We've stayed with Vacasa for 3 years ib a row. We love Waterscapes! mGreat place for a family vacation with many things to do for the kids. Vacasa has always made the check in process easy and efficient. The front desk staff is also extremelyt friendly and helpful. At one point our front door battery died for the coded front door and maintenance came up right away and fixed it. Would definitely recommend staying here! Plenty of space, clean and comes with the essentials!

I loved that there was a Fudpuckers on the pool deck. I loved the lazy river, and I loved how friendly the staff was.

My fiance,my son,& myself LOVED the rental! It was absolutely perfect I have no complaints at all! It was booked just days ahead of time,we were able to check in a little bit early to get out of the rain the day we arrived & it was just a dream come true vacation for us & we WILL be back for sure. For just about 100$ more than the other hotel we were looking at,there was way more room & just perfect!!! There was everything we needed in the room! The owner and management checked on us through out our stay also! Thank you so much for having us

Plenty of towels, kitchen well supplied comfortable beds. The only thing I can think of that we were lacking was plastic storage containers for left overs, and plastic dishes for kids- we used paper plates and brought no spill cups. A wonderful experience. You won’t regret this condo.

DO NOT PARK in parking lot located in front of Waterscape or you will be towed. HOA WILL NOT ALLOW ANY BOATS, TRAILERS, OR JET SKIS ON PROPERTY AT ALL. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.
GARAGE HEIGHT INFORMATION: North Entrance - 9'2' & South Entrance- 7'2' All vehicles between 7'2' - 9'2' will have limited parking available on the 1st floor by north entrance of parking garage. All other vehicles will need to be 7'2' or under to park on first floor and upper levels of parking garage.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
