The living room offers an abundance of seating where you can watch TV while keeping an eye on the marine life in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The wall-to-wall windows and sliding doors lead to a private balcony where you can enjoy the sounds of the sea. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and stainless appliances. Your chef will love the generous counter space and the well-lit Kitchen. The dining area has a spacious solid wood table that seats 6. There are 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The newly furnished master suite has a Temper-pedic king bed, immersed in cool tones and lush fabrics, with a 55” Smart TV, you'll never want to leave this bedroom oasis! The master closet is so large, you could place a portable crib, all your luggage and your clothes in there. The extra-large master bath has a separate soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower, plus two sinks and a lot of counter space.

The charming Gulf front guest bedroom has a new king bed with luxurious linens and a large Smart TV, lots of closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. The second guest bedroom has two full beds with beautiful custom linens and a flat screen TV. The second guest bathroom also services the main living areas. It features a lovely walk in shower with stunning tilework. For the extra last minute friends, the living room sofa doubles as a spacious queen sleeper!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
