This suite was better than expected. Very clean. Enjoyed the upstairs balcony. Owner made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything. The golf cart was an A+. Quiet large resort community within itself...didn't have to go off resort but once. Would recommend.

The owners were great to work with. They followed up after our arrival to make sure everything was as promised and see if we needed anything. The condo is decorated wonderfully and has anything needed for cooking. Kitchen has more pots, pans, and utensils than the standard Sandestin rentals. The supplied beach equipment is more than needed for the beach. Nice umbrellas, chairs, and coolers. The golf cart is "brand new" and operates perfectly. So easy to beach it, put provided beach stuff and cooler on the golf cart, 5 minute drive to close parking for the beach, and enjoy your day. The golf cart opens up a whole new world in Sandestin, we didn't need to get in our cars until we were ready to leave. Took cart to Publix on property, Baytowne, even caught some spectacular sunsets with unobstructed views. Next time we rent this place, all that we will bring is our clothes, beach towels, and Tony's seasoning, everything else as advertised is provided. This place and owner are highly recommended.

We have been coming to the condo since the beginning! Comfortable, clean, furnished condo with a complimentary GOLF CART. This is one fun way to travel around the complex! Our daughter and family rented bikes and played tennis while there. Baytown Wharf has special things going on daily for the family. Nothing like these white, soft beaches!! Owners are great to work with. We will keep coming back!

My husband and I and another couple rented this condo and we were very happy, from the beach decor to the cleanliness of this condo. We relax on the screened in porch and ate breakfast. This is a great condo for couples, there are 2 king beds and each one have there own bath. I just can't say enough about this condo. Tho owner Craig was available when needed and answer all my questions, very friendly and a nice person.

We love every aspect of the SanDestin Golf and Beach Resort. This place is no exception to the rule. We arrived to a beautifully furnished condo with plenty of space for a group of 5. I shared this vacation with my parents, husband and daughter. There is a porch for morning coffee and a balcony for sharing a glass of wine before bed. Our daughter loved having dinner on the screened in porch. The golfcart was the added bonus to our wonderful stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful condo.

Sandestin Resort Condo with GOLF CART!
The fully tiled first floor of this condo is open concept, with a fully-furnished kitchen, dining area and family room with a queen sleeper sofa. Right off the family room is a spacious screened porch overlooking a nice manicured lawn with walking/biking path. There is a half bath and full-size high definition (HD) washer and dryer conveniently located on the first level. An extra beverage refrigerator in this area is an added bonus!
A covered storage area attached to the front of the condo holds FURNISHED beach chairs, charcoal grill, cooler, beach toys and umbrellas. If this isn't enough, we have a new 2024 4-seat GOLF CART for you to enjoy as you discover all that the Resort has to offer! Come enjoy the four golf courses, tennis courts, walking/biking paths, walking village with restaurants, bars, boutiques, playground, marina, zipline, arcade, live music, outdoor movies, magic shows, fireworks and more!! The free heated pools and beach are only 5 minutes away by golf cart! Enjoy a short drive to 30A, Panama City, Destin Commons area and boardwalk and even Ft. Walton.
I prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals in the summer, but please call or email with your preferred dates. Minimum rental is 7 days in summer, five days otherwise.
If you need two condos or my condo is unavailable, friends have a condo across the parking lot (Airbnb.com/rooms/24077393); it is not pet friendly either.
