This woodlands golf oasis is located in the Fairways community of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Features 2 bedrooms with a loft and 3 full bathrooms, this 2 story villa is great for any relaxing getaway for the entire family! Nestled directly on the 6th Hole of The Links golf course of Sandestin, enjoy the beautiful and relaxing views of the fairways and near-by Choctawhatchee Bay, yet be close enough to the pool, beaches, shopping and restaurants.
Downstairs you will find the Master suite with a King bed and private bathroom and a guest bedroom with an additional king bed and nearby full bathroom. On the second floor, there is a loft with a balcony overlooking the living room with two twin beds with a full bathroom nearby.
