We loved our stay at Waterscape. We’ve been to the Destin area several times. Our accommodations at Waterscape were easily the best we’d had. It gave us easy access to the convention center and water activities like Crab Island. Our unit was impressive. If we make a return to the area, we’d be back in a heartbeat.

My husband and I are three weeks in to a two month stay at Waterscape unit A308. We have already contacted Danica about booking next winter. We absolutely love our unit, especially the two modern walk-in showers. This is especially important to us as we are older and I have balance issues so a tub is pretty much out of the question for us (although there is a beautiful tub in both full bathrooms). There is lots of room and the furniture is good quality. The view of the pools and ocean are amazing. Danica is a wonderful host and plans outings for her guests and will help arrange excursions for you. She has lists of places in the area for shopping, entertainment, eat, etc. Yesterday she even made homemade biscuits for her guests! This is by far the best condo we have stayed in.

We travel to Waterscape every November with our 2 small children. Each year, we have stayed in one of Danica's condos and wouldn't do it any other way. She is fantastic and always a text away if needing anything. Her units are all so well maintained and taken care of. She also keeps them stocked with just about anything you could need. Our children especially like the wagons in each room and the box full of sand toys. There is no need to pack any of your own sand toys, which is a huge plus!!

Our first trip to Waterscape. It was wonderful! We stayed in A308 during Thanksgiving. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to beach toys, umbrella, chairs and wagon. Condo was very clean! Danica pays extra attention to detail. Leaving a sweet gift for the kids, bubble man and Santa on the pool deck. It's a short walk to the beach and pool activities. Publix for groceries is right down the road. Gulfarium and many good restaurants are close by. Stewbys is a must and within walking distance!

The best unit I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv for each child in the bunk room), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few condos that allow people to use the beach umbrella (free!), chairs, toys, and more!

This unit exceeded any expectations we had. The condo was immaculate. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We were traveling with our 6 month old granddaughter and Danica even had a pack n play that we had no hesitation in using. Anything we needed was already supplied. The view was amazing as we could look down on the pool area and also see the beautiful ocean. Danica was wonderful to deal with. Always answering any questions we had before arrival. Waterscape A308 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2.5 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE!
Waterscape A308 is on the third level in the A building and is located in the desirable "inside" of the U, only 4 units back from the beach. We are conveniently located in the middle of the resort, just 4 doors from the sand! We are 2 doors from the elevator and 1 door from the steps to the pool entrance. Location is everything! This unit offers two king bed master suites, which is perfect for traveling with extended family or another small family. The living room and both bedrooms open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4, two lounge chairs, and a deck box filled to the rim with beach toys and floats.
A308 boasts a fully stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). This unit does not have a sleeper sofa.
A308 is fun and elegant too. It has been carefully designed to feel like home. We have selectively stocked the condo with things you need, but nothing you don't. We offer free beach service, extra beach chairs, a large 8' umbrella, and a beach cart to provide front-row beach seating at your leisure. This equipment is also handy at the pools, as sometimes vacant chairs can be difficult to come by. We furnish an all-terrain wagon for your little ones, a pack-n-play, highchair, and a variety of other items to make your visit easy. These are a few of the details, but I don't want to spoil all the surprises!
Waterscape A308 has a bunk room that makes the kids happy to climb into their sleeping quarters. There is half bath right off the bunk area. This unit sleeps 6 people comfortably.
