Back home, take in a swim out in the lanai or fire up your gas grill while boats pass by on the waterway. You'll also find a canal side seating area ideal for evening cocktails. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then head inside to enjoy a snack in the open-concept, island kitchen complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone comfortable and streaming-capable TVs stand ready for movie nights.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Three days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $32 USD per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.



No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
