Great Condo. Close to everything. Plenty of pools for the kids. Danica is such an amazing host. She made sure everything was perfect for our stay. She is a gem.

Waterscape is truly the perfect Florida beach vacation for families and Danica has thought of everything to make your stay the relaxing vacation we all deserve. The facility is super clean and friendly. We were always able to find pool chairs. However, it is Danica that takes the work out of planing vacations. Upon booking, she provides you with everything needed to plan your arrival. This includes: 1) details on beach service. Which she has provided for you. 2) boating and excursion options, 3) grocery delivery options, 4) babysitting service, 5) activity calendars and countless ideas and free advice. She has literally thought of everything!! Our condo was well cleaned and in working order. There were beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and a wagon all provided. She even had toys customized with the kids' names on them and music playing upon our arrival. Our boys loved the bunks and we had plenty of room. This vacation spot will be hard to beat!

We had a great trip to A322 at Waterscape! We enjoyed being greeted by fun music as we opened our condo door. We had a nice clean room and loved already having chairs on the beach or in the room to use, along with boogie boards and sand toys. The lazy river, kayak at the beach and the tiki hut by the pool were more of our favorites. Thanks for a great rental, Danica!

This was our first time to the gulf coast, and we cannot wait to go back! When we first got the OK that our room was ready, there was beach music playing as we walked into the door. Waiting on the table were personalized beach buckets for our kids. Those little personal touches just made the place that much more inviting! Our kids loved “their new home” as they called it. They loved their bunk beds with the lights, and we appreciated all the extra beach stuff she had to use. We had a problem with the ice machine in the freezer not working, but Danica was very accommodating and told us when the handyman was coming to replace the broken part. She responded quickly when I had questions, and was very helpful. Our fun time at the beach and the awesome pools were even better because we had such a comfortable place to come back to. Thank you!

We had an amazing time and everything was clean and well kept! We walked into a fun beach scene with music playing and a sweet little gift left on our table. Having all of the toys, beach gear, and beach chairs made the stay even better! Having the extra amenities made packing for the trip much less stressful. The only downside was the mattress on the bed was a bit more firm than we are use to, so it caused us to not sleep as well as we had hoped. That in no way impacted how we felt about our stay and how incredibly amazing it was! We will definitely be renting through Danica again. She was extremely easy to work with and was available to answer any questions we had! I highly recommend booking and staying in one of Danica's properties!

We had the best time staying at Danica's place. She was so responsive and the condo had everything we needed. Our condo was clean and cozy and we found the whole waterscape grounds to be very well kept. We loved being able to walk from the pools to the beach and there were so many great things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

From the time we arrived till we departed everything was great. Condo and beach were amazing. We were at the beach everyday, and sat poolside several nights while we grilled. Will definitely be back.

This was our first trip to Waterscape, and it was a great stay. The condo is in a great location. It is close to Publix (literally a couple of miles away), a gas station, several restaurants and a small ice cream stand. It is also about 10 minutes away from Destin, and we easily drove over the bridge to eat lunch a couple of days. When we arrived, the condo was clean and the owner even left a personalized bucket and shovel for my daughter, which was so thoughtful! The condo also had all the essentials you needed, including two nice beach chairs, a wagon and several beach toys for kids. I also loved that "rental" beach chairs and umbrellas were included with our stay (so convenient that this wasn't an additional expense) and that the beach access has ramps. If you are using a wagon, this so helpful! I would definitely return to this resort and rent from Danica again. Communication was great (provided a lot of info about condo and area beforehand) and check in and out was easy.

The only criticism I had is that the resort is large, so it takes you a minute to figure out the best route to get to the beach and different pools, particularly if you have child in a wagon :). Also, extra blankets for the master bedroom would be a nice touch for anyone cold natured.

We had a blast here! The condo is absolutely amazing! Danica, the owner is kind, professional, and most importantly, possibly the most organized person I have ever met. I was sad to leave. A friend of mine made a comment about being happy to be back in your own space, but honestly, the condo was our own space. It was spacious, and Danica literally thought of everything! We walked in to find a cute bucket with our child’s name on it. Jack Johnson was playing Banana Pancakes on the radio. When we travel, usually the condos have things that were probably used by the owner previously, like a microwave from the 80s, lol. This was not the case! All of the appliances were top notch! I loved the patio furniture. There is a wagon ready for you to put all of your stuff in to roll down to the beach. We didn’t have room to bring a wagon, and it made carrying everything through the sand so much easier! Danica is definitely someone who made a space for a family vacation based on previous family vacation experience. My favorite thing about the condo was the labels! It made turning on the lights a breeze! Our kids loved Waterscape in general! It’s very family friendly. There are so many water options for all ages. When the beach water was choppy due to the wind, we played at the pools all day. The kids made friends, and everyone was respectful and nice. This is LITERALLY the perfect spot for family beach vacations!!

We recently stayed in room A322 at the Waterscapes renting direct from rentwaterscape.com for our spring break vacation. It wasn't our first time at the Waterscape but was by far our best experience. Owner Danica was just great to work with and very responsive, I very highly recommend booking with her she was great! Our room was perfect with awesome views of the waterpark, we even had a personalized beach bag with our name on it as a surprise in our room when we arrived which we made good use of throughout the week!

This condo overlooks the second level of the waterpark which was great for our family as I was able to watch my wife and kids swim while relaxing on the patio. We did dine out a lot while we were there but the condo also had a full kitchen so I was able to make lunches and dinners and just had to wave the kids in from the waterpark to come in and eat it was pretty great! The room came with beach chairs and an umbrella which we also put to good use and we even had a free hour of water sports equipment which we got to use for kayaking and paddle boarding.

Overall it was just a great trip and made even better by the excellent service. I look forward to coming back and booking with Danica again in the future it was a great experience!!

First off, if I could give one billion stars I would!! Second, Danica is an absolute, hands down, awesome person :) I stayed in her condos (a few different ones) over the course of 2 months. She was always so accommodating of my schedule and made sure I had everything I could possibly need. I've stayed at other condos at Waterscape and let me tell you, she ensures that her condos are impeccable. Kitchens and bathrooms are clean, you've got access to a whole music library of beachy music, there are TONS of beach toys for the kids. It really was the best experience I've had and I'm glad I didn't have to go through those other services with their crazy "booking/service" fees! RentWaterscape for the win! Now all we need is promo t-shirts ;)

We had the best stay at Waterscape in room A322! A friend highly recommended renting through Danica, and I’m so glad they did! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable! It was myself, my husband, and our seven year old daughter. The bunk room sold us, my daughter thought it was the best! The condo was stocked with everything that we needed, including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, and a deck box full of fun beach items! The location of Waterscape is great as well, beautiful beach and pools to enjoy! The location is great, a short walk to great restaurants, fishing pier, and the boardwalk. Danica was super prompt at responding to any questions we had. We highly recommend booking through Danica and can’t wait to return!

Wow! Where to begin! The entire vacation was nothing short of magical! The booking process was so seamless and easy to navigate thanks to Danica. She was always so prompt in responding to any questions we had and offered so many fun ideas and things to do! We made the drive down from Ohio with our 6 Month old and arrived very early in the morning, but Danica had made sure to send us everything we needed for check in. We stayed in A322 and it was a beautiful space, with a great patio. It came with a great wagon for the beach along with a pack n play and high chair. The beach chairs and umbrella down at the beach made beach days that much easier. We also had a blast at the pools! My wife and I both started thinking when we were going to come back on just the second day! If you have a young infant or children I would recommend booking with Danica every time! We are so grateful to have found her properties in Waterscape!

This was our first time renting from Danica. The whole experience was seamless and perfect. She's so nice, easy to work with, accommodating, and helpful! On our second day, we went ahead and rebooked for the spring with her. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. If I had a question, she was a text away and always responded so quickly. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. We can't wait to come back.

A322 was a great room. Plenty of space for my family of 5. You have a great view of the upper pool and children's splash pad/ outdoor play area. Especially nice when mom wanted to relax on the balcony and watch dad play with the kiddos. The condo itself was very clean. My oldest got a kick out of the LED lights around the upper bunk. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Kitchen was stocked with basic needs and appliances-- including a blender and waffle maker! There was also room to store your personal food and belongings throughout the condo. It was convenient to have the beach wagon and beach toys included. Short walk to the beach, on property. There is a ramp leading to the beach (not just steps!) Beach service was nice. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to pick from. We are already planning our next stay!
