Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was immaculate. Everything was clean. Which if you travel a lot is saying something. The floors were even clean. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. The beds were great. The showers were updated and clean. The view from the living room was beautiful as it was uninterrupted. The balcony was a bit small, but the view from the living room and the open space made up for it. It was on the beach and not across the street like some of the properties we saw while there. The communication with Breathe Easy was prompt and they were frequently checking on us to see if we needed anything. It was amazing and we will book with them again as well as try to stay at this unit again.

Beautiful condo, great location, with an amazing view. Went during peak vacation time, but not nearly as crowded as Destin, plus you still get the beautiful beach. Good restaurants and shopping nearby.

We have been to the Destin area several times and this is the best condo we have stayed in. The decor is beautiful. The view is amazing. It is also the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. The condo is very nice, clean, & comfortable. The views are incredible from the living room, bedroom, & balcony! The beach has soft clean sand and the ocean has beautiful emerald water. We could not swim due to the RIP current our entire stay but we waked the beach a lot and hung out on the beach. This is a low-key area. Eden Grounds was beautiful. We found good food locally.
Hi Krista, well it sounds like we hit all the marks on you vacation except for the RIP current. Mother Nature at her worst! Coastal Dreams is one of the best for incredible views of the Gulf. Great sunrises and sunsets too! Choosing to visit Eden Gardens was a terrific idea for a day away from the beach. Beach Manor has a lot to offer families. Easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and family fun activities. Ocean views from your 7th floor condo are spectacular! The property offers a pool, indoor hot tub, gym and a boardwalk to the beach.
As you walk into Coastal Dreams, you can't help but notice the floor to ceiling windows with such amazing views of the Gulf. You will immediately be drawn to the ocean front balcony that has sweeping views of the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The living area provides plenty of room for the family to chill out, watch a little tv and take in the outside beauty. The dining room provides room for 6 with two additional breakfast bar stools for times when you eat in.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials - from stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the cook ware you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. There is dinnerware, silverware and drink ware. We even provide food storage containers.
Now as you finish the tour of your home away from home you will find in the Master suite and plush king size bed with crisp, clean linen and a mattress that is divine. There is a full closet and a dresser for unpacking to stay awhile. You also have your own private access to your patio for enjoying late night conversations or just taking in the ocean breeze and stars over the water. Your master bath provides a double sink vanity and mirror along with a beautifully tiled step in shower. The guest room is furnished with a set of comfy twin beds, a table and lamp, closet and dresser and a flat screen tv. You can access the bathroom from your bedroom or the hallway. You will find it provides a sink/vanity/mirror and a large tiled step in shower with all the amenities.

We are more than happy to setup payment plans as you may need, so long as the final payment is paid before the due date. Contact our office to coordinate your payment plan.
We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
