Due to past Hurricanes: Tower 1 is currently undergoing elevator modernization. One of the two elevators is permanently out of service, and the remaining elevator may experience intermittent outages, occasionally lasting more than a day. The full modernization project is expected to take 6–12 months. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the building undergoes these necessary upgrades.
