Sundestin Resort Unit 1418, Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We arrived last Saturday and tonight will be our last night at the property. From the moment we booked Julie was in contact with us letting us know all about the property and the many amenities as well as a layout of all the best local spots to go to during our week long stay. Needless to say, we were able to experience so much and we have had the BEST TIME ever!! The people at this property are so friendly. We actually met 2 other couples just. from being down at the beach (which is literally right out the main floor area, though the pool) and we talked several nights in a row. They too stay here every year and love it!! The room was spacious, conveniently located, it came with plenty of room for people to sleep or lounge in comfort. The cabinets are stocked with everything needed for drinking, cooking, etc. linens were clean. Beds were comfortable. The AIR worked GREAT!!! The condo was equipped with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and an inner tube for swimming. It also has a safe for any valuables. Did I mention the View from the Living Room as well as the master bedroom was AMAZING!! It was truly breathtaking... This is definitely going to be a go to spot for future vacations. Great condo! Would recommend. Convenient location. Clean and well stocked. Beautiful balcony views of the gulf and look to the right and see Destin all lit up at night. Beautiful city views from the living and kitchen windows. Beds were comfortable. Having a bathtub , two full size beds and tv with dvd player in second bedroom a major plus! Plenty of towels, pillows and bedding. Elevators were actually pretty fast for such a large complex. Owner and her management team were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Thank you for renting us your condo! We enjoyed our stay!

The property was very clean and extremly close to the beach..beautiful views!!

Everything was clean and well appointed, more amenities were included than we needed. I definitely hope to be back!

My family and I came down for spring break 2018 and was welcomed by a extremely clean and beautiful condo with BEAUTIFUL Upgrades and a magnificent view of the Gulf!! Our Rep.checked in on us during our stay just to make sure things were in order for us which meant a lot!! Will definitely be coming back to rent this unit in the future....
