We had a great stay in Summerlin 504. Condo was great, up to date and very clean. The balcony had the perfect view of beach! Plenty of things to do near by. Plenty of parking. Great beach chairs and umbrella. Jan was great to work with and we look forward to coming back soon!

We have stayed in JanO’s condo twice now and both times we have been more than happy. She is so sweet and easy to work with. The condo is CLEAN! The amenities are top notch and the view... well you can’t get much better! Did I mention the condo is CLEAN? I have stayed in others that I had to clean upon arrival... not JanO’s condo! We LOVE Summerlin 504! Condo is even better than pictures portray. Decorated so nicely and furnished very comfortably. We have been vacationing in the Ft Walton Beach/Destin area for 20+ years. This is our favorite condo in all those years. It is very well stocked. The rental rate is very reasonable for the area and condo quality. The included beach service is a welcome added perk. The beach was not crowded due to the size of resort (only 30 units). We had a wonderful stay. And to top it off, Jan mailed out our deposit refund on the day we left so we received quickly. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We spent February in 504 and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the view was spectacular! As a long time vistor to Fort Walton let me say this condo is PERFECT. Location is wonderful, always clean, owners are great,view the best and everything you need is only 5 minutes away. No need to go into Destin unless you want to. This is our third year to stay here and I hope to have a whole lot more. Can't wait till next year.

Summerlin 504 is a great condo. It is decorated beautifully with a classy beach theme. It was very comfortable and roomy. As we walked in the door the first day we could tell immediately that it was very clean. Also this condo is well stocked and has plentiful bath towels. We enjoyed the beach with beach service included. Great experience all the way around. Jan is very easy to work with and we would absolutely rent from her again.

Working with Jan on the rental was an absolute pleasure and just the start of a perfect vacation from the reality of 2020. We arrived and the condo was absolutely spotless and very comfortable feeling. Could not ask for a better location and view. Everything a family could want or need on vacation was there from all the cooking utensils to beach toys for the kids. Only problem we had was wanting to leave.

"This is such an easy review to write. Robert & Jan the owners are so pleasant to work with , and talk to when renting their really nice updated condo at the Summerlin. We have rented their condo for quite a few years and hope to continue our visits. It is a well equipped spacious home "away from home". The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any type of meal, if you decide to stay in and cook. . Lots of clean towels are provided for a nice shower after all the sun and sand for a day on the beach. You can't miss the perfect sunrises and sunsets from the balcony."

Beach side Master and balcony. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Beach side pool. We like to call #504 our home away from home. You can't go wrong with #504. We love Fort Walton and this condo is our favorite place to stay! It has every thing a family needs for the perfect vacation. It is nicely furnished and well equipped to fit your needs. The beds and linens are so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked and the view from the balcony will take your breath away! We love that it is a small complex with only 30 units so you have lots of room on the beach to enjoy that beautiful sand and water. We have made so many wonderful memories here and look forward to making more this summer!

We have been coming to the beach for over 20 years. This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was smaller, which meant there were not crowds of people. It was very nicely decorated, it had an amazing view, the kitchen was stocked with with everything you would need, the bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, the master bath was awesome as well, and I could go on and on. The condo was the cleanest one I have ever rented. Too many great things to list! The owners were very accommodating.
