Welcome to our Okaloosa Island getaway.  Our amazing beach-walk two bedroom condo has a beautiful view summer sunrises over the bay and is conveniently located within walking distance to The Boardwalk, the Island Pier, restaurants, and family activities.  Hermitage by the Bay offers an island getaway complete with gated pool, lounging, grills, and parking.    



Unit 202 has an amazing sunrise view over the Choctawhatchee Bay and gated pool from the private balcony.  Inside, the full living room, kitchen, and dining area make this a great home away from home.  A family of six will be more than comfortable in the two bedrooms each with private baths.

Although the Hermitage by the Bay is quietly tucked away, you will be within walking distance to many attractions, including Beasley Park, The Boardwalk, and the Island Pier.  Restaurants, the Gulfarium, Putt-Putt Golf, Go karts, and Arcades are all within a short walk or drive.  



John Beasley Park, located across Miracle Strip Pkwy, is a public beach park, complete with expansive white sandy beaches and bathrooms.  There is plenty of parking if you find driving more convenient.  Tents and chairs are allowed during the day.  The park has two pavilions that can be reserved or available for family gatherings.  



When staying with us in the Hermitage by the Bay 202, you will be within 6 miles of Destin and Harbor Walk Village.  Shopping, dining, and activities for everyone are also nearby.  Enjoy scuba diving, deep sea fishing, para sailing, jet ski tours, dolphin tours, sunset cruises, pier fishing, snorkeling, boating, kayaking, surfing, bungee jumping, go karts, putt-putt golf, and much more.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure.  Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional.  We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

This property is available for occupancy.  Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern.  That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.  All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.  We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.
