We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a short weekend. The location of this condo is amazing! Easy access to the beach and pool! The Breathe Easy Management staff was always a text away if there was anything we would have needed; but we didn’t! They made everything so easy... their name from fits them well!

Great location and very convenient!! Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much. Easy check in and well stocked. The pool grill is great and the condo hosted wonderful kid activities each day priced from $5-$20. Would love to stay again!!!

Condo was perfect location, a few steps and you are on the beach. Ground floor so no waiting on elevators. Great parking deck always plenty of room. Condo is within 2 miles of Publix and Walmart for groceries and sets i between two great shopping centers. Very clean and well stocked with all supplies needed to spend a week. The only thing I missed was a cabinet for our groceries for a week, we had to leave them on the counters and an overhead light in the master bedroom. I would definitely stay here again. Although the price through vrbo was not what the rental company charged. It was $800 more than what I thought I was gonna pay. But with less than a week I had no choice but pay the difference .
Hi, Jawana! We are so happy to hear ya'll had a wonderful vacation! We agree, the ground floor access provides a huge vantage point above many other condos. Part of the drawback of having a fully stocked kitchen is that the cabinets have pretty much everything you need to make a meal at home, but we're so glad to hear ya'll made it through the week with leaving some items out on the counters. A winter project is to update the master bedroom fan with a light - for now, the Owners love having it a cozy room with those stunning picture-windows that open up to the sand dunes outside! In response to the total cost, I hate to admit this, but I have no idea why you'd reference (or be okay) with being charged so much extra for your vacation. We don't have any hidden fees, and when you book online, the price is very clear. You may want to reach out to VRBO so they can assist you further as this may be something on our end - I can guarantee you it is nothing on our side. Glad ya'll could come relax, and we hope ya'll can come visit the Emerald Coast soon again!

Beach Manor 112 has a lot to offer families - easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and family fun activities. Enjoy a beautiful sand-dune view from this first floor vacation rental. The property offers a pool, indoor hot tub, gym and a boardwalk to the beach.
The living area provides plenty of room for the family to chill out, watch a little tv and take in the outside beauty - cable, WiFi and Alexa included. Sofa pulls out to make a full size bed for the extra guests. The dining room provides room for 6 at the dinner table alone with a couple barstools for times when you eat in.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials - from stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the cook ware you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. There is dinnerware, silverware and drinkware. We even provide food storage containers. There is a full size washer and dryer behind the louvered doors for your convenience. We also provide a small bottle of laundry detergent!
Now as you continue the tour of your home-away-from-home, you will find in the Master suite a plush king-size bed with crisp, clean linens and a mattress that is divine. There is a full closet and a dresser for unpacking to stay awhile. You also have your own private access to your garden patio for enjoying late night conversations or morning cups of coffee. Just sit, relax and take in the ocean breeze and stars or sunrise over the water. Your master bath provides a double sink vanity and mirror along with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
The guest room is furnished with a set of comfy twin beds, a table and lamp, closet and dresser and a flat screen tv. You can access the second bathroom from your bedroom or the hallway. You will find it provides a sink/vanity/mirror and a tub/shower combo with all the amenities needed to feel right a home.

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
