Reservation Payments: An advance payment of 50% of the booking plus any optional insurance coverage selected is required to confirm all reservations. If payment is declined your reservation will not be confirmed. The remaining balance of the rental payment and all applicable taxes must be received no less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.

Resort Policies:
The Sterling Sands Condo Association charges a $15 per person User Fee for each guest that is 5 years of age and older. Guests may pre-pay this fee. This fee covers a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and wristbands to access amenities. A link to pre-pay the User Fee will be included with your Welcome Letter which will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to your check-in date.
Maximum Occupancy: Please note that our unit's occupancy limit, including children, adheres to regulations mandated by the State of Florida and its Fire Codes, based on square footage. Exceeding this limit may result in denial of check-in by the HOA, with no refund provided.
Floor Level: This rental is situated on the 8th floor for your convenience.
Guest Entry: Access to the rental is facilitated through an E-lock, requiring a unique code that is reset after each guest's stay.
Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years or older to reserve this property.
Every guest, 5 and older, must pay the Amenity User Fee of $15.00 + tax
