We had a great time. The condo was clean and was equipped with anything you could think of needing. Bed was comfortable which is a huge plus! Location was perfect. There is nothing I would change. Thanks for a great stay!

I have a 13, 10, and 5 year old boys. This was perfect for my different age kids. The bed was so comfy and my husband loved that there was an extra fan, he's obsessed with sleeping with a fan. The location is amazing! I loved that it was on the ground floor for the pools. And so close to parking deck. There were extra toys and other items.. And essentials we forgot like paper towels, etc.. we there for us already. The chairs at the beach were a lifesaver!!! I was thankful to find this place for a short stay since we had karate tournament close by.. Host was so responsive and communication was amazing.. thank u for letting us stay!!!

We loved our time here at Waterscape! What an awesome place for kids! Our condo was more than I expected to be. Very clean and had everything we needed! Walking distance to fish market and restaurants, had groceries delivered to condo and worked great. We loved the outdoor patio area and being on ground level. The beach toys was a bonus for our daughter! Highly recommend this place! Thank you Mark for letting us stay.

We had a great week, will return next year. The unit was conveniently located near the heated pool, no need to use elevators to get to the pool. Layout of condo was functional, with sofa sleeper and twin size sleeper chair for children. Updated kitchen with new appliances. Waterscape was great for kids of all ages, entertainment and amenities were awesome.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved that condo is on pool level. Master bed very comfortable. Owner easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

We would highly recommend this property. Our family of five loved the condo as it was so conveniently located. It was steps away from the heated pool and splash pool and a 3 minute walk from the white sand beach. We were walking distance from the fishing pier, aquarium, boardwalk, and several restaurants. The condo was clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. Our boys loved staying on the pullout couch bed and there was a pack n play and high chair in the unit for our one year old. Our host, Mark, was very helpful and sent check in and check out directions so we knew exactly what was expected. If we come back to the Destin area, we will definitely stay here again.

My family has been going to Waterscape at least once a year (sometimes more than once or twice) since 2008. We have stayed Mark’s condo several times and this time was no different from the rest. Excellent service from Mark from start to finish!

Condo is so conveniently located to the upper deck pool and kiddie area. Easy walk to the beach and parking garage.

The condo itself is VERY well maintained and clean. Very well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you need and more. I have stayed in other condos at Waterscape before when my children were younger and I haven’t stayed in one yet as well maintained and clean as Mark’s (my husband and I have gotten to where we go without the kids and grandkids). Waterscape is very family oriented but we still love going just the two of us.

We even brought our boat this time and Adventure Marina is just across the street! So convenient.

We have a 1 year old and the fenced in splash area along with being right on the beach was perfect! Also there were grills and everything you could need to cook meals and eat there. I would for sure come back here and am glad I picked this it’s hard to know what to do with a one year old sometimes vacation wise!

The room was perfect for us. The beach was very easy to access. Marc was very thorough with the instructions and was extremely attentive to our needs. GREAT vacation.

We had a great stay here and great communication from Mark, from beginning to end! The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and so nice! Not all condos at Waterscape are as well kept, or well managed.. trust me, we shopped around! This one felt like a home away from home. All the resort amenities were awesome during the day but the couch, bed, and large tv’s were great to come back to after a long day. I loved mornings on the covered patio with my coffee. It was by far the most well stocked place we had ever stayed on vacation. The kitchen had everything I had at home including crockpot, coffee maker(s), and all the little things. There were tons of towels, blankets, pillows as well as baby items in closets. There were also beach toys and a couple boogie boards and floats to use. We left another boogie board there at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this condo if you’d like a nice clean condo, steps from the upper pool, or have little ones who’d like the nearby splash play area. Despite being this close, we weren’t bothered at all by noise or guests, as the patio was back a little bit from everything.

As for Waterscape, it has everything and my kids had a blast. The pools are awesome and there is a perfect balance of palm tree shade and sun. The pool side tiki bar is a mini Fudpuckers and they had great food and fun drinks for adults and kids. The resort also has little activities throughout the day during the summer such as airbrush tattoos, movies, crafts, etc. Weekly schedules are in the lobby. The beach is clean and there are jet ski rentals right on the water. You truly don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.

Tips for future guests, People claim beach service chairs near the water EARLY (6-7am). If you can’t beat em, join em. If you want to prime spot, bring beach towels or items you feel comfortable leaving to secure a good spot early. However, you can always find a seat somewhere further from the water or bring the beach chairs from the condo to set up closer.

Paddle board/kayak rental: On days with rough water, the outside company may not allow you to go out. Take advantage on nice days!

Overall I would highly recommend Waterscape, this condo, and Mark as a property manager... he is genuinely dedicated to making your stay amazing! We will definitely be back!
