Easy access to beach and pool. Condo was nice, just enough room for 2 of us. Only suggestion i have is a door length mirror would be great.We would definitely book again and do plan on doing so. Resort is very close to restaurants, walmart etc. It was the most relaxing vacation we ever had.

This rental was an efficiency that was wonderful. From the pool to the beach we were impressed with it. We brought our own roku that connected easily to the internet and tv. The only minor discomfort was the king size fitted sheet that felt like it had small knots all over it. But the bed was awesome! We will remembder this location for next years beach escape! Thank you for letting stay within such luxury!

My husband and I loved are stay at this condo! It has all the things you need and for a comfortable stay. Steps to the pool and beach! Everything is so tasteful and we loved having the Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on site for a nice date night. You can’t go wrong for a quiet vacation for two, and Patty is right there if you need her!

The apartment is well suited to a couple. The only complaint is it is next to a main exit that leads to the pool and the door on this exit does not have a working "closer" so it slams loudly and shakes the wall of the apartment. I recommend reporting this to the maintenance manager for immediate repair.

Stayed with my boyfriend for his birthday & it was beautiful! Clean, plenty of bath linens, kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots pans, plates, cups, wine glasses etc. TV was nice & big WiFi was decent. Communication with the host Patty was 5 star! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this VRBO. Everything was accurately listed and very clean when we arrived. The only thing I wish we knew before hand is that you cant a bring personal umbrella or shade, you must rent one of theirs ($35/day) if you plan to sit on the private beach. Not a huge deal to us, we simply walked to the edge or our private beach and had no issues. We will be back for sure! Our host was responsive with any questions we had.

Wow! This property was amazing for our honeymoon. The unit was clean and easily accessible to the main strip of Destin. It was very nice to just walk out to the amazing pool and be a few steps away from the beach. We loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend and will book with Patty again!

The overall stay at the condo was pretty good there were a few things that weren’t received but once I notified property manager, they got it squared away within 48 hours. I have stayed at this resort for several years but this was my first time at this unit and overall it was a pleasant. I was only disappointed in getting questioned by the property manager on how many people were staying at the condo. We were fully aware of occupancy and signed the agreement. My husband and I have a big family and we usually have 3 to 4 condos rented there. Our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren family rent the other condos. My husband is handicapped and so the kids would come over to carry our stuff or bring back and a few times my children sat on patio to have coffee or come pick us up. So it was a little disheartening when the property manager called and questioned and I had to give explanation because someone called her to tell her multiple people were there.

They have several beach services available but no towel service. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Back Porch for dinner. Great overall experience for an anniversary trip!

The rental was a pleasant getaway. The condo was comfortable, it was easy to get adjusted and settle in. It was on the beach as advertised (past the gated pool area). They did have a good bit of the building and parking spots blocked off due to what looked like painters/maintenaners resurfacing the building. So, we couldn’t go out on the patio, and our view outside was hindered a little. But that’s outside of the owner’s control, and I don’t begrudge her for it. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and will likely return if she’ll have us.

The pool is just steps away from the patio. Easy check-in process. Very clean. The host is amazing and very easy to get a hold of! We will definitely be coming back. Silver Shells resort is the best in Destin. On the beach, huge swimming pool, beach bar- the resort is amazing. My husband and I booked this condo for a quick getaway and it did not disappoint. It’s located in the St Croix building, which is direct oceanfront and the closest building to the pool and beach. The condo was beautiful- professionally decorated and extremely clean. It was perfect for us. Patty is the owner and she was wonderful to work with- extremely communicative and always available. She was truly a gem. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

Due to no washer and dryer in the unit. Guests will have a set of 8 baths, 8 hand, and 8 washcloths regardless if you stay 2 nights or a week. Guests over a week will have fresh towels dropped off and the others picked up.
Around May, June and July you’ll have entertainment by local bands as well as some Nashville hits!! (Seasonal and depends on Sand Bar band schedule) The beach vendors work hard every day to make sure guests are well taken care of. Especially because some of them live on the resort. The patio is a direct walkout to the pool and beach. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is also located on the premises at Silver Shells. There is really no need to leave this incredible Destin resort once you are here. Henderson Park is adjacent to Silver Shells and offers a private untouched beach that is not found in other Destin resorts. Back Porch restaurant is a stroll down the beach, and Silver Shells guests have their own tiki hut for drinks and meals right on the sand. Guests have access to the Destin Health and Fitness Gym located at 4471 Commons Drive. Please ensure you are wearing your Silver Shells wristband and have your ID handy, to gain access to the facility. Destin Health and Fitness offers a robust set of equipment as well as Pilates, Zumba, TRX, Muscle Pump, and Yoga.
This studio is a large, very spacious room for two! This condo is for adults only(we make exceptions for kids if one adult and one kid, but ask first). Max is TWO People.
You'll see the whole resort, the gulf, the pool, and that gorgeous sun every morning through the high glass patio doors. It's just gorgeous! We loved walking to dining every night!
