This place was so beautiful and just what is needed for a great and relaxing vacation. The house was amazing. Your home was perfect for us celebrating the 23rd birthday of my niece whom we lost earlier this year she would have definitely approved of your home! The parking was a bit confusing, but once there you really don't have to use your vehicle. The only problem that I have is…the trip was not long enough! Lol thank you, Jilenna for accommodating my family and creating a happy space during this time of sadness.

This property in Sandestin allowed our family of 4 to visit family in the area and enjoy a quick vacation: beach, relaxation, good food, and shopping all within walking distance/tram/car ride! This property exceeded our expectations and was spacious enough for our family of 4 with 2 growing pre-teen and teenage boys. We loved the high ceilings, outdoor patios, and the 3 story multi-level unit!

We had 6 adults and two children(11&13) during our stay. This property is beautiful and is a great location to all the fun of Baytowne Wharf. The decor throughout is a beachy theme that will make you feel right at home. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again.

This resort was amazing! Parking was slightly confusing but just make sure you go to the Baytowne Wharf garage and you should be good from there. Not a fan of the starter supply of toiletries (especially seeing as though this was a relatively costly rental). For my party of 7 we ended up buying more toiletries to get through the stay. Checkout time at 10am- I get it but it's not the most convenient. Nevertheless, the home was beautiful, clean, and close to everything. I am planning on returning to the resort as my family thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The perfect home in the perfect location. We all felt very safe during our stay. Parking was a breeze, activities were easy to access and the entire environment was very inviting. The home was beautiful and felt like home. Definitely plan on returning in the future!

Great house and location. Fun and safe community for the entire family. Everything was clean and cozy. Parking was easy and close by. Restaurants, shops, zip lines, drinks and even an open air concert. Definitely coming back!

Place is absolutely gorgeous! Only recommendation would be to blow the leaves off of the front porch. Being in close proximity to the wharf makes the experience much better.

We had an awesome time! This townhome was very clean and it was in the perfect location. We loved how the restaurants and entertainment at Baytowne Wharf was so convenient. We will definitely be back, hopefully at the same townhome that we rented. It was definitely home away from home.

This place is immaculate. There are a lot of stairs so if that is a problem think about something 1 floor. I know that seems obvious but worth mentioning. That is not meant to be negative. We loved this place and the location is amazing!!! 1st class all the way. the private parking key fob was a major bonus. They have thought of everything. We will be back. Jilenna made check in as easy as it could possibly be and followed up before during and after our trip.

Everything was great about the stay! The drive to the beach involved a lot of traffic, but there was plenty to do at Baytowne. Shopping, restaurants, etc are right outside the door. The unit was beautiful, clean and well appointed.

FLOOR PLAN
? Our newly updated end unit townhome is a bay-facing home and offers partial views of the Choctawhatchee Bay. As you walk into this 3-story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, you are greeted by the beautiful renovated coastal interior. On the main floor, you will find the living room that flows into the dining and kitchen. This airy space has plenty of seats to gather and enjoy your large groups' company. The Living room boasts a new 72” wall-mounted Smart TV with cable surrounded by a new sectional sofa that is perfect for curling up with your loved ones after a long day of exploring. The half bath is conveniently located tucked away to your left as you go to the beautiful dining area. The spacious dining area has seating for six and a kitchen bar with seating for two more – making it easy for everyone to eat together. The Kitchen’s modern design features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meals.
On the second floor, you will find a guest master suite with a brand new king-sized bed, 55” wall-mounted Smart TV, access to the balcony, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, on the second floor is the second guest bedroom that features a Twin over Full bunk bed with an extra slide-out twin trundle bed. This guest room also features a desk, access to a shared balcony, and a wall-mounted 55” Smart TV. You will find a guest bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, you will also find a full-size washer and dryer behind the closet door.
On the third floor, you will find an enchanting grand master suite that includes a new King bed, a private balcony with views of the bay, a desk (If you must work while you are visiting), and a two-sided gas fireplace that can be seen from the bedroom and bathroom. You will love to escape into your spectacular master bathroom suite with a glass walk-in shower and garden soaking tub. End your days by stepping through the first-floor French doors to the comfy sitting area and taking in the peaceful and enchanting scenery. Between the new coastal décor, open layout, and luxurious amenities - you won’t find a better place to call home while visiting us at Baytowne Coastal!
LOCATION
? The Le Jardin community in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort features a gated courtyard area, gated covered parking for one vehicle, a beautiful amenities terrace with a large pool, children’s pool, hot and cold spa, fitness center, grilling area, and an outdoor fireplace with seating for your family to enjoy. Le Jardin is steps away from all the amazing activities The Village of Baytowne Wharf offers and more fun adventures at additional cost and yummy treats -- Zip Line, Tower Climb, Paddleboards, Spa, Water sports, biking, tennis, fishing, and a wide variety of restaurants. Oh, and don’t forget about golf! This area has four amazing golf courses within minutes. Burnt Pines Golf Club – Deemed the “Crown Jewel of Florida Golf” by Golf Magazine and recognized as one of the “Top 30 Courses in Florida” by Golf Digest and Golfweek. The Links is named one of the “Top Five Golf Courses in Northwest Florida by Florida Golf News.
Nightlife? Of course! In Baytowne, you’ll enjoy the sunset, food, drinks, and live music. During the summer, there are also spectacular fireworks displays every Tuesday. You are also able to enjoy the fireworks from your own balcony.
Enjoy a quick bike ride or take the complimentary tram service through the beach tunnel (under HWY 98) and down to Barefoot’s Beachside Bar & Grill area, where the sugar-white-sands and the beautiful blue waters of the Emerald Coast beaches greet you. There, you’ll also find a free pool for your use and a fun restaurant and bar. All-day beach play is waiting for you! Please note that this is not an all-inclusive resort. You must pay for additional usage to watersport rentals, beach service, the gym, golf, restaurants, food, Baytown Wharf activities, etc.
There are fish in all Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort ponds; you’re welcome to fish in any of them. It’s a catch-and-release program with no fishing license required. You are steps away from the marina, where boats, jet skis, kayaks, and paddle boards are available as rentals.
SHOPPING / DINING
? Did I forget to mention shopping? Head to Grand Boulevard, where you can shop your heart away at Altar'd State, Anthropologie, Vineyard Vines, Lululemon, Pottery Barn, Tommy Bahamas, Publix Grocery, Kilwins, and many more. There are more excellent restaurants here, a movie theater, and town events (even a farmers market)!

GUEST ACCESS
? You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
? Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
? Our property provides secure Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. Our Wi-Fi signals are not always optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
POOLS / GRILL / LAKE / COMMUNITY AMENITIES
? A community pool is right around the corner from our townhome at Market Street. Just follow the stairs by the parking garage up to the pool and courtyard. There are community grills located here as well! You are welcome to fish, but it is a catch-and-release around any of the lakes. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/spa. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You cannot add anything to the pool/spa, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.
PARKING
? You will check in at the guard gate (bayside) for free parking passes. Parking is available at the parking garage at Baytowne Wharf. This is first come, first serve; if full, you must park in the Elation overflow parking. Once in the home, you will find a garage remote/key fob. You have one parking spot in the gated area of the garage assigned to those staying in the Le Jardin community. It is very limited and first come. Please leave the fob in the unit at check-out for the next guest. A $75 fee will apply if not returned. The guard may ask to see your booking confirmation, so please have it printed off or easily accessible by phone.
GOLF CART
? At this time, a golf cart is not provided. Please note that the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort does not allow outside golf carts or scooter rentals.
TRAM SERVICE
? Sandollar Tram Service runs throughout the resort. As our guests, you can catch the tram to the beach and several locations throughout the resort!
SECURITY
? Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. The HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for resort grounds and amenities. The resort may have cameras throughout the area. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
BOOKING
? You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
? Check-in any time after 4 p.m. CST. Check-out is any time before 10 a.m. CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
? We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 a.m. CST.
KITCHEN
? The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
? NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
? Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents and understand the beach flags!
