This condo was so updated and very very clean. My family has stayed in many condos vacationing all over Florida and this was the best one we’ve encountered yet! The owners also make the check-in process seamless, and they check on you during your stay to make sure everything is going good! My family will definitely be back!

The location was perfect, not too far away from activities, but far enough to not be in the middle of all of the traffic of Destin. There are so many amenities on site that you don't have to leave the property in order to have a good time. The water in the pools was a little bit cold, but not enough to keep us out. The beach is pristine and oh so relaxing. We hope to visit again soon.

Amazing vacation
I will never stay anywhere else but this property. It is amazing from the time I booked our dates to when we left everything was amazing. With the location everything is so convenient and you never have to leave other than getting food. It was perfect and we will definitely be back next year!!

Property was clean and gorgeous. The wind made the whiny ghost noises unless the front door was slammed hard, but the view was incomparable! Owners were VERY responsive to texts and jumped on any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds and being able to see the dolphins in the mornings from our patio.

We love Tops’l and Breathe Easy is the best!! They really made everything super easy! They checked on us before arrival and several times during our stay and were always quick to respond to any questions. I loved the convenience of their guidebook that had all of my rental info plus a lot of other helpful information all in one place. My family of 4 stayed at Tides in a similar unit that we loved last year. I was worried we’d be disappointed staying anywhere else but we were completely satisfied with Tides 1102!! The condo is very nice and exactly as described. It was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The ocean views from the balcony are amazing!! Also great view of pool areas. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was very tropical feeling. There was a guard shack who checked to make sure our car had a parking tag for entry (given at time of check in). Safety seemed to be a priority to guests and residents. Upon entry into the unit, it appeared just like the VRBO ad. Very clean and the ocean view was perfect! All Kitchen Aid appliances, which were awesome! There is a small hair dryer in the front bathroom, which wasn't mentioned in the ad. The master bed was very comfortable...not too hard or soft. The property manager checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Great communication! Will definitely stay here again!

Sorry about not having any cooking supplies. We have certain rules and regulations to follow and leaving condiments and such in the Condos is frowned upon for health reasons, especially with the Covid thing still happening, so we leave it up to the guest to provide their own essentials for cooking. Yes, we do provide at least one hair dryer in every Condo for our guest's convenience. This condo is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous view, spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could need. Heated pool, restaurant at the pool, and crystal clear water. Highly recommend this place we’ll be back!!

This was such a great stay! Clean and nice space with fully stocked kitchen. From Tupperware to pizza pan and blender, mixer, big bowls and pots and pans! Honestly everything you need. Great space and loves the ocean views. We love Topsl and keep coming back. The check in and out process was a breeze. The condo had all we needed and even more than expected. The kids loved it all!!!!!

Our only complaint was that it didn’t have smart TVs or a Roku or any way to get streaming services. So we just unhooked the cable and connected our laptop. The location of the condo was awesome!! BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean and beach, and it overlooks the two pools. It was so nice to have the tennis court, pickle ball court, shuffleboard, and even mini golf pretty much outside the door of the ground floor. (The association could stand to replace the equipment, though. It was pretty bad, although nice to have something available.)

Enjoy cable and smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms - all you need are your favorite app passwords!
Your Master Bedroom suite offers a comfortable King-size bed, beach views, and ample closet space. The private bathroom has its own separate toilet room, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Your guests will get a great night's sleep in the second room where you'll find a Queen-size bed and Twin-over-Twin bunkbeds. A closet is available and just out the door, is the shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, silverware, dinnerware, and all the essentials you should need to cook indoors. Most guests enjoy breakfast and lunch at the condo and venture out for a fun night and dinner at a local restaurant. This is a family-friendly resort that's bordered by a Nature Preserve, making it quite serene and not as jam-packed as the other beaches. We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
