Your family will absolutely adore staying in this spacious 3 bedroom villa overlooking Horseshoe Lake at Sandestin Golf and Beach resort. In the most tranquil of settings, you will experience the beauty of Beachwalk Villas all within the highly regarded Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Families enjoy the well manicured green spaces which make for a fabulous area for kids to play after a long day at the beach. You can also bring your fishing rod and practice catch and release on the lake. It hard to imagine this serene location is just minutes from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast and crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

As you enter the villa you will immediately notice how spacious this unit is as well as very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with all the expected appliances and utensils needed for a scrumptious Florida Feast. Just past the kitchen is the dining area that seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The dining and living area are open so that everyone can be part of all activities. There is plenty of comfortable seating along with a big flat screen T.V. After a long day in the sun this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a movie with the family.

Downstairs are 2 of the bedrooms and 2 full baths. One contains a new queen size bed and plenty of storage for your belongings. It also has a flat screen TV. The full bath is just steps away and has a tub and shower combo. The 2nd bedroom or "kids" room has 2 twin beds and its own flat screen. There is another bath just steps away that has a large shower and vanity. Also, located on the first level is a full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs is the grand master suite with a loft. There is an extra day bed and a small table and chairs perfect for games, puzzles , or snacks. You can also enter the master bedroom which is situated away from the rest of the bedrooms and offers complete privacy. You will rest peacefully in the king size bed provided and enjoy the flat screen TV. The master bath is perfect for 2 with double vanities and a large tiled shower. All bathrooms have recently been remodeled .

Truly the interior of the villa exceeds most expectations however, the outside is what most will remember after a vacation of a life time.
