B112-Ground Floor-Pool View, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Danica is such a great host! We enjoyed our stay at her perfectly kept condo. The services she offers go above and beyond anywhere else we have rented from. It was our first stay at Waterscape but I'm sure it will not be our last!

First, Danica is freaking amazing. Communication with her before your vacation even begins is unmatched. I dont know how she manages to do this but she's amazing. I understood everything I needed to about the resort and condo well before we got there. So helpful to be prepared. Second, the condo we rented, B112 is gorgeous! So easy to get to from the parking. Cute little rug out front. Walking in, I was blown away. Beach music playing, bright, and beautifully decorated. We immediately take our shoes off to keep sand to a minimum. In other condos our feet would be black within seconds. Not here. Clearly these floors are thoroughly cleaned. I can't tell you how happy that made me. Danica provides so much stuff, that we didnt use half of it lol. Beach service is included which we used. She also provides a beach cart and chairs, but we didnt need that this time. Lots of pots and pans. Hand soaps. Plenty of bath towels. This place was perfect. Danica added a little surprise for my kids. It was above and beyond and I really can't thank her enough. Waterscape is a fantastic resort. Danica just makes it perfect.

Our first time staying at Waterscape did not disappoint at all! Danica takes pride in her properties & her guest & it absolutely shows. The Condo was clean & tidy & had everything we needed. The extra little things that we could take advantage of like the beach wagon & the beach toys was a great addition. The property itself was amazing! The kids had a blast in the lazy river & pools. It's super close & a convenient walk straight to the beach! Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us! Thanks Danica!

Danica makes everything so easy ! I was amazed how she had thought of everything from sand toys to beach chairs. All we had to do was get our groceries and she could have even arranged that done for us. Next time we will definitely take advantage of the grocery thing. We've stayed at Waterscape before but not in one of Danica's units. I have to say, she makes everything so easy and our unit was perfect! Not to mention the personalized buckets for the kids when we arrived got the biggest smiles!!! The little things matter and we had the best time at Waterscape this year. Thank you so much Danica!

Since we found Danica's condos we no longer rent from anyone else. This time we stayed in B112. It is on the ground floor tucked in the corner behind the tiki hut when you come out on the patio and on the entrance side your door is right at the elevator or just around the corner is the pool entrance. Perfect spot to have privacy but be just steps away from the pools and beach. As always, the condo was well stocked (and labeled). Danica thinks of everything. From the beach music playing when you arrive to the loaded beach cart and toys. The condo was clean and we loved the decor. She checked in with us the day before our arrival, arrival day and the day before we were to leave. She is always so helpful and provides you with lots of information to make your trip great. Another wonderful trip in the books and we have already booked next years trip!

We stayed in B112 and were so happy to have chosen Waterscape Rentals by Owner! Danica is a dream to work with. Very knowledgeable and super responsive to texts. B112 was a very convenient location. You can unload right outside the unit and parking is close. You are also steps from the main pool. With all of this it is still private because of the landscaping and the fact that no other first floor neighbors will be walking by this unit as it is the last in the row. The unit is stocked with everything you need. I could tell we had more extras than others because people would ask where we got our boogie boards, and beach chairs/cart. Waterscape itself is super family friends. I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old and they had the best time.

This is our second time booking a condo with Danica, and it won't be the last! Super clean with tons of extras to make your stay more convenient and comfortable. Extra blankets, pillows, towels, chairs, pack and play, plus much more. Our kids LOVE it here and love sleeping in their bunkbeds while watching cartoons on their own TV. Easy check in and check out!

I can’t say enough nice things about our whole experience with Danica and the Waterscape resort! It was a family vacation with my adult children, their spouses, and my precious granddaughter. We ALL had the BEST time enjoying all the pools, lazy river, and watching my granddaughter play in the children’s areas, she had a blast. Such a fantastic place for kids of all ages! So easy to get to everything too. Tons of nice restaurants close by and lots to do. The best part for us was going out on the pontoon for 4 hours to Crab Island, the harbor, and a little private beach. THANKS DANICA for making our entire vacation so much fun and so memorable! We will definitely be back!!! 🥰🏝

This was our second time to rent one of Danica's condos at Waterscape. It was so nice to book a spur of the moment vacation and not have to worry about packing any big items. Danica provides pack-n-plays, high chairs, beach wagons, umbrellas, sand toys, and beach chairs in her units. It makes for such an easy vacation with little ones. We stayed in B112 and were surprised to find it is the first unit from the parking garage which saved so much time for us. It is also right beside the elevator and biggest pool and just an elevator ride up to the heated pool and kiddie pool. We also found that it was a short trip out the patio door to the beach access point. Overall this was a better ground floor unit than others we have stayed in because there is no foot traffic outside your back doors and plenty of privacy. My only recommendation would be some sort of contraption to block off the ladder to the bunk beds or to have removable ladders for toddlers that love to climb. We have already booked another trip through Danica for this fall and can't wait to be back!

We had a great experience staying at waterscape rentals and Danica was an amazing hostess! Would highly recommend staying here if you had small children. Our kids loved the heated pool and the beach is right there!

Our family of 6 (3 adults & 3 kids ages 12, 10 & 10) just stayed at Waterscape B112. We loved everything about it! The location was perfect. No thru foot traffic when enjoying patio area, kids had a grass area to play, & easy/close beach access. Loading & unloading car was also easy because of location. We went during March, so we did most of our swimming in heated pool which was kept at a very comfortable temperature. The owner is very organized, has thought of everything needed and is easy to communicate with. We just left 2 days ago & have already booked our next stay!

After spending several years in south Florida we have always looked forward to visiting the Destin Fort Walton area. By word of mouth we checked out Waterscape at Fort Walton Beach. We went through Danica for rent by owner and we couldn't have been happier. She was so attentive to every detail in our stay here. I have never met someone with her stamina and energy. We will definitely be back to visit Waterscape and Danica. Fort Walton and Destin is beautiful. It truly is an Emerald Coast!

Literally all you need is your family and a swimsuit. Room B112 had everything a family could need, from puddle jumpers to a belgian waffle maker! Danica has all the details in place for a wonderful vacation...just add the FUN!

What an amazing vacation! This was our second time to stay an entire week at Waterscape in one of Danica’s condo’s. The condo’s are great, very well equipped and stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The area can’t be beat! Tons of fun stuff to do, even within walking distance from Waterscape! We will definitely be back next year!

We have been booking with Danica for the past 7 years and every year is just as amazing as the year before. Danica is truly one of the most incredible owners I have ever booked with. Her instant replies to any questions and her willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you feel like you are at a home away from home is mind-blowing. The condo was clean and well stocked. You talk about about an owner who knows exactly what you need, especially with kids, is so appreciative. Need beach chairs that come with the rental, got it! High chair? Got it! Pack n play, yep! The attention to details win me over each year. Loved every second and have started planning the next one. We will always rent from Danica at the Waterscape. Phenomenal experience, as expected. TIP - her grocery service is absolutely incredible and prevents so much stress after a long drive. We walked into the condo with all groceries put up in the fridge, freezer and in the pantry area. Boom!

Danica was so easy to work with!!! She was super responsive to every question or request. We stayed in unit B112 for a week and then requested an extra day — so glad it was available! The landscaping & pools at Waterscape are so beautiful and the beach is amazing. B112 is close to everything - easy access to the parking garage for unloading & very short walk to the pool. The unit contained everything we needed, even all the beach equipment so you do not to pack all that bulky stuff in your vehicle. My only suggestion is that some of the furniture needs updating. We had a great vacation and hope we get the opportunity to come down again!

Waterscape is a beautiful resort with many amenities that make it the perfect place for a family vacation. All the public areas were clean and well maintained. There are several pool areas that everyone can enjoy. We stayed in B112 with our kids and grandkids. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It has two king bedrooms with adjoining baths and a bunkhouse with two bunk beds which were perfect for the grandkids. It was very spacious and everyone had their own space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the washer and dryer were especially handy! Danica also provides everything you will need for the beach. Chairs, umbrella and a wagon to get them all there! This unit is on the ground floor eliminating having to use stairs or wait on elevators. It has easy access to everything! You can drive up right beside the door and load/unload your car, the parking garage is very close, the access to the pool areas is right around the corner and the beach is a short walk. Very convenient to everything!

Danica was wonderful to work with! She was readily available to answer any question or take care of any concern. We loved staying in her condo!

This was our first time staying here, and we are so glad we rented from Danica! After talking with other people on the beach we quickly realized just how much Danica does to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From pack and plays, high chairs, a fully stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels/blankets/pillows, a ton of beach toys, extra chairs and umbrellas, wagon….. the list goes on and on! Very convenient location and very clean. We plan on booking the same room next year!

This was our second year at waterscape and by far the B112 was the best unit we've stayed in! Mrs. Danica was prepared for everything! The unit had all the essentials we needed so it was less to pack! The unit was very clean and we were able to check in a little early which was a bonus! We will definitely be booking our next vacation at Waterscape with her!!

Our condo was well furnished and very conveniently located. Danica is a super hostess and saw to every detail. Waterscape is definitely a fun and relaxing place to take your family!

We stayed at B112 and had a great trip! The floor level is so convenient, especially with little ones! We were seconds from the pool area. Our favorite part was the toddler splash pad and water slide. Our 3 year old spent hours there! Danica had everything you could think of for the condo - coolers, wagons, chairs, toys and more. We’ll definitely be back!

We just got home from our 2nd stay with Danica in Condo B112. Our first trip was back in 2017. We loved waterscape and everything it has to offer with smaller kids we had to come back! I always have a bunch of questions, and Danica is always very responsive via text or email. I know she will always give me a reply.

B112 is the perfect spot, ground level and has a place to unload your car right at your front door. We used her personal shoppers this trip, which I will definitely be doing that again. After 2 days of traveling in the car with kids it was so nice to not have to still go to the store. The condo was stocked with everything you would need to get started. We brought a bunch of stuff from home which helps with cost, but the condo has everything you would need to cook dinner there.

The first time we stayed at Waterscape was in Sept. so it was never crowded at the beach or pool. This time staying in summer it was pretty crowed in both places, but we always were able to get seats at the pool. We would go grab them at 8 when gates opened, just for the adults. The kids didn't need chairs. One of us would stay with the seats until we could get the kids breakfast and out the door for the day. The good thing about location of B112 is you walk right out your front door take a right and you're at the pool. We would try and grab seats right there so we could run back and forth.

Our favorite place to eat was Stewby's, we had it twice. We also tried AJ's oyster house across the street, it was ok and The Gulf. It was so pretty at The Gulf, great for pictures and the food was good too!

Wednesdays (in the summer) they do fireworks at the Pier. It started to rain right when we were headed to the beach to watch them. Turns out you can see them a little from patio, and if you walk closer to the lazy river out the patio you can see them from there.

We will be back again at some point to Waterscape and I will always stay with Danica! Sad to be back in Kansas, but we had a great vacation!

We waited for two years to visit Waterscape, made our deposit with Danica in 2019 for 2020 (B112). We had to cancel 2020 because of the pandemic. Then we rescheduled for June 2021. Our unit was very comfortable for us and we loved being on ground floor. It had everything we needed, well stocked and loved the beachy furnishings. The location was also excellent. I have never worked with anyone that has been SO diligent and attentive about being on top of every concern/question with a prompt and sufficient text/email or phone call. We appreciate Danica's professional skills. We will have good memories of our visit, thank you!

Danica @ Waterscape is simply amazing! She was helpful and attentive to our request, questions, etc. from beginning to end. The amenities @ WS are perfect for families that have kids of different ages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Definitely skip the "big box" rental companies like Vacasa (or who we now call "va-caca"), and instead rent from a local owner. The experience is much better! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a highchair for our younger child as well. Everything was labeled and well organized, so we didn't waste time on random things. Quality amenities and appliances. Comfortable beds and shower had awesome water pressure. =) The beach supplies and all terrain cart made getting to the beach with kids much easier. You can't beat the location with fun pools for the kids and the beach right there. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

We have been wanting to take my Mother in Law to the beach for awhile, and Danica made it perfect! The condo was perfect for us, the beds were comfy, everything was decorated so cute and clean! She even had the kids monogrammed sand pales waiting, along with a box FULL of other toys. We will be back for sure. You can't go wrong booking with Danica, she was amazing.

This is the perfect condo for 4 girls and the Parents! We had to much fun between the pool and the beach! The bathrooms were more than big enough for us all and plenty of room to get Cheer ready! Can wait to visit again!

We have visited the Fort Walton/Destin area every spring break for 6 years in a row. We have stayed twice at Waterscape. Renting from Danica made our lives so much easier! Lots of communication ahead of time helped to plan and prepare for our stay. The condo had a stocked kitchen and had all the basics ready for use. This particular condo had a great location to the beach, pool area and even the ease of unpacking the car. Our family felt like home while we were away for a week!

Just returned home from an amazing week at the beach! B112 was a beautiful, spacious condo. Walking in, we were pleasantly welcomed to the music of Jimmy Buffet. A condo fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, right down to a "beachy" bathroom step-stool for little ones to brush their teeth. Danica has thought of EVERYTHING! We love the beach decor and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the gas grill outside our patio, the kids loved the pools, and the walk to the beach is just steps away from this condo! We enjoyed digging for sand crabs, shells, building sandcastles, walks to the pier to see the dolphins, morning rides in the kayak, and the beautiful sunsets. It was the best time of beach and family. Thanks for the great memories, we will be back!

We had the absolute best time at Waterscape last week. The resort has everything you could want. Danica is an angel to rent from! Our condo (B112) was perfect for our family, plenty of space for everyone and so much was provided for us it made packing a breeze. We definitely look forward to staying at Waterscape and with Danica again!

Danica and her team are amazing!! We stayed in her B112 unit. Easy access to loading/unloading a vehicle. Perfect distance to pools. Easy to get to the beach. Wonderful unit that has everything you need in a home away from home. Danica makes the process so easy to get away. Groceries were there waiting, unit was decorated for my sons birthday. Welcome music playing when you walked in got you right into that vacation mind set. Have no doubts your vacation will be amazing if you work with Danica.

We are just wrapping up a GREAT vacation at Waterscape....one that was 16 months in the works! Danica has been WONDERFUL to work with. I particularly appreciated that I could shoot her a quick email or text (often times not even identifying myself - LOL!) and she was super quick to reply and treated me as if I had been a frequent guest of the resort. She is the absolute kindest person. When our Spring Break got cancelled due to COVID, she was super helpful in helping us re-book for another week.

After a long, impatient wait, we arrived at our unit to find the code didn't work. I send Danica a text and she was on our doorstep in minutes with a new code. Amazing! We went to the beach for the first time, sat down in one of the beach chairs to find it broken. Not sure if we broke it or if it was broken when we took it out there (the metal frame was quite rusted from the salt so it was inevitable), but I sent her a text notifying her as that is what she asked. I told her it wasn't a big deal and that we were ok being down one chair. About 30 minutes later, up walks Danica carrying a new chair. She is nothing short of amazing to her guests. She will go out of her way to make sure her guests are not inconvenienced.

Now, lets talk about our unit, B112. When I booked, I chose this unit solely because it was ground level. Once COVID hit, I was even more happy about having a ground unit....that meant no stairs, hallways, elevators, etc - you know all those yucky high touch areas. Once we arrived and got comfortable, we quickly learned why this unit is considered a "prime location" at the resort....The front door is about 50 feet from the curb/loading zone which means super convenient vehicle packing/unpacking. Its about 200 feet from the parking garage where there was always stalls open in the first row, and about 20 feet from the trash room. But the best part of location is that this unit is at the end of the grass walkway that runs along the poolside fence. That means nobody is walking past your unit because it's the last one! You can walk past others as you go to the pool or beach following the stone sidewalk. It is a nice little patio, partially secluded by some nice shrubs. I often looked at other units "closer to the beach" and appreciated B112 more for the overall convenience features.

B112 is a beautiful condo. And as many others have said, there is nothing missing - it is equipped with anything you can think of. When we decided to carry on with our vacation plans despite the pandemic conditions, we just determined that we would do much of our own cooking and not do a lot of touristy stuff. Those couple of conditions really forced us to enjoy vacation that much more. We spent very little money once we got here (there is so much to do around the resort) and forced us to just relax. It was perfect. The only thing we would do next time is pack less!!

Where do I begin? Danica's unit has been the cleanest and most accommodating condo we have ever rented. She has thought out every little detail and her communication is top notch! We can't wait to return next next summer.

We have stayed in B112 for 5 years, and have our 6th stay scheduled! This condo is stocked with everything you need and more. We are able to pack so much less with everything that Danica provides (pack-n-play, high chair, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, just to name a few) I always cook a few meals and the kitchen supplies do not disappoint. The housekeeper can grocery shop for you which is amazing. As soon as we arrive we can go to the pools & beach. I'm not stuck with the task of running to the grocery store. With this unit there are no elevator rides, you are right at the pools and beach. If you need anything Danica replies within minutes. She provides insight tips on restaurants and activities in the area. Renting with her is so personable. I highly recommend renting from her, you won't be disappointed!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect-the condo had everything we could ever need. The kitchen was fully stocked, it was very clean, the decor was cute and beachy-we did not want to leave! We have stayed at waterscape since the first year they opened. We rented through the resort UNTIL, we were blessed to find Danica about five years ago. We have not nor will not rent from anyone else! We always dance ourselves through the door. We are ALWAYS greeted with beach type music and, she literally leaves the lights on for ‘ya. The condos are stocked with the basics AND, the not so basics. Danica has an impeccable eye for detail. If it’s raining, no problem, there are dvds to watch, several board games to play and tv’s in almost every room. If you need ANYTHING, no problem. She always answers her phone. She is a virtual tour guide, gives restaurant suggestions, shopping suggestions AND, if there is a problem with things OUTSIDE her responsibility/condo, she will even call the resort maintenance personnel. We started out years ago as renters and, ended up as friends. Thank you Danica for all you do for us.

We just left our 2nd trip renting with Waterscape Rentals by Owner. We had a fantastic time and Danica does such a great job with her condos. Her decorating and amenities are top notch! We love it! Feels like home away from home! We already pre-booked for next Spring. See you next year Danica!

We have rented from Danica for years. We have no reason to change. This year COVID-19 wrecked our vacation plans we had set almost 12 months in advance in May. Unfortunately, this was the only time of year that would work for our vacation plans so we could not rebook. Danica was pleasant, patient, and trustworthy throughout the refund process (as I assumed she would be). I have always felt like her communication is wonderful! So as sad as we are not to be coming to Waterscape for our annual visit, we will be back in 2021. Once again renting from the best there is! THANK YOU for everything!

We rented Unit B112 from the owner, Danica, for the month of January 2020. If you are in search for the perfect vacation spot in Ft Walton Beach, this is the unit for you. From the moment we walked into the beautifully decorated condo to the time we left, we could not have asked for anything more! Waterscape Resort is one of, if not the best, in the area. From the beautiful grounds, to the pools, hot tubs, and location to the white sand beaches and restaurants on the beach. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Danica, and let me tell you, she was as sweet as could be and is very receptive to your concerns to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This was our second stay in B112. Our family of four absolutely loves this condo at Waterscape. The condo feels like home. It is so clean and inviting! The condo has everything you may need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of dishes and small appliances. The condo also has beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cart, wagon, and a chest full of beach toys! Our two boys love the bunk room. They like having their own space with their own TV! We love B112 because it allows us ground floor access to the beach. The beach is amazing! The grounds of Waterscape are beautiful and well maintained. Our family loves the "warm" pool and hot tubs! The owner, Danica, is terrific to work with! She is quick to respond with texts and emails. Danica sent us texts about events happening in the area during our stay. (The fireworks off the pier on New Year's Eve were awesome!) She truly wants you to enjoy your time while staying in her condo! Our boys loved the little surprises she had waiting for them when we arrived! It was SO hard to leave the condo and we can't wait to return to B112!

This is our family's second stay with Danica at Waterscape. Unit B112 is the perfect location for families! Upon entering the condo, there is music playing and everything is absolutely perfect and welcoming. Immediately, you know you made the perfect choice in a place to stay! I am pretty OCD when it comes to packing, but that's not necessary when staying in B112. Everything you need is there! No need to pack beach chairs, sand toys, floats, etc. It's there! Also, no need to clean when you walk through the door - the unit is spotless! Our family loved the ease of using the beach cart, and included amenities. The kayaks were a huge hit as well! We had the privilege of meeting Danica on the beach during our vacation. She's a sheer delight! It's obvious that she genuinely cares about the families who stay in her units. Our kiddos grow so quickly - and there are so many memories to be made on vacation. Leave the details to Danica - she will make your vacation perfect! We plan to return again and again!

My family stayed in B112 in October and we loved it! The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved all of the special touches the unit had. The owners are wonderful and if there are any questions they respond promptly. Waterscape was very nice and all of the pools were awesome! We especially loved the pool they had for our little one. It is the perfect location. I would definitely recommend going if you have not been there!

I was surprised at how spacious this condo was. The bunk room is perfect with the TVs and was a great quiet space for my two kids with special needs. The bathrooms are humongous and the beds were super comfy. We will be back!!

We have stayed at Waterscape for 8 years and using RentWaterscape has by far surpassed expectations for not only a clean unit, but extreme attention to detail for renters, especially with kids. We were able us use the toys and floats, shovels, and beach gear at ease with no worry of brining our own from home. The amenities provided through Danica's condos were the icing on the cake to help make our family vacation the best yet. Thank you RentWaterscape!! We will be back!!

Great place to stay! My family of 6, 4 kids, stayed in B112 and it was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the condo. The bunk beds with TVs where hit with the kids. It was fun walking in with music playing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The beach chairs, cart, and umbrella were great to have and not have to rent daily or buy. The location was convenient to everything also. However, with all the pools and hot tubs, my kids didn't wanna leave! We used the the pool grills several times. Danica is the best, and the most organized and available person you will ever book with! Choose one of her condos and you will not be dissatisfied or disappointed in spending your hard-earned money here!

There is not enough GREAT things I can say about Danica and our condo, B112. The experience started from the moment I emailed Danica and had questions about her condos. She made the booking process simple. My family and I were filled with excitement and anticipation leading up to our first night. From the moment we opened the door Danica made us feel so welcome. The lights were dimmed and music was playing as we entered our home for the next week. If that wasn't enough she surprised the kids with a little happy gift. So thoughtful and kind. I am pretty particular about cleanliness and I was not disappointed! The condo was just great. She has everything set up and labeled, ready for every need we had. The beach cart, chairs, and spectacular umbrella was all we needed daily to enjoy our time. The kitchen is set up with all we needed and more. It was so nice to be able to grill at the pool and just steps away from our condo. While we were inside the AC didn't disappoint and we stayed nice and cool. You can see how much Danica puts into making sure others enjoy their time away making it a home away from home!! We loved ♥ our condo and we loved feeling important. We will definitely be back next Summer.

This was our 4th stay in B112. Each visit is just as good as the last. Great location, right by the pools, very short walk to the beach, the condo is stocked with so many extras.

Everything was great, from the condo all the way down to the dinner recommendations. I love the clean detailed condo!! We have had horrible experiences in the past with other places and this was such a refreshing change. I may be a bit of a clean freak but I have literally had to clean condos before I would let my family in. This condo was perfect! Very clean, lots of space, easy access, and very family friendly!! We will definitely be back!!

Danica’s units are the BEST!!! Danica goes ABOVE & BEYOND what a typical rental service offers making her units extra special AND she charges far less than ResortQuest and other competitors. We have stayed in Danica’s units twice.... both were equally AMAZING!!! All of her units are all well located within the resort. She keeps her units clean with fully stocked kitchens and adorable decor. The resort speaks for itself.... FAMILY ORIENTED with planned FREE activities for the kiddos, lazy river, spray grounds, and fun pools for all ages!!! My extended family was late booking and Danica didn’t have another unit available. Danica went beyond the call of duty to help us find another unit for my in-laws. They paid twice as much and their unit was awful. All three of my sister-in-laws walked into our unit in awe of the difference. 😁😁😁 Danica has done an amazing job personalizing her units. If I could give her 10 stars I would. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I highly recommend Waterscapes, and booking with Danica if possible.

We stayed in B112 from 6/8/19 to 6/15/19. Directly outside the front door is a temporary parking area for loading/unloading. No need to search for a luggage cart. You can make short trips from car to unit. The parking garage is also very close by. The unit was the most clean of any we've every stayed in at Waterscape. We met Danica's cleaners one morning. They take pride in their work. The unit is well equipped. The beach cart, chairs, and umbrella are quality and easy to transport and set up on the beach. There is also a red wagon to tote more gear if needed. She supplied a cooler, pack n play, highchair, fans, usb plugs, bose radio/ipod , recycling can, quality appliances, lots of kitchen gadgets and labels labels labels! Every switch and shelf was labeled, making navigating the unit easy. The decor, cleanliness, amenities, and location of Danica's unit should make this your 1st choice when staying at Waterscape...it was ours!

This is our third year staying at one of Danica's condos. It just keeps getting better and better. There is nothing she doesn't think of. The condo is beautifully decorated and as comfortable as can be. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. And the special gifts she left for our grandchildren were such a fun surprise. Once again we didn't want to leave and are already counting the days until we come back next year. Thanks, Danica, for another wonderful vacation.

Another fantastic year with Danica! This was our fourth year staying in one of Danica's condos and year five is being planned. We stayed in B112 this year and were once again amazed with how nice, clean, and well organized the condo was. I cannot say enough about how great Danica's condos are and how we count down the days to this vacation every year. The ground floor access was great to allow quick access to the beach, pools and potty breaks. The unit was well stocked - seriously she has thought of everything. You cannot go wrong here!!

We so enjoyed our stay in the ground floor unit. It was clean, quiet, and so convenient. We loved being on the beach and able to walk down to the pier. There was plenty of space for us - 4 adults and a 3 year old. The kitchen was fully loaded and the grills nearby were great for easy dinners.

We've been vacationing on Okaloosa Island since 2005. This year we chose Waterscape B112 and were not disappointed. The owner, Danica, is efficient, well organized, and very accommodating. She managed to have the condo ready for an early check-in and was responsive to our inquiries. We took advantage of many of the extras that were provided... beach cart with chairs, wagon, toys, games, DVD's, Pack 'n Play, high chair, and free Kayak rentals. This unit is located just steps away from the unloading area with convenient access to the garage, pool, and gas grills and is perfect for families with young children. We look forward to coming back!

We arrived at Waterscape and Danica had a wonderful welcome for our 2 boys! She had music going and it felt like home away from home! We’d text her questions and she was quick to respond when able! Her condo was beautiful and clean! She also had kayak/paddle boats rentals for us to use. It was amazing to have a kayak experience in the gulf! I definitely will be renting from her again! She made our experience wonderful, we greatly appreciate her letting us use her condo and making us feel at home!

This is our third stay with Danica and our first in B112. This is by far our favorite condo. The location cannot be beaten. From unloading your car to getting around during the day, it's perfect! We are a family of 5 with a 7yr old, 5yr old, 2 yr old, and one on the way. She stocks these condos to the brim for families and it really makes the stay. My kids had plenty of beach toys and balls to play with and keep them entertained while we were making food or taking a break from the sand or water. April is also a great month for the beach! It was not crowded at all. The pool water was chilly but that didn't stop my kiddos. Also, you cannot find this level of service anywhere. She kept in constant contact with us and she had issues covered before they even arose! We will definitely be back for a 4th trip and will always choose B112!

It was our first stay in B112 and we loved how close it was to the beach. Just like C203, the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I even found my favorite pampered chef cooking utensil in the kitchen. The kids loved the TVs in the bunk room and the toddlers loved riding in the wagon. As always, we can't wait to come back and stay at our favorite place with our favorite condo owner again!

We spent a full week in B112 for our spring break and it was wonderful! As promised, it is fully furnished, including the kitchen. We have a big family, so I cooked all but one day and had everything I needed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Because of it's space, this was one of our better stays. Our kids are teenagers and had plenty of room to spread out and not get on each other's nerves. ;) Bathrooms were huge, which was very helpful (having four teenage girls.) Danica was quick to respond when we had questions. The beach and resort were beautiful. It was just a quick walk down the beach to the boardwalk, such convenient placement!

Awesome place for a young family to vacation! The condo is nestled on the ground level in the most convenient location. The condo was gorgeous and comfortable, felt like home for 6 days! Beautifuly decorated, Danica thinks of the smallest of touches. I would recommend this rental over and over!

We stayed at Waterscape Condominium in condo B112 for 9 weeks as our 1st experience as “snowbirds”. We were lucky enough to find this condo at ‘Waterscape Rental by Owner’. The condo is very clean and has everything you would need; it is decorated very nicely with a seaside décor. The condo is convenient to everything, restaurants within walking distant, Destin 6 miles away. Danica is a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any need you might have.

This is by far the best owner I have had the pleasure of renting from. Danica makes you feel as if she is your very own travel agent-suggestions on where to eat, places to visit and of course about the many wonderful amenities at Waterscape. We rented B112 and loved being only a few steps to the beach and pool! The temperature was a bit cooler but we still had a few beach days and there are many nearby indoor activities! Thank you Danica!!

went over and beyond to accommodate our group. Even with last minute changes and a hurricane looming she went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The place was amazing! The pools, beach and amenities were top notch. We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!

This was our 3rd year staying in B112. As always it was a wonderful stay. It is the perfect condo for families with children. There are so many extras provided (beach chairs, beach cart, sand toys, floats, etc). This allow us to pack a lot lighter. I cooked a few meals and the kitchen always has everything I need and more. We have already booked our 4th stay in 2019.

We just
 had our second stay in one of Danica's condos!! Our stay both time was excellent!! We stayed in C203 when our kiddos were small. It was perfect having the large grassy area in front of the condo and being close to the toddler area. This time we stayed in B112. It was nice having the 2 super comfy king rooms, and the kids loved the bunk room, each having a tv!! Was nice being a quick stroll to the beach in B112 too! She thinks of every detail and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect!! With hurricane Michael coming she offered that we could leave a day early and be refunded which was super nice--most places don't have that level of service!! We will be back again!!!

Vacation in one of Danica's condos has become something we look forward to all year! She is SO nice and takes great care of every little detail and then some! Her condos are so well decorated and stocked with everything you could ever need! The personal touches she adds make you feel like an honored guest and right at home. The amenities at Waterscape cannot be beat when vacationing with kids. You never have to leave the grounds! Vacationing with the 1 year old and 3 year old grandkids is still relaxing at this resort.

Our group of 8 absolutely loved staying at Waterscape C505. The condo and views are stunning and we hated to leave. The owner was absolutely awesome to work with she made our stay perfect. The personal touches made my day. From texting us congrats on our wedding day to the personalized gift for the kids. Do not hesitate to book through her. This was the best decision we could have made.

We had an amazing vacation at Waterscape. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed plus some! It was beautifully decorated and we loved all the small touches that made it feel like home... TVs in the bunk room, the pack n play and high chair, all the kitchen utensils we needed to grill poolside or cook in the kitchen! The beach cart and chairs were perfect to get right next to the water and watch the kids play. Thankful for a wonderful vacation and definitely plan on coming back!

We stayed in unit B112 and loved it! The unit was furnished with everything you would need including beach gear and toys. It was clean and spacious enough for our group. The younger kids loves the bunk bed area. Danica provides top service and keeps in touch with you to answer any questions or help with any issues. We would definitely recommend her rentals.

We have stayed in c203 and b112 and both are amazing! Danica is the epitome of southern hospitality! She’s friendly, available for questions/help, and even included a personalized gift for the kids! Her condos are decorated so well and always clean! The beds are top of the line and super comfy! The places are fully stocked with dishes, towels, linens and include a beach cart, umbrella, wagon, chairs, beach toys, and now paddle board or kayak rental!!! She’s truly thought of everything!!! This saves us so much space in the van on the way down and back!!!

Everything was perfect!!! The unit was clean, decorated so nice and well stocked. It has so many nice touches like a beach cart, chairs, and games. The kiddos loved the area with the bunk beds. It was super close to the beach and the pool. We all had a great time and can't wait to go back!

The B112 condo was amazing! I can be incredibly picky about the cleanliness of places and this condo was so clean, it felt like home! The beds were so comfortable. I searched and searched for a long time for the perfect vacation. This was a Christmas gift for my two daughters ages 10 & 12. We have a new baby as well so finding a place where my older kids would enjoy and where we could comfortably take a new baby was most important to me. I came across Danica’s rentals and I was drawn to her rave reviews. I wanted a home away from home with easy access to the beach and things for my older children to enjoy. This place has it all! Danica’s rental was immaculate and had everything we needed. The older kids were able to go off and play in all the pools while one of us parents stayed inside with the baby when needed. It was perfect! The easy access to the beach is ideal! I cannot say enough good things about Danica. Talking to her is like speaking with a friend you have known forever. She goes above and beyond to make sure your vacation is a breeze. If you are looking for a beautiful beach resort where your kids will have memories to last a lifetime, and mom and dad can relax because Danica takes care of everything, look no further.

We absolutely had the best vacation. This is our second year staying at Waterscape but this time we rented from Mrs. Danica and it was such a great and easy process. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even left our daughter the cutest outfit with her initials on it. We will definitely be renting from her again next year and the years to come.

My husband and I were staying at the Hilton next door last fall and we happen to see B112 chairs on the beach and checked out Danica’s website. We wanted a 1st floor unit on the inner area and reached out to her to see if we could see one of her units while we were there. Our experience was top notch from the day we saw the condo to the day we put our deposit down to arriving and leaving. It’s equipped with many amenities and was so clean when we arrived. It was our family Christmas present and our 1 yr. old grandsons first beach vacation. Thanks again Danica, we’ll be back!

We had a great stay at Waterscape in unit B112. Danica provides you with so many extras. We loved having all the beach gear. It made it super simple to get to the beach with all our stuff and we didn't have to rent anything. We flew so were limited on what we could bring, but when you stay in Danica's unit you don't need to bring much. We have three children and she had a personalized beach item waiting for each of them which they loved. Out on the patio she had all kinds of pool and beach toys to use. We were ground level which made it so easy to get to the pools or beach, especially with the kids. Our kids LOVED the bunk room. Danica provides a tv for the top bunk and one for the bottom bunk so no fighting. Each room is decorated so cute with that beach touch. Danica provides you with a NICE front loader washer and dryer and all the kitchen appliances you need if you want to stay in and cook of an evening. I would highly recommend this condo unit. If we needed anything during our week stay at Waterscapes all I had to do is text or call Danica and she got right back to me.

We've stayed in other units at Waterscape several times, but a stay in one of Danica's units is extra special. My kids loved the kayak, the beach chairs and umbrella, SO many sand toys to choose from, the lovely wagon to carry everything to the beach, the tvs and fairy lights in the bunk room and the close proximity to the pool.

The place is nicely appointed and beautifully decorated. I'm quite certain we'll only be booking with Danica for future trips to the beach :)

Calling all MOMS! Do you want a vacation where YOU can relax and enjoy time with your family without having to pack everything under the sun? Book this room! We have traveled many, many times with our girls and this is the most perfectly stocked and decorated room we've ever had!
The beach toys, sand chairs, umbrellas and cart are perfect! We were able to easily transport everything we needed for a day at the beach in ONE trip!
Danica provided recommendations for places to eat, as well as fun things to do. Each one was an amazing fit for our family!
During the stay, we needed to make a quick trip to the UTC, and guess what...we found a recommendation for this as well, hanging on our fridge!
The location of this condo is PERFECT! You can quikly and easily run from the condo to the beach or pool! How many times have you stepped onto the beach and realized you forgot something? Not a problem in this room! The location has spoiled us to the point, we really don't want to consider another room or hotel!
Upon our arrival, our girls were screaming in sheer delight as they found their bunk rooms with individual tvs! The screams returned when they found their personalized T shirts! How amazingly nice!
We loved everything about this location! It was designed to be your home away from home! Super comfy furniture, beds and bedding!
If you are on the fence about renting this room....just do it! You will be glad you did!

We were hoping to immediately book for next Fall Break, but the room is already booked! Book quickly, because this place fills up fast!

We stayed in this condo Sept 2-8th week of labor day. With 4 adults and 4 kids from 5-2 years. Danica told us exactly where to pull up to unload all our stuff which is right outside the door. Instead of trying to find a parking space and hall it all thru the garage. This also came in handy when unloading all the grocerys. Once we got in the condo she had music playing and sand buckets with each kids names. Kids loved that! The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need for the week. There was never one thing I said I wish we had. The beds were super comfy and the bunkroom was a huge hit with the kids! The location of the condo was great! It was right around the corner from the waterfall and main pool. When your on the patio you can see and hear it. This was also a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Danica provided 4 beach chairs and umbrella which was really nice. There's also a bin full of beach toys so you never have to bring your own or buy any. We had the guys set up in the morning and we would come and go all day. It was great! Overall we had a great vacation and will definitely be renting form Danica again. She was very responsive to all my texts and questions since we were traveling from Kansas city I had a bunch. She even let us have a late check out the last day since our flight wasn't till 3. Made a huge difference for us with our kids. If you want a clean condo, with a great location to everything this ones for you!
 

We found our family vacation spot! This is our second time here with the same owner and we will definitely be back next year. The owner is fantastic to work with and the condo makes you feel like you're on vacation as soon as you walk in. Its decorated so cute, and it is very clean! I would highly recommend her units to anyone. Its great for children and adults. My kids love the pools and the lazy river. Looking forward to next year!!

This was our second year staying in this unit and it is awesome. It is very clean and decorated with a cute beach theme. My kids love the movies and toys provided. Next year we will pack a lot less since there is an umbrella, beach, cart, & chairs in the unit. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure that her unit is stocked with more than the necessities and sends helpful tips about nearby restaurants, entertainment, etc. We have already rebooked for next year. We love Waterscape and plan to return each year.

This condo is hands down the perfect vacation experience. Plenty of space for our family of 8 with everyone super comfortable. The boys loved the bunk room, and having that extra half bath really simplified things. The unit with its terrific layout has living room, dining, kitchen and utility centrally located and bedrooms to the left and right. Speaking of which, TWO master suites, both beautifully decorated and at night the plush beds welcomed rest after a hard day of playing on the sandy shores or in the oasis of pools. Those master baths - HUGE - HUGE - HUGE! Really nice touches throughout the home with the owners personal style, clever designs and super nice furnishings. We appreciated the availability of items like i pod, large screen TV, fully appointed kitchen, HE Washer /dryer, ample linens and beach items. The unit has a color palate that is cool and refreshing putting you in a relaxed state of mind. Cleanliness obviously is very important to the owner and we appreciated that fact. Outside there's a large patio with seating for all, views of the pool area, palm trees, sounds of the waterfall and easy access to all and the beach from the condo. Being a ground floor unit was tremendously helpful for us, the grandparents, with no steps to maneuver and easier with the little one who was eager to jump right in the pool and play in the sand on arrival. Waterscape is a beautiful place with its white sandy beaches at your door, lush grounds and its many pools, play areas, activity nights, lazy river, BBQ grills, snack bar area, and quick access to surrounding places to play and eat. Really a special place to vacation for all ages. The owner, is a great communicator and could not have been more accommodating! Quick to recommend special places to eat, sights to see and promptly got back with answers to any inquires we had. She's exceptional and makes everything so easy and pleasant going that extra mile with attention to her unit and her guests. Renting this condo made all the difference in a meaningful, relaxing and fun filled time with our family. This was our first time staying at Waterscape. We can highly recommend this unit to others. This unit was everything we were hoping for! We have a large family with 5 children. Everyone was able to sleep very comfortably and there was plenty to do for everyone. The owner has everything you would need stocked in the kitchen and throughout the unit. We arrived to such a lovely, clean, and beautifully decorated home away from home. The owner is so pleasant to work with. She takes the extra steps to ensure your visit is beyond expectations. This type of attention to details is much appreciated. The fact that this is a ground level unit is so nice as it allowed us to not have to deal with elevators when going to and from the pool or beach. In the Fort Walton Beach area, Waterscape is really the best place for a family trip. There is direct access to the beach and the pool with multiple areas for kids and adults. We definitely plan to be back!

Danica truly LOVES her condos and this is apparent upon initial contact with her! She wants you to love them just as much as she does so she keeps them clean with up to date décor and fully stocked with such great items. We come to Waterscape each year and we wont rent from anyone else. Such wonderful communication and just not enough good things to say. Thank you for such a memorable beach experience!

We rented a condo from Danica. Every detail from start to finish was ON POINT! My husband and I have four kids six and under. We brought my husband's parents to help. The condo was perfect for our group. So clean upon arrival. The owner had gifts for our kids! We decided it would be worth the extra fee to have the housekeeper buy our groceries ahead of time. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, EASY TRANSACTION! My kids died when they saw the bunk room, they loved it! And Waterscape was perfect for our young kids. Our unit was super close to the pool and beach. We even had a back yard. You will not be disappointed! The owner even had restaurant and activity tips/advice. The beds were so comfortable too. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing property and experience. This condo's location was PERFECT. It is the closest unit to the pools and only 6 units from the beach. It's also the closest unit to parking and has pull-up access for loading and unloading. The owner made this trip perfect for us. She was so helpful and her unit was absolutely amazing. It had EVERYTHING we needed and was super clean. The owner is an exceptional communicator. When I return here (hopefully frequently) I plan to re-visit this condo exclusively. The resort itself it AWESOME. Clean pools, nice people, and 24/7 security keeping things in order. Great experience!!

This condo far exceeded my expectations. Danica has taken her renter’s needs into consideration and makes your beach experience amazing. The pictures do not do this unit justice. It’s so inviting, calm and surreal. Danica has thought of everything, absolutely everything. She has decorated in such a cute, fun way that it is calming for adults and exciting for the kids. There is nothing you want for, she has every kitchen appliance and gadget you can imagine and everything is top notch. She left some personalized item for our kids, which was such a sweet, extra touch that most owners do not think of. The unit is stocked with books, games, movies, beach toys, floats, sand toys and a very nice beach cart with umbrella and four beach chairs (chairs that recline) for you to use while at the beach. Not to mention the unit was SPOTLESSS, she has employed the best housekeeper in Fort Walton Beach for sure. I also highly suggest taking the housekeeper up on the grocery service. We arrived to a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry. We had absolutely everything we asked for and our vegetables and produce were so fresh, this was such a nice perk. The location of this unit is Stellar to none. It’s so convenient to everything; yet it’s also private given that it’s in the corner. It’s located by the waterfall at the main pool and is so calming to listen to the waterfall while out on the patio. I could go on and on about how nice this unit was. We will certainly be repeat customers…..

Where to start? The owner is simply amazing! She's very quick to respond to anything you may need an answer to. She has thought of practically everything for a family with young kids. Beach cart, beach chairs, huge beach umbrella, sand toys, high chair, and more! The condo we stayed in was ground level and we will never stay in anything higher again. This level allows for a walk out patio to the pool, beach and grills! Our 2yr old ran around and I didn't have to worry about balcony fears. The patio set is quality and there is plenty of seating. Walking out around the pool to the beach from the patio takes maybe 4 minutes. 4 MINUTES until your feet are in the flawless white sand!!! The beds are big in the two bedrooms and the bunk set up, well my two boys were either swimming or in the bunks watching their own tv's. This was a huge deal to them! Not to forget the very special, personal welcome gift, left for my four kids. I also must thank her for the assistance she provided since we arrived a bit earlier than planned, with a 2yr old it difficult not to have a place to be for a few hours, she did everything she could to get us in the condo asap.This is an above and beyond owner! Lastly, and very important to me, is cleanliness. This condo owner keeps everything so clean, soft white bathroom towels, decor is beachy and "airy"....from the music playing as you enter the condo you know, you're on VACATION! What can I say? Well I guess I said it. She is a one in a million owner! Condo is beautiful. We have been back twice and will be back again and again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time during spring break 2017 in this very clean, very equipped, spacious condo. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to have a very pleasant experience. It was located in the prime location for our needs.

My family had a wonderful beach vacation and could not thank Danica enough! She has taken extreme care in making your stay an awesome experience. The condo has everything you need for vacationing with kids - from beach toys, floaties, and a wagon, to step stools, kids movies and a bed rail! My young girls were in LOVE with the bunk room and it gave them a nice place to chill and relax in between pool time and beach time! The ground floor access was a great plus too. The resort had all the amenities - we used the fitness center, the snack shop and tried every area of the pool. The beach was beautiful and Danica provided everything you needed. It was great having laundry in the unit. There were great restaurants within walking distance and the overall experience was amazing. Both Danica and her housekeeper were so responsive and wonderful to work with and I have been raving about our trip to everyone since the moment we left. Highly recommend!

When you first walk into the condo, you hear beach music playing and the excitement starts! The colors in the condo are welcoming and calming! It is SPOTLESS!! I have never felt more comfortable staying away from home as I have here. There are some goodies for my three girls and we are all ready to explore. We packed light because Danica has EVERYTHING you need! Beach toys, floats. chairs, umbrellas and a cart to haul it with! The pool and amenities are great for anyone but especially children. Danica takes care to make sure you are well taken care of! I would definitely go back and ask for the same condo! We really enjoyed our time there! It was a great Mom and girlies trip!

The unit was very cute & clean, great location. Close to pools & parking. Kid friendly (I have a very rambunctious 3 YO!) The owner is an absolute pleasure to work with.

This property stands far above all the places my husband and I have visited in the past 40 years. Danica, the owner, has been the best to work with from our very first contact with one another. You can't ask for a more attentive, sensitive person to work with. She made us feel very special. There was nothing you could want or need that Danica didn't think of first. Her attention to detail- the kitchen supplies, bedding, beach cart, decor, soft music playing on our arrival, and little treats- are just a few of the things that make this an ideal vacation spot. We didn't want to leave, we felt so at home, and are already looking forward to our return next year. Highly recommend this property. You can't find any better!

This property is one in a million. We went on a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot for us. There was plenty of room in the unit for four adults! We loved the two full bathrooms. It has the perfect spot to unload before parking and it had everything you would need for a beach trip. The kitchen was well stocked, it even had a Keurig. The unit was very clean and I loved that it had a number pad to get into the unit. I loved not having to keep up with a key. Danica was wonderful! She even sent a list of great places to eat. We tried two of them and loved them both. You won't be unhappy with this unit!!

So I booked this room as a surprise for my wife's 40th birthday. I had her two best friends flying in to surprise her and spend the weekend at the beach. Not only did the room far exceed our expectations the level of service from the owner was AMAZING! She recommended places to go, eat and relax and really helped me facilitate the whole thing from my computer. My wife and her friends are still talking about it and said it was the best trip they have ever been on together. They couldn't believe that I had put that all together for them. Well sshhhhhhhh don't tell them but it was the owner and her staff who really helped me put together all of the details. I know you are narrowing down your choices of rooms to book. I am telling you that if you do not choose this room you will be missing out.

I can't recommend this property enough! The owner, Danica, is such a pleasure to work with. She is so in tune with what we needed for a vacation. Everything we could possibly need was in this unit (except we bought some food). The location is so wonderful... private patio, quick access to the pool & beach with NO ELEVATORS!!! The unit itself is so clean & lovely and had plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. If we go back to the area, we are definitely booking this unit again. The entire resort is wonderful. The pools are exceptional and the beach is so clean and the water so clear. We cooked our own food the entire time we were there since the kitchen is fully equipped and we used one of the resort grills on the pool deck once also. My kids LOVED the bunk room with their own private televisions in their bunk. I don't have one complaint (and... I always leave completely honest reviews!) Thanks for a wonderful vacation Danica!

This condo ranks among the top places we've stayed. Everything about it is wonderful - location, cleanliness, attention to detail, kid-friendly, beautiful colors & amenities. Our first trip with our grandchildren to Waterscape & it was absolutely fabulous. Everyone enjoyed it and we made some amazing memories! This ground floor condo provides easy access to the pools, lazy river and the beach. Danica provides many extras - the beach cart & beach umbrella were sooo nice and our grands loved the extra beach toys. Danica's great to work with, very responsive. Her property descriptions are accurate & complete. No negatives, many positives!!

This was our first visit to Waterscape and we absolutely loved it. The condo felt just like home and had all the amenities you could want. The owners attention to detail was impeccable. I have stayed in many condos along this area over the years and this was by far the most comfortable and cleanest unit I have encountered. You will not regret renting from Danica! We plan on booking this same unit again next year!
 

Waterscape is a spectacular resort without a doubt. For the absolutely best Waterscape vacation rental experience, you’ve got to book this unit or one of Danica’s others. You will simply be amazed! Read through her property descriptions and a few reviews and you will see just how awesome Danica is and how extraordinary her condos are. I was so completely satisfied I’ve already booked this unit for next summer!!!

From the instant we made contact with Danica, our experience was off the charts amazing! My brother said right away..."you're going to love this lady! She makes me feel like we've been friends forever!" To us, this is priceless. Like a lot of people, we've had health issues in our family and unpleasant experiences to deal with in life. Spending precious time with family ranks at the top for us! We cherish the time we have together. Living 16 hours apart can make it challenging. Finding this condo was perfect for us. We all LOVE the beautiful Emerald Coast! The beaches here are like none other. Waterscape is an incredible place with so many fun features...we never tire of the lazy river! Danica not only provides a beautiful place to stay with everything you can think of, including pool/beach toys...with an air pump! But, she had personalized gifts for the kids! Perfect! I'm mean, when we walked in and saw those, we felt so welcomed! It was an attention to detail that meant a lot to us all! She even left a fun treat for the adults. She is super easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about her. If we lived close, I would want to spend time with her! She is Amazeballs! Off the charts amazing! I look forward to our next visit in this condo. Oh, AND it's in the perfect spot. Super easy access to everything! From loading/unloading to walking out to the fabulous pools! Also, there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Such an easy place to relax, enjoy the beach and spend time with loved ones ❤️ We feel so blessed!

We absolutely loved the condo! We have stayed at Waterscapes multiple times and this is by far the best condo we have stayed. The décor is adorable and the king tempurpedic beds are awesome. We also really appreciated the proximity to the pool as well as all the pool toys Danica included. We were a bit concerned that we would get a lot of noise from the pool during the day when our son was napping, but the windows are great quality and we couldn't hear any outside noise while inside. Danica was also really great to work with. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this condo and Waterscapes!

We had a great time at the resort and the condo was awesome...working with Danica was a pleasure, she took care of everything we needed. Location of the unit is perfect..close to everything!! Our kids loved the bunk bed area and the pools.

This was our first time to get a condo and we will certainly be doing it again!! We had the most wonderful week and the condo is in a fabulous location!! I will stay here again and again and again!! We were on the ground floor, right by the pool and steps away from the grill. The condo was super clean and every room was so cozy! My 9 & 12 yr old had bunk beds at home so when I told them they were staying in the bunk room the 12 yr old was NOT happy. She said she'd sleep on the floor....UNTIL SHE SAW THE BUNK ROOM!!! It is amazing, they loved it!!! Can't say enough what a great condo and trip we had!!
 

This property was great for families! Lots of room to sprawl out and we all enjoyed the great access to both the beach and pool. We met a couple who had a great ocean view but it was so inconvenient to try and get to the pool they weren't happy. This unit was a breeze to get to anything and quite private on the patio. Nicely decorated and well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. The owner was great to work with. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly with every interaction. We would book with them again!

The condo was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. It was really nice to stay in a place with a comfortable couch....not wicker! The decorations were superb and the locations is great. Literally steps to the pool... On the ground floor. The resort has lots of kid activities and the pools were well kept. Loved the Fudpuckers poolside grill. I will def come back!

I had to cancel my stay at this unit only a couple of weeks before my stay. Danica was very understanding and immediately put my mind at ease that she would do her best to find another renter. She checked in with me every couple of days until she was able to get a new renter and I was able to get all of my money back. I can't say enough about her level of attentiveness to her renters. I have rented another one of her rooms at Waterscape and she was very prompt. Very friendly. Easy to work with. Very organized and truly cares for her renters. She treats these rooms like they are her home. You can't go wrong with renting this room from Danica. I've never worked with a better renter.

The owner of this unit was extremely helpful and kind which is HUGE for me in helping to make our vacation experience pleasurable! This unit was perfect for us because of the king beds in both bedrooms. We love the Fort Walton area and especially the Waterscape because of its child friendliness! We are already looking forward to vacationing with Danica next summer and bringing our new grandbaby!
