Tiki Beach 32 Directly on the Beach, WOW!, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Ann and I had a perfectly lovely time at Tiki Beach #32. The beach was pristine and gorgeous! Weather was perfect. Condo had everything we needed. Cozy but roomy enough to be very comfortable. Even with some construction going on in some nearby buildings, it was quiet as the sound of the waves hitting the shore drowned out everything else. We plan to come back next year.

Our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it! The unit is beautiful and very spacious for a one bedroom unit, but we had everything we needed and more. Diane has thought of everything. I'm all about a smaller condo with less vacationers, loved the assigned parking space, easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, Destin. We definitely recommend it and will not hesitate to stay here again!

We love Tiki Beach Unit 32, we’ve been coming here since September 2019. It’s a great unit always so clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful view and it’s just a short walk to the amazing beach. Diane the owner has always been so friendly and helpful with handling everything. We highly recommend this condo and we will be coming back soon.

Second year in a row renting at Tiki Beach and we just can’t get enough. Amazing beach front views, 30 second walk to the beach. Great location that is away from the busy, but a close drive to shopping and dining. Units are clean and comfortable. Owners are prompt to reply to all needs. We hate to leave a good review as we want to keep this beach little gem quiet so we can keep coming back.

We stayed at Tiki Beach #32 and had a perfect stay. The building was quiet, views were amazing and the location was perfect for our getaway. Everything we needed was included in the rental, we walked to the local restaurants and enjoyed all the sunsets from the 3rd floor balcony. We would definitely return!

Beautifully decorated with wonderful beach view, We have enjoyed Tiki Beach three times. The units are clean, well stocked and convenient to restaurants on the island and town of Ft. Walton. We love being able to walk down the steps and right out to the beach.

Cannot say enough good things about renting from Diane. We have stayed in all three units many times... and will continue to do so. This time in Tiki-32. This condo is very clean and had many updates since our last stay. We will be back!!

stayed In Tiki 32 for second time. All of Diane’s units -22,32,33 are great. Never disappoints. And a shout out to Diane for her gracious handling of everything from reservations to deposit refund at end of trip. We plan our trips around when Tiki units are available.

My husband and I had the best time staying at Tiki Beach for our 20 year anniversary ? we loved that there is only 9 units so it was not crowded at all being in the summer. The beach was perfect. The owner was awesome to work with and quick to respond to all my questions. She suggested some awesome restaurants for us also. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again in the future.

My husband and I spent our 20 year anniversary here in Ft. Walton. We absolutely loved Tiki Beach. We loved how there is only 9 units so it was very quiet and peaceful. We definitely look forward to staying again in the future.

The two of us stayed there for almost three weeks, and loved every minute of it. The view of the gulf is great. The sound of the waves is wonderful. But the best thing is the unit itself. Clean, neat, well-appointed. The king-size bed is very comfortable. And having a washer/dryer in the unit is really nice. We'll stay again!

I have rented multiple times from Diane over the last couple of years and I must say, you will not find a better beach condo owner! She's timely in her responses, very thorough and thoughtful during your stay. She's available for questions or help if there are issues and her units are very nicely appointed. I actually hesitated writing a review because selfishly, I always want to be able to have this condo! It's a great location, easy access in and out and it's the best beach you could find. I truly love this condo and working with Diane and hope to have many more years of trips to Tiki Beach #32!

Our first family vacation and couldnt have picked a better place to stay at. It is right on the beach. The view is amazing and the condo was clean and had everyhting we needed. From plates, pots, etc. in the kitchen to beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach. Our son had an amazing time! Thank you Diane!

Over the years we have stayed at many of the condo complexes on Fort Walton Beach. But our favorite will always be Tiki Beach. We have spent numerous vacations there and it is always our first choice. every day at Tiki is a pleasure, from relaxing on the veranda and watching the dolphins pass in the morning to enjoying a romantic star filled sky at night, always with the waves crashing in the background. we much prefer the privacy and intimacy of Tiki's 9 units over the packed in feel of the crowded mega-complexes. and Diane makes the rental process so easy. She is very accommodating and over our many stays in her units she has always been very understanding and fair. I can honestly say that Diane has saved our vacation from disaster more than once (from work changing my vacation days w/ little notice to my girlfriends' fear of a hurricane [that was 200 miles away]). Tiki Beach my number one place to stay and there is no one I would rather rent from than Diane.

We stayed at Tiki Beach 32 from 2/16-3/1. The condo was well equipped. The views from the deck are breathtaking and with just steps from the fabulous white sand beaches, well it's a hard combo to beat! The bed is comfortable, the kitchen made it nice to have some meals in, the washer/dryer was certainly helpful, the beach chairs were nice to have access to, and the private parking spot was very convenient. This complex doesn't have the amenities of the larger complexes, pool, tennis courts, fitness center, but that wasn't important to us. Diane was easy to work with and very responsive1 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

All of the furniture is very comfortable, including the king size bed. We had our own parking space and a private entrance to the beach. Tiki Beach is an ideal location; close to everything yet on a dead end road, so it's quiet and calm. We have already booked for 2020-thanks for everything Diane.

I have been here numerous times over the last few years. The views from balcony are breathtaking! Dolphins can be seen while drinking your morning coffee on the private balcony. The beach is beautiful, and the apartment has all the amenities of home, including a washer and dryer that comes in handy. Full kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and save money!

We enjoyed another wonderful week in the sun and sand at Diane's condo the week of Sep 20th, 2018. Everything was perfect except for one afternoon when a rain storm ran us off the beach at about 3 PM. Not to worry though, we can expect rain once in a while. We took the opportunity to sit on the balcony and chat with our new friends who were staying in one of the other condos. We were pleasantly surprised to find a new range in the kitchen, new chairs in the dining area, and new decorations throughout the condo. And the new cable TV service has a lot better channel selection than before. We'll definitely be back. Thanks Diane!

We loved every single thing about our stay!! This was our first time to stay in the area and after MUCH research Tiki Beach 32 remained my Top Pick! We originally planned to stay three nights, but Michael and I were enjoying ourselves SO much we stayed an extra night. Michael has NEVER wanted to stay longer anywhere so that says a lot!! : ) The condo is excellent in all aspects the layout, design, and location is wonderful! The atmosphere is so relaxing! We are huge fans of low density and privacy, so this was perfect for us. It's in a great location, because you are still just minutes away from everything. Diane is absolutely wonderful!! She left several recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Every restaurant we ate at was great, but our two favorites were Stewby's Seafood Shanty and Dewey's Seafood on Calhoun Ave. A trip to De'France Antiques is a must as well. I could go on and on about this trip. It is the best beach trip we have ever taken!! We will definitely be returning!!

We rented Tiki unit 32 from Diane for Christmas week and had a great time. This small and quiet building is well maintained with easy parking and right on the gorgeous beach. Our unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a nice balcony looking out at the crystal clear gulf waters. You can have coffee and watch the sun rise out of the gulf in the morning and a glass of wine and watch one of the best salt water sunsets you will ever see at the end of the day. Owner Diane is very easy to interact with and we look forward to staying here again.
