Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all appliances to make cooking feel like home. The only thing that we would say that would need improvement would be bedroom mattreses. Very uncomfortable.

Property was great. Easy access to the beach, great restaurants close by. Would not have to leave immediate area if you did not want to. Condo was just as beautiful in person as it was in pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, a lot of places they do one per person and that is never enough. The chairs they had there were great and worked well for us. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Love staying at beach side 2 facing the ocean just like this property. Beautiful property. Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Huge masters closet is a plus. Comfortable beds. Cute interior design. Beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and the clothes drying rack are so much appreciated!! Only complaints were floor was not cleaned properly and can get hot at night (no ceiling fans but stand fans are available). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the view from our balcony. It allowed us to see the marine life that passed by us. Dolphins and sea turtles. Property was great. Only draw back was second bedroom had a full/Queen bed. It would have been better if it was two twin beds. This would have worked better for our family.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean, very comfortable, lots of room and a wonderful view. My family and I had a wonderful time and would 10/10 recommend staying here! The owners included everything from laundry detergent and dishwashing soap to beach umbrellas and sand toys. We had a great time! 10/10 recommend.

Condo is nicely equipped and furnished. Communication with property managers was excellent. We've stayed in Beachside 2 five or six times and this was our favorite unit. We've already booked another stay!

Still it was a nice stay and we were able to get to the beach eventually. There is a grocery store near by so we bought comfort foods and huddle down with football and movies. The condo itself is a good size, comfortable and nicely furnished. We LOVED the master bath. Our last night there was no water in our condo probably because of the freeze but management gave us access to another one for showers, etc, and an extended check out time for the next day. There was a lot of texting back and forth but they were quick to respond, more helpful than we could have asked for and their great attitude with some humor from both sides kept what could have been miserable into a better experience than we could have had. It's a great condo and they have a great team!

This property has stunning views of the gulf from the 16th floor and is beautifully decorated and upgraded throughout. The whole building feels brand new. It was also incredibly clean. We had a wonderful stay.

We got there to find the electric out but I loved the condo so much I didn’t want to exchange condos! It is beautiful and felt like home. Great location and the view and beach can’t be beat. The bonus was making bird friends on the beach. Don’t hesitate to book!

Beautiful views from balcony and master. Loved the convenience of shopping and restaurants close by. This place did not disappoint! The only thing I recommend would be more comfortable seating on the balcony as this is where we spent most of our days. The living area went untouched. The balcony was just a perfect place for all meals and just relaxing. Comfortable seating would be a huge plus!

The condo is wonderful and the views are amazing. The condo was as described. We had a great time. The communication was also great. My only suggestion would be to add dishcloths to the kitchen. Also more hangers would be helpful. The 2nd bedroom needs an actual dresser. All things are minor and did not hinder our stay.

MG - the pictures does NOT do this property justice! HOME AWAY FROM HOME with a MUCH better VIEW!!! Location was perfect! Representative was very, very "HELPFUL" checked on us during the stay to insure everything was going well. That was much appreciated! We're planning our return to this condo :-)

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The condo was clean and the furnishings were nice. Just as described. The view was amazing and we enjoyed our breakfast from the balcony each morning. My husband and father-in law enjoyed the free round of golf. We would definitely stay here again.

We frequent Sandestin--specifically Beachside II. This is my favorite condo we have rented so far. The view is literally breathtaking (16th floor!). The condo is very clean and well-organized. New toilets, a lot of towels, kitchen is well-supplied and meticulously cleaned. The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Totally stress free and gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property/this property manager. They thought of everything-down to sand toys for the kids, laundry soap, a drying rack for clothes, etc. Excellent stay.

We absolutely love Beachside 2. This was the nicest unit we have stayed in since we’ve been coming down here. Had all the kitchen things we needed and loved the trash chute being right outside the door. Perfect for 2 couples.

The rental process was easy. I love the self check in. The only issue was the facility needs more signage we had a hard time finding our room. I noticed several other guest having the same problem.

We had a good time and liked the close access to the beach. Drinking coffee on the balcony watching the ocean was so relaxing.

The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and the view from the master is incredible. The only issue we had was the first day all three elevators stopped working, and we had to climb the 16 stories one time. It was nothing that could be controlled by the condo owner, and it wasn't s big deal for us, but those with mobility issues had trouble. It was fixed within a few hours, so it turned out fine. Overall it was a great experience, and we had a great time in Sandestin.

My family loved our stay at this condo - great views and quick walk to the beach. The condo was fantastic, as was the property manager (Brittany). We did have a slight complaint after arrival, but she was quick and helpful to jump on it! We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful beach, great location and updated condo! We enjoyed a week on the beach with friends and family, making great memories while watching dolphins swim just off the beach. It was paradise.

We vacation frequently, especially to the panhandle and this condo far surpassed all expectations! From the top notch property management with all the little extras to the beautifully appointed and clean condo, we will definitely be back!

We decided to book a last minute trip and this condo was perfect. Great location, easy access to the beach, and convenient location from the elevator! Would definitely book again.

Very happy with the unit and area. Family had a blast. We'll be returning to this unit again. Felt like our home for the week while we were there.

We had a wonderful week! The condo was very nice and clean. Everything was as described. My only complaint would be is that there is a step at the front door so you have to leave the luggage cart outside of the condo but that obviously isn't the owner's fault. The view was spectacular! The weather was perfection all week. I would definitely recommend this condo!! Thanks again!!

The experience was seamless, we enjoyed our stay.

This was our second year to stay in this condo and it is officially “our condo” to our kids. We will definitely be back next summer. This condo is our favorite for so many reasons but the main reasons are it’s convenience to the beach and restaurants for our family with three kids. It’s also, XXX, who we have dealt with the past two years who truly makes it such a breeze to deal with!

Really enjoyed this updated condo. Beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture. Well stocked. Views of the Gulf are amazing especially from the Master Suite. Walk-in shower was a big plus. 

Great location. Go out the front door and view two holes of Baytowne Golf Course. Sit on the deck and watch dolphins in the Gulf.

This unit is lovely! The views are worth every penny, and I appreciate the updated decor - it is all very cohesive and well thought out. Location and security are great in the area as well! We will def be back! Thanks for the great hospitality! :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. We were very pleased and will definitely rent through Breathe Easy again.
