All updated. Every room has a water view. Very large bedrooms and master shower is huge. Beach access in a couple of minutes. Incredible sunsets. Surrounding area has everything you need and lots of entertainment.

Absolutely amazing stay! The updated condo on the water was everything we hoped for and more. The sunrise views were breathtaking, and we loved starting each day with coffee on the balcony overlooking the water. The condo itself was incredibly spacious, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was just a short drive to HarborWalk Village, where we enjoyed great restaurants, entertainment, and plenty of fun activities for the whole family. We couldn't have asked for a better location or experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but our stay at Diane’s condo was the best. It had everything you could possibly want in a beach getaway and more!!! Some of the best fried shrimp I’ve ever had is a 2 minute walk to Stewbys. 50 cent wings at Fubar on Mondays and Wednesday with a view is hard to beat. Leave your beach chairs and umbrellas at home! The condo was stocked with whatever you could possibly need for a beach trip. TV’s in every room. WiFi was great. Appliances and kitchenware were top notch. This place is a YES! Book your vacation now. This is a hidden gem.

Came for a long weekend and Eagles Perch was the perfect place! Great location-within steps of great local restaurants and the beach! The condo had everything covered (beach chairs, toys etc) with attention to detail and comfort in every room. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the view from the deck with coffee and cocktails!

Traveled with a group of friends, and we loved our stay! Plenty of local restaurants close with exceptional food. The beach was a short walk, but we loved how quiet our location was compared to staying right on the water. Everything you could want is in close proximity. The condo itself is large enough for a group of friends or family with kids. The HUGE tv in the living room was awesome for movie nights! Everything was as described. Thanks to Diane for great communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

First time staying and it was lovely! Great location, clean and cozy! Feels like you are at home! Condo is well setup and stocked. There are welcome goodies and laminated instruction cards for everything. Great access to the beach and the views are wonderful! Close to restaurants and shopping. Truly was a wonderful, relaxing stay. Will be back

Incredible week at the Eagles Perch. Diane was an exceptional host. Plenty of space for our family of 5, with all of the amenities you could want/need for any stay at the beach. Everything is within walking distance (restaurants, convenience store, BEACH!!!). Incredible views of the whole island from the balconies. Perfect place to watch the weekly firework shows during the summer. AND Crab Island is a short boat ride away. We rented a boat from local company and their captain picked us up on the private dock outside the condo! 5 stars and cant wait to go back next summer.

Stayed here for a few days with my fiancé and loved the living space, the view of the Santa Rosa Sound, and the short walk to the beach! Large bedrooms & living room were perfect. Great restaurants nearby within walking distance as well.
