Great condo, waterscape has a great pool areas for the kids and the beach was amazing.

We, a family with two kids stayed one week in this Condo. Tim, the owner is great, and you can call him anytime. The condo is modern an well equipped with Xbox and other electronic stuff. The view from the condo isn't spectacular. Just a parking ground from the next hotel.
The pools outside are really great to hang around and enjoy yourself. The beach is a white powder sand beach. I saw many beaches all over the world and this is definitiv one of the best. We had a great time und would come back again.

I stayed with my family, which includes 2 teenage daughters and a 4 yr old boy. There was something for everyone to enjoy. My parents also joined us and really enjoyed the shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed here for a week and it was nothing short of amazing! We stayed in a corner unit. Easy access to room from parking garage. A little longer of a walk to the beach than I’d like but you don’t cross any roads to get there, just through the parking garage to the pool and the Gulf is right next to the pool! We had 5 people and the condo was the perfect size, we had plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we ever needed when we decided to cook at home instead of going out. The condo was extremely clean, had no problem with cleanliness. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Tim for being a wonderful and responsive host!

The condo was roomy and very clean. There is no view from balcony but that did not matter to us. We had an Xbox for kids, easy access to parking garage, pool and beach. Great little food and drink shack at pool. Kids loved the pool and lazy river. Renter was very nice and saved us from a different place last minute. Highly recommend!

Condo was great, lots of room. The property is great for kids...direct beach access and pool with lazy river, zero entry area and hot tubs. Restaurants within walking distance and Destin is a short drive for activities. Owner is very prompt and efficient. Will definitely return!

This condo was perfect. We had seven people in our party and had plenty of room. Everything was clean and ready when we walked in. Waterscape is a wonderful place best pool on the beach. Can't say enough about the condo!!!! We are ready to book for next year, owner very easy to work with.

The condo was very nice, the resort location was great for us. We did not have to deal with all of the crazy traffic in Destin however it was close enough to visit anytime we wanted. The pool was definately a highlight for my family!

This condo has a large 70 inch LCD TV in the living room and a 42 inch LCD TV in the master bedroom and 42 inch LCD TV in the guest 2nd bedroom and 32 inch LCD TV in the guest 3rd bedroom as well. So again a total of 10 people could sleep in our 6th (top) floor unit. Also, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the extras that you can think of, such as a coffee maker, blender, cake pans, pizza roller/pots/pans or even a pancake griddle, for all of those guests that like to stay home and cook their own dinner.

***RATES***
Sometimes it gets very confusing when guests try to find out the rates for their vacation. For example, certain websites will ONLY give you a nightly rates and so they won't show you directly and very easily that you will save alot more money if you book for a week (7 nights). So to create less confusion for the guest, I have created the base nightly rental rate as well as the weekly rental rate (not including the $200 cleaning fee, $50 resort fee and 13% tax). So here are the rates for each season (and so you will see that if you stay for a weekly 7 night rental you will be getting 1 to 2 nights FREE for certain seasons of the year (which is ONLY for the Winter, Early Spring, Spring, Late Spring, Late Summer and Fall seasons). Please read about these rates below.

***Snowbird (monthly) rates: You have to stay for a minimum of 1 month. Earliest start date is at the start of the Winter rates (starts on 10-22-22). Snowbird rates stop at the beginning of Spring Break rates (after 3-10-23). The snowbird rate is a monthly rate of $4,095. Extra fees are the cleaning fee (1 time $200 cleaning fee after your departure), $50 Waterscape resort fee,13% lodging tax and VRBO booking service fee. We also have 2 hot tubs and a large OUTDOOR HEATED POOL during the winter months!!!
***FAQ***
1. Check in time is after 4:00 pm Central Standard Time and Check out time is at 10:00 am
2. Cancellation/Refund policy--Both of my ECBYO properties at Waterscape have a NO Cancellation and NO refund policy. So that means that all sales are final and there will be NO refunds for guests leaving their vacation early, nor for any other type of reason at all (including hurricanes/storms, illnesses, pandemics such as Covid-19, evacuations of any kind (including mandatory evacuations for any reasons at all). If renters are concerned about possible future cancellations/refunds for any other reason, it is strongly encouraged for them to obtain travelers trip/vacation insurance BEFORE they arrive on their vacation (because all sales are final and no other refunds will be permitted). So please check with getting travelers insurance BEFORE you decide to book your reservation.
3. Waterscape condos--(Price versus the view)--Both of my Waterscape condos (A501 and A601) have the closest and highest views of the ocean in the whole complex. There are very few condos at Waterscape that have a view like my 2 condos because this complex is perpendicular to the coast line and so almost all of the other Waterscape condos have a limited narrow view of the ocean. Even though my condos have the best location in the complex, they are still competitive in price compared to all of the other condos.
4. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed anywhere in my condo. I have a strict rule about this because I have a child with severe allergies/asthma, plus Waterscape resort has a NO PET policy. Anybody who violates this rule is subject to being evicted immediately and without any refund.
5. Restricted age limit--babies, kids and entire families are all welcome to stay in my condo. However, the oldest person renting my condo has to be at least 25 years old. Anybody who violates this rule is subject to being evicted immediately and without any refund.
6. Free Beach Service. If you stay in either of my 2 Waterscsape condos, we offer FREE UPGRADED beach service from March 1 through October 31, 2023 and 2024 and every year!!! This includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs, an extra small table and 60 minutes of free paddleboat, boogie board and kayak water sports. So that's one less thing that you have to pack in your car for your vacation!
7. Linens/towels are all provided for your stay (bring your own beach towel for the pool and/or beach).
8. Housekeeping is not a daily service and it is done after the guests departs.
9. FREE high speed internet (secured line) and FREE local and long distance phone calls. Portable phones with answering machines are available in the condo.
10. We also have several FREE VIDEO GAMES (XBOX One) that are provided during your stay. We have wireless and rechargeable wireless game controllers. We also have several video games (especially several Lego games (such as Star Wars--The Complete Saga, Harry Potter and Batman, DC Super Heroes and several others). You can also bring your own games if you like.
11. Multiple Waterscape condos to rent--Remember that if this condo (Unit A601) is booked, I do have another 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo that is available (see my other Ecbyo.com listing number 4177 (Waterscape--Unit A501)--3BR/3BA condo (sleeps up to 10 people)

Lazy river--that is located right in front of the beach!!
2 hot tubs and 2 large swimming pools (one swimming pool is heated for those cooler winter months) with a 10 foot waterfall between levels.
