Sea the Good on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach is our family’s home-away-from-home, and we look forward to sharing its incredible beach with you!
Sea the Good is a direct beachfront 4bd, 3.5 ba, 2300 sq ft, 3-story townhouse with gorgeous Gulf views. It has direct parking at entry and even closer beach access out its first floor French doors and second floor balcony. It has two large gulf-facing balconies only 30 steps to the sandy white beach. Sea the Good is named for its absolutely gorgeous emerald coast direct Gulf view. With its first and second floor beach access, it is also only a few steps from the dune pass-through onto the pristine beach with its beautiful emerald and aqua waves. We also offer handy parking access for two vehicles, with one double French door with a ramp into a room with an efficiency wet bar/fridge/microwave/coffee pot (no elevators or stairs required to access the bottom floor studio area). It’s a large, 1900 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath unit, with only four townhomes in this area—so Sea the Good has its own 20 foot stretch of beach with beach service of four chairs and two umbrellas, plus a beach attendant, provided daily March-October! The property also has two large gulf-facing unobstructed water view balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors: one from the third-floor master bedroom, and the other wall of windows and French door from the second-floor living area, allowing for expansive sea views. The bottom floor kids’ bunkroom and beach access bathroom also have French doors and windows overlooking the yard, a few palm trees, and lovely sandy dunes. The townhouse is fully equipped for families with dining for 10; a third floor king master; a second third-floor bedroom with a twin to king convertible bed, a set of bunks, and its own bathroom; and two first-floor bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill beach access bathroom bedroom. The two first floor bedrooms sleep six total—one room with a queen bed and an efficiency wet bar area, and a kids’ bunk room that sleeps four in two sets of bunks, with their own 65” television for gaming and movie nights. There is also one fold-out twin mattress available, making our unit flexible in terms of sleeping and perfect for 2-3 families.

Sea the Good has granite counters and stainless appliances, including a full large-capacity smart washer and dryer, a French-door fridge, and an additional separate apartment-size fridge, sink, and 3-in-1 microwave/convection/air fryer combo unit in the downstairs efficiency wet bar. The living area is equipped with a 65-inch 4k Smart TV, the kids’ bunk room has another 65” television, and all four bedrooms also have their own televisions. The three-story townhouse also includes puzzles and games, and a full beach equipment set-up (10 beach towels, a beach bag, 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas set up by beach service daily, and 6 additional beach chairs that guests can take to and from the unit to the beach each day). Additional daily housekeeping, linen, and conceirge service may also be available upon request.
