The deluxe open kitchen features granite countertops and an island with barstool chairs. You’ve also got an induction cooktop, along with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare a special family dinner or entertain guests. The bedrooms are decorated with all the colors of the tropics and they all come with flat screen televisions. The en suite bathroom of the master bedroom offers a shower and whirlpool bath, his and hers sinks, and a walk-in closet. The house is filled with amenities for your comfort and convenience, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got bicycles to explore the Island and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. People drive for hours to the beaches of the Paradise Coast, but you’re just a brief walk from the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.
