"Coastal Soul" is a panoramic beach view condo just a short walk to Miramar Beach. Located at Seascape Resort in Ariel Dunes Tower II, enjoy all of the resort amenities, including pool, tennis courts, golf course, and biking trails! Beach is .2 miles away, less than a five minute walk!

A spacious living room and view of the Gulf of Mexico welcomes you to your vacation. The sliding glass door to the balcony will lead you to a view to remember! In the dining area we have a table which seats 8 with 3 additional seats available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances such as a drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot, breakfast grill, ample dishware-including dishes for children, bakeware, and cookware.

The master bedroom features a king size bed overlooking the Gulf. The ensuite bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a corner desk and a TV. The second bathroom has a combination shower/tub. In addition, Coastal Soul has a bunk-room that is perfect for little ones! A Graco highchair and Pack & Plays are available.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit and one complimentary parking pass. Additional parking passes are available for $10 a piece.

Ariel Dunes Towers has expansive pools, including a zero-depth entry pool, a fitness center and an onsite restaurant in Ariel Dunes I. Seascape Resort is a wonderful, all-encompassing resort spanning 360 acres of beautiful terrain, including 2000 feet of emerald and blue beach front. Seascape provides an abundance of amenities and recreational activities sure to please every member of the family. Enjoy the local’s favorite Whale’s Tail, a bar and grill right on the beach. Off the beach, Seascape has a championship golf course, six clay tennis courts, a pickle ball court, 2 paddle ball courts, great restaurants and music venues, nature walks and plenty of biking trails. Once you are here, you will never want to leave the Resort!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with starter amenity pack Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
