Your family will thank you for finding this delightful villa within the gates of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This charming vacation rental is situated on the beach side of the resort in the popular Beachwalk Villa neighborhood. It's a short stroll to the sugar white beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This charming villa is located within Sandestin Golf and Beach resort. It is on the beach side in the popular Beachwalk Villa neighborhood. This neighborhood brings tranquility with the surroundings of Horseshoe Lake and the lush greenery that encompasses these villas. Look closely and you will see the family of ducks that waddle in and out of the lake. Kids enjoy fishing from this lake just out the back door of this villa so make sure to bring your fishing poles!

Upon entering the villa there is a gated court yard area which is perfect to store any beach toys , bikes, and coolers . Once inside this spacious villa there is all tile flooring throughout the down stairs. Immediately to the left is a separate dining area with a gorgeous glass table and 6 high back chairs. There is plenty of lighting coming through the floor to ceiling windows allowing it to be a light and bright place to enjoy any of your Florida prepared meals. There is a cut through wall which the chef of the group can also join in on family conversations while preparing a delicious cuisine for the group.

Within the fully equiped kitchen all appliances are stainless steel and there is ample storage space for all kitchen accessories. There is even a buffet area perfect for setting out hors d'oeuvres for everyone. Just outside the kitchen is a large living area . There is a breakfast bar with seating for 2 which is perfect for a quick snack or to put a lap top in the event you may need to do some work during y our stay. The living area gives you a warm and comfortable setting with neutral color walls and a vibrant accent rug underneath a large coffee table. There is plenty of seating for everyone in the living areas and a large armoire incasing a flat screen TV. From the sofa ,which has a queen sleeper, you can view the patio area and the peaceful lake that surrounds the Beachwalk Villas. Once outside there is another area to dine and enjoy the view. For guest convenience there is a half bath down stairs.

Upstairs in the villa are the sleeping quarters. There is a master suite which contains a king size bed. You can also get a bird's eye view of the lake from just about any angle in this bedroom. There is plenty closet space and additional storage in the wicker chest of drawers. Another flat screen is provides for your entertainment pleasure. The master bath has a shower/ tub combination.

Across the hall from the master is another bedroom that consists of 2 twin beds. There is another full size bath containing another shower/ tub combination and vanity. The stackable washer and dryer is located upstairs as well making it easy to wash and dry during your stay.
