Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 406 is a GOLD Tier two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 406 offers an full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one KING BED IN EACH BEDROOM. There is King bed along with a Sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. The main bathroom offers a Walk-in shower while the 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo. 406 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants) 406 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Friday Arrival and Departure, 7-Night Minimum Stay. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.
