C504-Beach/Pool View, Fort Walton Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We had a great stay in C504. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I appreciated the ease of booking and communicating with Danica directly, rather than having to deal with a large management company. The main beds were very comfortable, although one of the bunk mattress was pretty hard according to a teen. Maybe younger children wouldn’t mind so much.

We were in the area for an event at the Ft Walton Beach convention center. Waterscape was a great location for many members of our group to rent condos. The current road construction made the area not as pedestrian friendly, but once that’s cleared up it’s really nice to have so many things within walking distance. The beach location and pools were great. I chose the C building because I thought it would have the best direct beach view. It was quite a bit farther back than I imagined. The pool and palm trees gave a nice tropical resort vibe, but my future preference would be to choose a unit much closer to the water. Overall it was a great trip and I’d highly recommend booking with Danica.

We had a great time on vacation! Danica was wonderful to work with, answered all our questions, and gave great details. The only downfall to waterscape is it is geared towards families with smaller children. Mine are older teens and didn’t have much to do! The condo itself was amazing, clean, and comfortable.

We stayed at C504 and it was wonderful! Danica was very responsive, the condo was clean and just as described, the amenities were terrific. Perfect place with kids of all ages. Beautiful and safe location, and we look forward to coming back!

I have stayed at Waterscape Unit C504 many times, and love it each and every time. The unit is very homey, well maintained, and feels like a home away from home. Danica was wonderful, the communication with her was excellent. We had a small issue and she was right on it! I’m getting ready to book another short trip, to the same Unit C504. It’s a wonderful place to go as a family or just a place to escape to get away from the stress of everyday life! Danica is so prepared and has everything in writing for anyone that has never been, you will have no problems at all!!! Definitely a great place and a wonderful person to work with.

We return yearly to Danica’s condos at Waterscape because we know they will be clean and well- maintained. They are perfect for our family. Plus, each condo carries beach equipment I’d rather not pack. I also really appreciate her personal attention to our family.

Hands down one of our best family vacations. Kids choose to want to come back here over Universal Studios. I really do not want to post a positive review because I would like to have the opportunity to keep re-booking. However, best business is to share great ownership and this amazing property.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was so clean and roomy! The views were spectacular! Danica thinks of everything you could need and has it for you! Her communication and customer service is top notch! This was our second year coming down to Waterscapes and it was even better than last year. We got to see dolphins, sea turtles and even a shark by the pier. The entire facility from our room, pool area and the beach were extremely clean and organized. We met a lot of great people and our kids loved interacting with kids from other states. Danica makes the booking experience so easy and is in communication from the time you book until the time you leave. We won't book at Waterscapes with anyone besides Danica!

This was our first visit to Waterscape, and we wish we would have started visiting sooner! The resort itself is very family friendly. They have weekly activities and the tiki hut by the pool was very convenient. Danica was very helpful. She was very responsive and so kind. She made everything so easy and her suggestions on food and activities was top-notch. We will be back!

This condo had the best view. It was perfect. I loved how there was covered parking. The beach and pool area was great. The only thing negative I can say is the chairs on the beach are a little outdated and should be able to lay down flat. Otherwise I love it two chairs came with the rental. It was a great vacation spot and we cooked in most of the time which was great. We only went out one night which helps cut down on extra cost. Definitely will be back. Danica was quick in getting back with any questions.

All I can say is "WOW!!!". This place was AMAZING! We traveled with our son, daughter in law and our 16 month old grandson. This unit was PERFECT for all of us! The unit was so nice and EXTREMELY clean! Danica was so easy to rent from! We feel she went above and beyond to be the best hostess ever! The resort itself is a great place to bring your family! As I stated, we have a 16 month old grandson and the "splash pad" was perfect for him! I don't know what else I can say except this is the place if your heading to Fort Walton Beach! We WILL be coming back!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had! Of course Fort Walton Beach is beautiful however the convenience of the location and all the things that Waterscape and Danica provide made it truly vacation. Everyone says vacationing with a toddler isn’t really a vacation but I didn’t feel that way at all! Pack n play, high chair, beach wagon, beach toys and toddler friendly facilities made it so easy. Everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance. The condo was clean and cozy with great views. Just perfect! We will be coming back and staying longer. Thank you Danica!!

We had a wonderful time at Waterscape. Our until was very nice and clean. It is the perfect place for families especially with young children. Danica provided a pack and play and high chair which was so nice not having to bring! Danica is so helpful and we definitely want to come back!

One of the best rental experiences we have ever had! The booking process is easy and Danica is an absolutely wonderful host. She takes the time to ensure that the trip is stress free and stays in touch from booking to arrival. Our condo was excellent and the amenities of Waterscape were amazing. We have been visiting the Destin/Ft Walton Beach area for years and this was our first time at Waterscape; it was a hidden gem we never knew about and will return to frequently.

I booked a last minute trip in C504 and it was nothing short of amazing. It felt like paradise. Danica made sure we had absolutely everything we could possibly need and her communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. She has it all covered for you. The condo was beyond clean and exceeded all expectations. There were plenty activities for my 2 year old twins. They had so much fun that I don’t think we even turned on the TV. Check in/check out was a breeze since you don’t have to fool with the front desk. Waterscape is our new favorite and we will absolutely be booking with Danica again! 🙂

We just finished our second stay at Waterscape By Owner and we will be back again!! The condos are so conveniently located to the beautiful pools and the beach. My kids loved the splash pad and the lazy River. My parents enjoyed the beach service chairs and umbrella that was complimentary when booking with Danica. She was easy to reach and extremely quick to respond to questions. We are huge fans!!!

We had such a good time. The condo was very accommodating and clean. The kids loved the kayak and paddle board rentals that came with the room!

My family and I stayed at this condo for a week and had the best time!!! The condo was so incredibly nice… stocked with everything you could want/need on vacation. The view was absolutely beautiful!!! My kids LOVED all the extras for the beach (beach toys, sand castle toys, shovels, etc…) Danica was amazing through the entire rental process, answering any and all my questions right away. We will definitely be renting again in the future!!! :)

We rented 2 units for a family stay. Everything was perfect, the units were clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The labels helped find things. The extras like beach supplies and baby supplies were a huge help. No fault of the unit or owner, wish Waterscape layout had better beach access from the C building to the lower pool level to get to beach when hauling wagons and beach buggies. Wednesday night fireworks are cool, and the pool children's activities are nice. I would highly recommend Danica is super easy to work with and makes everything understandable and known.

The condo was very nice and clean. Building C was great!! You didn't have mornings or afternoon Sun on the patio. It was in the shade all the time, which we liked.

This is by far the best place I have stayed. I have taken the family twice now. All you need is a bathing suit and a towel.Danica can & does do the rest. As much or as little as you would like. Completely stress free!! Clean, updated, convenient…all the amenities plus! Steps from beach or pool no matter which unit you stay in of hers. Everything is close stay & never move your car!!! Love This Place! Will be back as often as I can!!!

C504 was awesome! Views of the ocean as well as the splash pad below. The deck is huge, plenty of room for all.

We had the absolute best time in Fort Walton! Danica's condo was great and had everything needed for the perfect beach vacation! She even left the cutest personalized Sand buckets for the kids! We will definitely return!

Danica was great. You can tell that she takes pride in her work. Coming from someone who does the same for my customers, I appreciated the effort she put into taking care of her guests while giving us our privacy. Traveling with two young children, our stay was a dream! Everything was convenient, organized, and clean. Danica had all the things we needed to enjoy our beach time. The pools on the property were incredible. We didn't even do that much in the area because the Waterscape property was *that* good!

We’ve stayed at Waterscape one other time in a room with the same floor plan but with a management company. And when we come back we will definitely be booking with Danica. Her condo far exceeded the other as far cleanliness and was stocked with everything you need. Danica does a good job at communicating and sending over packets that will make your trip easier. Vacationing with little ones can sometimes feel like a lot of work. But Waterscape is a kids' paradise and with Danica's expertise you’re sure to have the best time.

Danica goes above and beyond for her guests. Her attention for detail is noted in every aspect; from the very initial interactions with booking, the check-in, the stay, and everything. Communication has been top notch! I love that she lets you know when your unit is ready the day of. The unit C504 has amazing views of the ocean. It has everything you need in the kitchen. Additional bonuses not included in other units include all of the extra beach equipment and toys. The unit was clean and well maintained. What we love about this unit is the close proximity for unloading/loading car. Close to elevator but not close enough to effect noise in unit. And then head out to your balcony and enjoy the views. The walk to the pools and beach is quick because of the elevator location. The beds are also very comfortable! There is also discounts available for return guests; how awesome is that?!

Beautiful place for family fun! We've been here a couple times now, and the kids love it. Plenty to keep them entertained. Danica has great condos supplied with everything you could possibly need. We'll be back:)

Such a cozy, inviting, fun home away from home! Tons of things to do super close by and if feeling adventurous not a far drive! Beautiful view, fun in the sun for the kids... absolutely loved it and enjoyed ourselves we will be back!!

We had another amazing time! So many fun memories with our kids.. playing games, swimming, watching the waves, walking on the beach for sunrise and sunsets… we love this home away from home!

This was our 2nd visit to Waterscape staying with Danica and it was really great. We were in C504 with friends, and it was perfect. Kids had fun sleeping in the bunks and adults had plenty of space to relax. We loved having the balcony overlooking the pools. The unit was so clean and had everything needed to cook (which we did). Love love love staying with Danica. She even left the kiddos little sand buckets with their names! The perfect personal touch!

We stayed in room C504. Room was clean and decorative. Balcony oversees pool area. Lots to do in the area, from the Gulfarium, a multitude of arcades and the restaurants you can't go wrong with. Ms. Danica was great in making sure everything went well during our stay and was great at keeping good communication with us. 5 Stars!

Danica is so on top of everything you could ever need for your stay from TONS of beach toys, rolling cooler, stocked kitchen and amazing beach wagon. 10/10 recommend. We will be back!

The condo was beautiful inside and clean upon arrival. Parking was directly in from of our room which made it very easy to unload and load the car. Amazing view from the balcony. (My favorite place for morning coffee). Check in/out was a breeze. Danica answered any questions we had quickly and was super helpful with recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The condo was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with more pots, pans, dinnerware, and plastic storage containers than any condo that we've ever rented. The owner was so easy to work with and very accommodating to our questions and needs. The extra amenities for play were astounding.

I rented two condos from Danica for a week. The condos were very nice and clean. They really have everything you would need. I am usually running to the store for soap or dishwasher things in the middle of the week but not here. I was impressed that there was even a very nice waffle iron, my iron travels with me cause I've never seen one in a rental lol, and large mixer in the kitchen. But my biggest impression is how Danica handles everything. She is always there if you need her. The patio light was out and after texting her, I found her there changing the bulb herself. Renting from her was great and we will hopefully be returning again next summer. Thank you Danica!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. Great pools, especially for the little kids with zero entry. Nice Weber gas grills. Plenty of beach accessories. Included beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. All in all, I was very pleased and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Danica goes ABOVE & BEYOND what a typical rental service offers making her units extra special.This was our first time to stay in one of her condos, but it will definitely not be our last. All of her units are all well located within the resort. She keeps her units clean with fully stocked kitchens and adorable beach decor. It felt like home from the moment we opened the door! The ambience was so relaxing! We had an amazing stay! We did not want to leave! It was a wonderful vacation! Danica was wonderful to work with and even recommended restaurants and activities. Our first trip to waterscape was wonderful and a huge part of what made it wonderful was the customer service we received from Danica. She made sure that our room was very clean, that it was ready several hours early, she is quick to respond with all communications and even helped us figure out how to jumpstart our car when the battery went dead AND we left several items upon departure that she went out of her way to return. You just can't find that kind of service anywhere else!

I loved condo c504. It was decorated in a great beach theme. You can tell she took after time and effort to make you feel comfortable in this condo. Although I did not need there was a high chair and a play pen in one closet. Another closet a beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella. We got 2 free beach chairs on umbrella on the beach set up for us each day. It was very clean upon our arrival. We had no problems but all communications with owner was fast and easy.

We loved waterscape! We stayed in C504 and it had a beautiful view. The condos are very nice and clean. The pools great! We will be back!

Our family had a fantastic time at Waterscape. The accommodations were tremendous from the kitchen supplies to the water and beach toys. Reservations and resort details were simple, quick and thorough. We would definitely recommend this resort for a family friendly relaxing vacation! We had an absolutely amazing time in our condo, 504. So beautiful with an amazing view. Stocked with everything we needed, no need to pack chairs, sand toys, cookware, etc. It's all there!! And the booking with Danica was so easy and she was so sweet. Emailed all the info and tips we needed to make our stay comfortable and so much fun. We will definitely be back and book through Danica. Renting from Danica with Waterscape Rentals by Owner was Hands Down the easiest and most pleasant Rental process I’ve ever experienced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and her condo rentals! The Resort is beautiful, well-maintained and convenient. We rented Danica’s unit C504 (Highly recommend)and were down with a Huge group for Cheer Nationals who were also renting from Danica at Waterscape and ALL of us said the same thing...Danica’s thoughtfulness, attention to detail and thorough communication is what makes her Waterscape Units Rock!! She goes above and beyond to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and memorable!! She surprised our two daughters with monogrammed beach cups upon our arrival...I mean who does that?!! 🥰 Her units are super clean, spacious, Pristine condition, fully furnished and equipped with all you need from pack n plays, beach chairs, beach wagons and pool toys to all the kitchen utensils and appliances you could ever need during your stay!! We just left this morning and my husband’s already asking me to book with Danica at Waterscape Rentals by Owner for this Summer! That says a lot!

Great well appointed condo. Loved that they provided beach chairs, wagon, beach buggy and beach service. The pool areas are fantastic. Lots of play areas for small children. Nice that there's a place by the pool to get food and drinks. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in a lot of condos from Brsnson Mo, Bahamas, & Maui Hawaii & this Waterscape Resort offers just as much and is as nice as you could ask for. Danica, the owner, is great person & if there is a problem it's fixed quickly.

The condo(C504) was furnished beautifully with a huge balcony and even better view of the resort. We are already planning our Thanksgiving getaway back for 2021! Would highly recommend.

Danica was amazing is helping me get a condo rented for the week. I was concerned about the location in the complex and she assured me it would be great. She was correct. We had a fabulous week. My family and I have stayed in this condo two different times. It is an updated condo with a great view! Everything you would need is right at your fingertips. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We didn't use the bunkbeds, but they would be handy for extra kids.

My husband and I stayed with my daughter and our grandkids. Condo was spacious and beautiful with a great view of the ocean from our patio. We took the short walk to the beach every day! And even enjoyed the two pools on the property. Plenty for the kids to do!
