This Condo is just perfect, totally amazing! First off I have OCD and I'm a clean freak. This unit was spotless from top to bottom. An stocked with fresh linens throughout. The View from the balcony is just spectacular. It was so nice to have the elevator located just outside the front door. We would recommend this condo to anyone, An there are lots of amenities to enjoy at Waterscape as well The owners are very kind and helpful. It's 5 stars ??for this one.

I h ad a chance to tour this unit, an wow I tell ya what an amazing place. The decor is wonderful and the unit is so beautiful. When it comes to cleanliness it is beyond measure. Also I was able to meet the owners of this condo and they are a nice couple of good character. 5 stars ?? when it comes to this place. You will love it!

The condo was VERY spacious. Having two king beds and two "master" bathrooms is awesome. Cute bunk area. Very nice unit, and the Waterscape complex was very nice as well, with awesome pools, hot tubs and small lazy river. Our stay was just for a weekend in the fall, so did not get to take full advantage of all the outdoor fun water areas, but would definitely recommend the complex & unit for vacations during any time of year.

This condo was amazing! There were so many incredible things about this place I don't know where to start. First off, the condo is clean, updated and a great place to relax. The views off the balcony are beautiful with literally a short walk to the beach from the condo. The kitchen is stocked well with anything you need if you plan on doing your own cooking. The fact that there are 2 master suites was an added bonus. The bunk alcove was a gem and our boys loved that area and had their own little hideout when we were inside. There is an elevator literally right next to your room to make quick access to the pool area, the beach and to parking.
The condo itself is amazing with their three different pool areas! They had places for older kids as well as babies with a zero entrance area. The hot tubs were nice and secluded as well.
The location is incredible because you are literally surrounded by many great places to eat including the Crab Trap area that is literally one minute from the condo.
This stay couldn't have been any better, Dave and Barbara are incredible to work with and made sure that everything was the way that we needed and liked before and after our trip. I highly recommend staying at this condo, you will not regret it!

Loved how the elevator was right by the door especially with little ones!!! Very nice condo beds were very comfortable. We had such a great time the pools were amazing and the beach was beautiful we can't wait to come back next year!!!

Experience your dream vacation on one of the world's most beautiful beaches with sugary white sand and emerald waters. Our new, upscale third floor condominium is located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, with stunning gulf views from the Living, Dining, Kitchen areas, and both Master King Suites.
Our condominium is located in the new premier Waterscape Resort; known for it's lush gardens and pools. The only resort directly on the beach in the area with these amenities offered. Inside the enormous courtyard the tropical oasis and pools await you. You will enjoy a 2 tiered pool deck separated by a 10' waterfall. Lower pool deck features a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads. Float down the long lazy river on resort tubes. Upper deck includes a seasonally heated pool. A children's splash area is on this deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for sun protection. Two large jacuzzi hot tubs are located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.
We are the only owners of this condominium with a 490' private Waterscape beach.

Living area beyond features the same deluxe decor with large oil painting and 46' Vizio flatscreen (cable available) with DVD. Wifi is throughout condo. The wall of windows and doors lead from living area to private balcony patio.
Our condo has 2 Master King Suites (w/ full baths). Both king suites as well as living areas
have doors to the private balcony. Views of the gulf and Okaloosa Fishing Pier are spectacular!
The King Master Suite left of living area includes 38' flatscreen (cable) w DVD, distressed whitewashed Mediterranean palette furnishings, and floor to ceiling glass doors leading to private balcony . Bath has double vanity, separate large shower, and large soaker tub. Master K Suite right of living area features another flatscreen, 32', wall mounted, (cable) w DVD, distressed furniture, and floor to ceiling glass door leading to balcony, Attached bath includes separate large enclosed shower, and large soaker tub.
Half bath is near the bunk room that features dresser, mirror, and wall mounted TV with DVD player.
