The property was exactly what we expected. Excellent communications at all times. Very clean upon arrival. Management contacted us daily to make sure everything was going okay. Will rent again and would recommend using VRBO.

My friends and I had a great time in Destin largely because of the house! Close to everything, enough room for everyone, and spotless. Would definitely stay here again!

We had family from Georgia and Texas. There were 23 of us. From 74 to 4 years old. Some we haven’t seen in 5 years. We had such a good time. 7 of us stayed at Good Vibes and it was perfect. The house had so much room. The pool was nice and the kids really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay there again.

Lots of room! Loves the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Had all the dishes and storage containers needed! Loved having the pool at the house! Bikes provided were a big plus! Area was very nice!!!

We enjoyed the heated pool and mini ping pong table. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly, and the noise ordinances are enforced to keep it that way, which we appreciated. We have been renting a vacation house in the Destin area every year for at least ten years now and we all agreed this was one of the best! We would recommend it and would rent it again.

From the time we checked in to when we checked out, everything was fantastic! We were a group of 10. 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 5-13 and we had a ton of space. The home had nearly everything you could need and the location was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and the starter kits in all the bathrooms were a great touch. Our kids also loved playing the Play Station and ping pong that came with the house.
It was peak Spring Break season and we did have some rowdy neighbors. The homes are fairly close together so that was a tad obnoxious but no fault of the owners. Just something to aware of. We did have a slight issue with the air conditioning not working all that well and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. I will say that the #1 reason we chose this place was for the heated pool (which we did pay for) and it was freezing the entire time. That and the lack of hand towels between the kitchen and 4 bathrooms were our only issues. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend Good Vibes to anyone who asks!

We appreciate the feed back on the hand towels, but just to let you know for future reference, if you had of let us know we could have brought a few more over with no problem With the cold spell we had, it is very difficult to keep a pool at a tolerable temp, especially when the temp drops below freezing at night. Expect the unexpected as they say. Sorry you had an issue with noisy neighbors. Some people just are not considerate of others in close proximities. We do hope that you come back to visit with us. We had a great time staying at your Vrbo vacation rental. Everything was in great working order except a few minor things & great communication with manager if we needed anything. We ran out of propane after using grill once but it was filled the next morning. Walk to beach was not bad but not easy carrying chairs as we needed more than 2 provided at the beach. I think it would have been nice if you provided beach towels since carrying them in luggage was not convenient. Bikes were fun to ride but did have to air up tires at local gas station. Overall, we had a great family vacation

Providing beach service for 2 is the standard, and included in the rental rate. We find provide a few extra fold up chairs helps accommodate our guest. Not sure if you read in the description that there is an option to add beach towels for a small fee if the guest chose to do so. So sorry about the bike tires. We try to check them between guest, but sometimes that gets missed with trying to make sure the rest of the property is clean and in tip top shape for our next guest. Lovely home! We waited a bit later than usual to book our beach vacation and have several "requirements" when it comes to the house - close proximity to the beach, a private pool, 5 bedrooms for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids! We were so happy to have found this house somewhat last minute! The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all although we did pay to park at the front of the neighborhood a few times ($5 for 5hrs - not bad!) We loved that it came with one complimentary umbrella/two chairs down on the beach. There are several restaurants nearby that we enjoyed but also enjoyed staying in and cooking at the house. The communication with the host/property management was excellent! They checked in to ensure all was well with the property and sent little reminders about putting the trash out and things of that nature! Overall a really lovely time at the beach for a group of 9!

The house was beautiful a d loved the space. The stair rail rumbles and shakes. Not as much stuff in walking distance as listed. There was a bee problem but it was addressed. Overall it was a good living experience.

We weren't able to duplicate any rumbling and shaking, but we certainly ensured our stairwell was safe 😇 The closest restaurants within easy walking distance are Kenny D's and Capt. Dave's on the Gulf, both excellent, local restaurants that we love to support! While we did spray the entire perimeter of the home for you, we must acknowledge that it is Spring time with budding flowers and nature doing its thing. We carefully inspected the home and didn't see anything out of the ordinary or areas of concern. Thanks so much again for coming to see us. We absolutely love our Good Vibes home and are so thankful we can share this space with other families to enjoy 🤗

Clean, beautiful and spacious home. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach that was so easy with the kids. The pool in the backyard was a big hit with the kids and adults too since it was so convenient! The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for us since we were wanted to have most of our meals at home. Brittany with breathe easy rentals was absolutely amazing and so attentive! Our only regret was not staying longer!

Brittany contacted us just before and during our stay to make sure all of our needs were met and to see if we had any problems. The backyard pool was perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. Who's ready for some Good Vibes, tan lines, and a vacation for the record books? Here at Breathe Easy Rentals' we're excited to offer a new home to the vacation rental marketplace! This luxury bohemian-styled house is the best place along the Emerald Coast for you and your family to enjoy the beach, all while having the comforts of your own private space.
Everyone will have plenty of room to relax with 4 bedrooms (all located on the 2nd floor) plus a bonus room inside. The beds are oh so comfy, and a couple of the rooms even include desks where you can get some work/school work done if you need (and yes, the wifi is super speedy here!) The Owners just purchased a new sleeper sofa which resides in the upstairs, open landing. You'll find 2 shared bathrooms upstairs and the one in the Master suite that's pretty epic. One of the top raves on the house is the spacious floorplan!
Downstairs you'll find the main living space, a wet bar, and the gigantic kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. Stocked with all the necessities, you'll enjoy dining indoors at home. Afterwards, play a fun game of ping pong, or break out the poker table for a card game. The new sectional is oh-so-dreamy; sink into the deep couch, turn on the TV, and you'll enjoy comfort and peace instantly.
And don't forget the amazing private pool out back - this is the one of the best places we love to hang out and enjoy some vacay vibes. There's a propane grill available for your use, full size washer and dryer, and even a garage! These owners have seriously thought of it all, and we can't wait for you to join us where we love to share Good Vibes!
