Payment: 30% due upon booking. Rem. balance due 45 days before arrival. If booking within 45 days of arrival, full amount is due.
Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was extremely clean, everything was exactly as stated/shown in pictures. It was also easy to find, and felt very secure. The amenities were fabulous and the tram passes were so helpful taking us back and forth to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Unit was very nicely decorated and very clean. We were in town for a convention at the conference center, so the location was great - perfect distance between both the conference center and the village. We encountered no issues during our stay. If you are looking for a great little place to stay, in great location, this is it!

Nice hotel room but NOT a condo! Comfy bed. We stayed for 2 weeks so it was a challenge when it came to clean linens. No washer and dryer in the unit. This particular room is located at the FAR end of the hallway so prepare for a long walk in and out of the building. Fair warning: the noise from the hotel being built next door might bother some. It was not an issue for us.
We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are deeply sorry if somehow the pictures indicated that you were renting a condo that had a full kitchen with washer and dryer. This unit is described as a studio that is perfect for traveling business professionals, so we are very sorry if there were expectation in place that didn't' get met. We do offer one bedrooms that have a full kitchen with washer and dryer. We would love to show you those next time you are interested in booking.
