any time there. It has a fitness center but I don't work out on vacation so can't give an opinion on that either. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The owner was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this place.

This large deluxe 2 bedroom at Silver Beach Towers is on the 5th floor and boasts a direct beach view from the living room and from both king bedrooms! There is one reserved parking spot in the gated access garage and additional uncovered parking available. There is a large balcony with access from living room and both bedrooms. Balcony has dining for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. The unit features travertine flooring and new paint throughout. Furnishings are attractive and comfortable, and the living area has a new 65" LG HDTV. Both bedrooms include King beds and 50" HDTVs. Kitchen has solid surface countertops, stainless appliances, and on trend painted cabinets. Master bath includes garden tub in bathroom, separate walk in shower, dual vanities and large walk in closet. Large second bedroom features a king bed, standard closet, bath with walk in shower.
Secure building, semi-private elevator serves 3 units per floor so you can easily ride by yourself if you desire, without long waiting times. There is a reserved covered parking spot in the gated parking garage and additional uncovered parking on parking deck. Complex includes exceptional landscapting, a tennis court, a beach front grilling area as well as access to a professional local gym. Free wifi is included with your rental. Kayaks and paddle board rentals are available at the beach hut on site. It is walking distance from the Back Porch beachside restaurant, the Trak Amusement Park, Merlin's Pizza, and many other attractions and restaurants. There is a traffic light at the entrance to the complex, making entrance and exit easy and safe. The Harbour Walk, with it's many restaurants, and other activities such as fishing charters, jet ski rentals, sailing expeditions, dinner cruises, and many other fun activities is a short drive away.
