Other than the sliding table chairs above us and the extremely uncomfortable furniture, the stay was relaxing. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean is always enjoyable to us.

Our condo at Tops’l was amazing! The views from the living room, and bedroom were both beautiful! Communication with the company was great! They were super attentive, and checked on us several times a day. We had a great Spring Break, and will be booking with them again! A+++++

This was our third time staying at the Beach Manor in Sandestin. The room was great. We had a very minor potty clog and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Overall great time!

This condo is amazing. It was clean, beautiful, and had everything we need for a good stay. The view from the balcony is perfect and from the bedroom you can lay in bed and have a full view of the beach through the big windows.

1. Gorgeous view 2. We’ll priced 3. Beautiful presentation of the condo 4. Very spacious, did not feel like we were stepping on each other 5. Kitchen - utensils, cooking, storage containers, etc - fully stocked and very well put together 6. Well stocked for basic needs until we were able to get settled: coffee, creamer, sugar, dawn, tide, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods 7. Bath and kitchen towels - well stocked (would recommend adding kitchen wash cloth) 8: Excellent communication with the management team of the property. Really felt like they cared, reached out to us to see if we needed anything and how we were doing, and were there to assist us with every need/question we had. Very quick and friendly responses. 9: Would definitely rent this specific condo again and will be looking to book our next trip for this condo

Overall good. All rooms very clean except I thought the floors needed a good mopping. The remote for TV or TV box did not work every time unless the system was rebooted several times or maybe I just didn’t know how to use it. But the system is set up like mine at home. I would definitely rent this unit again!

We work very hard trying to have each property spic and span for all of our guest. We will certainly look into the housecleaners miss of mopping the floors. A quick text to our team and we would have been happy to come by and freshen up the floors for you. Same with the TV issue. If we had only known the trouble you were having, we would most certainly stopped by to troubleshoot the issues you were having. The property was exactly as pictured and described. Easy access to the beach, pool, putt putt, and basketball. Fully stocked kitchen including blender, crock pot, even trash bags. We will definitely be back to the beach next year!

Lovely property - great location! Condo is even nicer in person than in the pictures - living area seemed spacious. We loved being able to walk to three beachfront restaurants - only drove to one meal. Beach was less crowded at Top'l than at typical Destin resorts. Wonderful vacation - would return to this property!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo and property. The condo itself is beautiful, the view from the master/balcony is breathtaking. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, bathrooms were beautiful as well! Communication and check in with the owner was smooth and the easiest I’ve ever experienced, even with one minor hiccup with the bathroom leaking into the floor below us they were very very communicative and accommodating! As far as the property itself it’s beautiful the grounds are gorgeous and well kept, Parking was easy the elevators were quick the pools and hot tub were clean and very nice and the on-site restaurant by the pool was great and we ate there several times! And the beach and ocean were breathtaking. This condo is the last on the beach before private property starts so it was much less busy than others near us. I Highly highly recommend! My family and I are already planning our next trip here next year!

Amazing property - exactly like photos. Amazing property management. The kitchen was so well equipped - it exceeded my expectations. The unit was immaculate. The hair dryers were also fantastic. We were so comfortable. The beach was clean and not overcrowded for spring break. I would 100% recommend it and hope to return someday.

2 moms, 2 teenage girls traveled to this property for spring break. Communication began instantly after booking the unit. I couldn’t be happier with breathe easy. Everything was clear from start to finish. The condo unit was beautiful! It was so clean and comfortable. The building itself is very old but it’s beachfront and the unit is updated and beautiful. The property was very nice and clean! The view was amazing! We were taken away by the starter itemsa-laundry detergent..trash bags..towels..dish washing liquid..etc… It was truly the best condo thus far we have stayed in. We will definitely book again next year if it is available!!!

Our family of 5 (3 kids 11 to 18) loved every minute here. The incredible VIEW is maximized with big windows in the living room and main bedroom. There are room-darkening curtains but we left them open and woke each morning looking into those gorgeous aquamarine waters. The kitchen sink faces the living room windows, so even while washing dishes, I knew we were at the beach. I had my coffee each morning on the lanai overlooking the Gulf. It is easy to get to the beach from the condo. There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room so we were able to use our streaming services. We cooked most of our meals in the condo - plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, as well as a big dining table. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with lots of storage. Brittany, the owner, was easy to reach via text. The condo feels safe, tucked away at the very end of the Tops'l Resort, with attached parking garage. The only problem with this vacation was that it had to end!

First time staying in Sandestin after visiting Destin for years! Miramar beach is so beautiful and my family and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Tops’L Going Coastal is the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in and the property manager was great with staying in touch with us during our stay! We will definitely be back!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Communication was clear from the beginning with email and texting that was timely and not excessive. The directions for how to access information digitally was appreciated too. We had everything we needed upon arrival. There were coffee filters, resort goodies, laundry detergent, and a few toiletries to get us started for the week or at least until we could get to the grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, storage containers, and appliances. We had access to Netflix for the kids to enjoy a movie on a rainy night, and that was a huge blessing LOL! Overall, the mirrors were a little overkill, but really, this place was perfect for our family of four (w/ a 6 and 4 year old). The property's views are impeccable, and the amenities are extremely family friendly. Having access to two pools helped us enjoy a cool down and not as many people. There were planned activities for families near the beach access pool and an option to enjoy a meal or drink at a restaurant. We cannot say enough about how fantastic it was to start our days looking at the beach and end them looking at the moon on our patio after an hour or so looking for crabs and having giggles at night on the beach with the kids. Really loved the place and the memories had there.

Condo was just as described. Slept 6, beautiful view right on the ocean. We could see our family on the beach from the deck, run in for lunch, or grab a bite at the grill by the pool. Breathe Easy was very accommodating and welcoming, taking extra steps to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of.

Goin' Coastal is a very nice unit located in a great location on the east side of Miramar Beach. We enjoyed our stay. Just two comments for the owner: There is a leak in the master bedroom window on the upper right hand corner. During heavy rain (which unfortunately we experienced), water drips from the upper window frame/corner on to the bedroom floor. Also, the handle comes off when opening the detergent drawer on the washing machine.

This is certainly something we take seriously and want to act on immediately. We are currently working with the Building Management for resolution. This was the best beach vacation. The management company was easy to talk with and checked in regularly! The condo was clean and very well equipped. Both exceeded my expectations. Loved the location of the condo. Close to the beach and definitely less crowded than other areas we have stayed. Will stay here again!!

This was one of the nicest condos that we have ever rented. It was well stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint is that our condo was ready before the 4pm check in and they wanted to charge and extra $50 to get in an hour early. I would strongly recommend that you treat your customers well and let them check in early if the condo is clean and ready. People travel from all over and cannot always arrive right at 4 pm.

We hated receiving those upset texts from you on arrival day, but we would like to clarify that we include our check-in procedures (including the fee) in your Rental Agreement you sign right after booking, as well as in the arrival email sent to you the day before check-in. There should be no surprises at what time check-in time is, how the early arrival fee works, etc. We see you didn't mention that we also offered you a discounted rate of $25 for early check-in, but you didn't want to take advantage of this opportunity. Our teams have to stop what they are doing, re-create and delete codes, re-enter new codes into the system and send new correspondence. We don't mind doing the extra work, but unfortunately as a business, our time can't always be free. We hope you can respectfully understand different company's policies as you travel in the future. Our view from the balcony was perfect. Condo very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. Location of resort being well East on 98 was great avoiding most of the heavy traffic on 98 west. Bed mattresses not the greatest however in both master n guest bedrooms which is the only thing we would change. Would definitely rent again.

Pictures do no justice for this rental. It exceeded any expectations we had. Awesome sunset views and close enough to the beach to watch the dolphins swim. The ceiling to floor windows in the master bedroom give you a right on the beach feeling when you wake and at night you can rest watching the moonlight on the water. It truly was breathtaking. A very easy process to rent this unit. Very organized owner and good communication. The view of the beach was amazing and the unit itself was in great shape. The “resort” amenities like tennis, pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard are not included with this unit, so that was one negative. but the beach is what you are there for, and the beach was beautiful and clean. The small pool included with the unit is very nice and quiet. We did not use the indoor hot tub due to Covid concerns and no one at all on resort was wearing masks.
You guys were absolutely amazing, and thanks for the stellar review! We hate that tennis isn't included - we've been trying to work with the Resort Management for years to find a workaround, but they just won't budge. Such a bummer! The good news though is you do have that epic beachfront experience, 2 pools, the hot tub, and the fitness center right on property! The basketball court and shuffleboard court were open for use, so next time, feel free to enjoy a pick-up game or host your own game on the court. We want to thank you so very much for taking such amazing care of the condo - it really means a lot to us.
