Looking for a relaxing vacation with all nature provides? This villa offers the best of many worlds including a peaceful view of the Horseshoe Lake and its surroundings plus all the comforts of home . You are only a 5 minute walk away from the beautiful sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico and the sparkling green waters.
Upon entering there is a front courtyard that is perfect to have your morning cup of coffee or to just hang out and read a book. There is extra room to store bikes and beach gear so feel free to bring your own or rent from any of the local vendors.
Once inside there is a spacious split plan allowing plenty of room for all guests. The unit is sufficiently equipped with all appliances and utensils your chef in the group should need. The chef will never miss out on any topic being discussed since the kitchen opens to the dining and living room. The tile wood flooring that is throughout the dining, kitchen, and living areas makes it easy to maintain a clean and tidy villa while on vacation.
The living area screams comfort with a nice size sofa and extra chairs. The sofa does make into a queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. There is a flat screen T.V. for your pleasure and the unit also has free wifi. Upstairs you will find the Master Suite with a Queen size bed. There is plenty of storage for your belongings. You will also find another flat screen T.V. to enjoy just before a relaxing night of sleep. Just steps away is the Master Bath that has a shower/ tub combo.
In between the rooms upstairs is the washer and dryer. This makes it easy for guest to launder their beach towels after a fabulous day at the beach. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and another flat screen for the kids to enjoy. The bath for this guest room also has a shower/ tub combo.
The most amazing spot that guest will come to love is the patio. This overlooks the lake and provides additional dining space just perfect for a barbecue. Again , the tranquil feeling of this villa is its biggest amenity. Everyone needs some time away to rejuvenate and this is the perfect spot.
