Me and a group of 4 girls stayed here for a girls weekend away, and it was wonderful!! Sandi was easy to work with, and provided detailed instructions for arrival, parking, departure, etc. the condo itself is very spacious, beautiful, and has all the amenities of home. Sandi had plenty of towels, coffee, cookware, toiletries, and more for us to use. The property has a wonderful pool, hot tub, and small workout facility, and is in walking distance of everything in Baytowne Wharf. We will definitely stay here anytime we come to town!!

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooks the Village of Baytowne (which has plenty of restaurants and kid friendly activities) and is perfect for enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning or listening to a band, watching the fireworks, or just people watching at night. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need while on vacation. The pool is also located on the same floor right down the hall which is perfect for families and the beach is a 5 minute drive or tram ride away. The tv in the living room is huge, the furniture is very nice, and the beds are SO comfy. Can't wait to come back and stay again!

what I can tell you is that I have stayed at many condo's over the last 30 years. This resort was awesome and the condo is right were the action is. You can see the pictures of the rooms, they look great and I felt at home. You start the morning off with the coffee in the resort shop right down stairs and finish the night off with a drink or two and dinner in any one of the great restaurant's along the square. I like to people watch and this place is great for that. I will be back many more times in the future.

We recently refreshed the Primary Bathroom with a larger shower and tub. Also fresh paint, new lighting and faucets.In the Lockoff bath we've also replaced the Vanity and faucet. You will find upscale bedding, linens and amenities. The primary bedroom has a New king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. The den also has a sofa sleeper that makes a queen bed.
