We had 3 couples in the same family sharing and we all had plenty of space and family gathering room with really good beds and private bathrooms at night. Views were to die for! Saw turtles and dolphins and enjoyed the BM pool in the afternoons. Perfect week.

This condo is so beautiful and has exquisite views of the gulf. Located on a private beach section which means it is less crowded. The property mgmt. group was fabulous and were super quick to respond with an answer to your question. Felt super safe in this location.

The only thing I didn't like was having to walk further down the beach because of the chair and umbrella rentals. It's not included with the place you're renting.

We have been visiting Sandestin and Tops'L for the past 20+ years and must say this was one of our favorite trips. The property was immaculate, and we were very pleased with the inside updates to the condominium. The ocean and beach views were incredible and service the Breathe Easy Team provided us was just outstanding through the entire process.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Loved the floor to ceiling windows! Plenty of dishes, towels, extra trash bags, etc. Beds were comfy. Wish there was a blanket/throw for the couch. We had a great 4 days together, even though the weather was quite chilly. Would definitely visit again.

We take this trip annually. The property was clean and the upgrades were nice. We enjoyed the property and its amenities. It was great to see the amount of dishes and cookware available since we cook during our stay.

This condo has been updated and it is beautiful. Each bedroom has a king size bed and an updated bathroom. The view from the beachside bedrooms are GORGEOUS! The ceiling to floor windows make you feel like your right over the beach. Everything was perfectly clean as well. Lastly, the mangers were very communicative, which we greatly appreciated.

Beach Manor 1408 was amazing. Our family had a wonderful time. The condo was very updated and extremely clean. The TOPS'L property was great and we had no issues on our entire trip. The check in / check out procedures were seamless and we were sent all of our needed information well before our arrival. It was an overall great experience and we can't wait to go back!

We had the most wonderful stay! You cannot beat the views and sounds of the ocean from the top floor condo! The condo was clean, wonderfully decorated and had all of the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes…which was important for us. The hosts were very accommodating! From being very communicative about broken blinds that they had replaced with black out curtains (they worked just fine for us!) to replacing the beach chairs in the locker that had a broken chair and unpleasant odor. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We will definitely be back to Simple Elegance!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was marvelous and the beach even better. The umbrella rental made it so easy. Our only trouble was getting Ubers and that of course is the property’s fault. We would definitely return!

We booked this property for our first beach trip with our boys (toddler and infant) and my mother-in-law, specifically for the layout. It worked out just as I hoped and expected! The condo was clean, comfortable and included everything you needed. The views and ease of access to the beach can’t be beat! The entire process was seamless and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The only two things I ever noted was that a full-length mirror would have been nice and the sheets were a little scratchy on sunburnt skin - that’s it! The place is wonderful and I’d absolutely recommend it many times over. We hope to be back!

The Owner is in town this winter and has a lovely full-size mirror she is getting framed and installed :) Sunburns are never fun, and we pride ourselves in having top quality 300 thread count sheets -- hate to admit, but I don't know any sheets that feel good after a sunburn. This 14th Floor condo had amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets were beautiful!!!! Condo was very clean and had been updated. We are planning on coming back!

This is a nicely renovated home with 3 bedrooms, baths and the most stunning Gulf views imaginable. Watching the sunset every evening from inside or outside is a beautiful reminder of God's glory.

We enjoyed our week stay here! The condo is complete renovated and the view was beautiful. Right on the beach 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and 2 balconies. We are definitely coming back next year. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. There is also a indoor hot tub and sauna we visited everyday after the beach. It’s also only 7 min away from bay town. Stay here if you can you won’t be disappointed.

Gorgeous condo with even more spectacular views. Great communication before, during and after our visit with need information and updates. The only thing we wish we had were beach amenities (chairs, boogie board etc) that so many other rentals keep on hand. We would definitely rent here again!!!
