We loved our stay at this property! It was us and two other couples and the layout was very accommodating for such a low rental rate. Our stay just happened to be in the middle of Hurricane Sally which shifted further East than expected so we didn’t evacuate and the rental company had to come in to ensure the storm shutters were closed and to ensure the property was good after the storm had passed and they were very nice both times and called ahead of time to let us know they were entering the room. The other couple that stayed with us accidentally left their air pods there so I emailed the rental company 2 days after check out to see if someone might have found them and turned them in and a nice lady by the name of Michelle called back to confirm the address to have them shipped back to us. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous time at Gulf Dunes Resort unit 203. My kids loved the bunk beds, we had plenty of space, and the view from the master bedroom and balcony was perfect. It is a great location with kids since we could use the stairs if we needed to. The access to the beach was so nice and flat, no stairs and easy to get to. We loved every minute! Wish the pool could have had a little more room so we could social distance easier but on most days it was not crowded. We highly recommend!

The location was perfect for accessing the beach. The view was beautiful as it was facing the beach and ocean. Very nice to sit out on the deck each morning and listen to the waves. The unit itself was a little outdated and the beds were less than comfortable. Not many of us slept very well the entire week. The couch bed was basically unusable as it had mostly springs and not much cushion. It also slanted a bit at the top. The other beds were just ok as far as comfort goes. Kitchen lacked a lot of essential cooking utensils (only five forks total to use and the unit sleeps eight). The pots and pans were pretty warped, but were usable for the most part. Living room could use another chair for when sitting and watching TV or a movie. The couch fits three and there's one other small chair besides the kitchen table chairs. We would rent this unit again in the future but would like for the beds to be updated.
