Another Day in Paradise, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was very clean and exactly as the listing described. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we enjoyed the beautiful views of Miramar Beach. We have family in the neighborhood so we are very likely to rent this unit each year we visit. It was very easy to check in & check out as the property manager sent convenient texts to see if we needed anything and inquire about our stay. We will certainly be back!

The condo was absolutely amazing! We were able to go straight to the condo (early) without having to stop to check in. We had a small problem with our early check in door code which was resolved literally within seconds. The condo is so cute and has everything you need. It was also very clean Access to the pool and beach was a breeze. We took the tram to Baytowne a couple of times and waited only a few minutes to be picked up each time. We can’t wait to come back. The rental company checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was great.

My mom and I have made it our new tradition to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. This condo is located in our favorite community, has the best views, and amazing comfy beds! The unit is very well stocked and cleaned, and service was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here :)

This condo was great! The whole place was updated and really clean. We had two young kids and they had toys, games, and kitchenware to accommodate them! The beach chairs were also nice. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at his property last summer and were so impressed that we decided to book again this year. Great location. Oceanfront condo, but location in building seems almost private. Great communication with property manager, well stocked and very clean. If we come back to the area, we will most certainly book this condo again!

First, I have to share I’m a frequent traveler to the Miramar Beach / Destin area. We stay somewhere different every time we come and this is the first place in decades we loved so much we would absolutely come back to stay. It’s right on the beach, condo is beautifully updated (master shower is amazing) and the pool is modern and new! Anything modern and new these days are further away from the beach. You might find an updated condo but the pool was built back when I visited in the 80s. This had everything. The grounds were beautiful around the condo and the putt putt was a 5 minute walk up the road. They have a great strip center in walkable distance too that has restaurants, ice cream and shopping. Baytowne Wharf is across the street. You can ride the tram or drive your car. Communication with the property manager was great. They even helped us quickly one day when we had a small problem with our coffee pot. Highly recommend staying here. We will absolutely be back!

Condo was clean and in excellent condition. Al Clad pots were a nice surprise from my past experience with other condos. Will book it again.

This condo is beautiful and has an amazing view! Perfect location for Destin and San Destin. The customer service is exceptional. It was my birthday weekend and they left a gift and flowers for me!

I stayed in Another Day in Paradise for an entire month and it was the best “vacation” rental experience I’ve ever had. The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Sunsets from the balcony were awe inspiring. It’s located in Sandestin and there are restaurants within walking distance or by free tram ride. Breathe Easy was such a wonderful management company to work with. Flawless execution during my stay. They even checked on me when the area experienced an unusual cold snap to make sure I had enough blankets. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the condo. The views were wonderful with great access to the beach. The remodeling was on point!!! We are looking at coming back to Destin in May and this is at the top of our list.

Breathe Easy was quick to respond to any questions. We decided to stay an extra night & it was super easy to book. This condo had a ton of kid friendly items.

We booked this condo after our original condo was canceled 2 weeks before we were to arrive. Communication was excellent. Location was perfect. We moved to Seacrest Beach for the latter part of our vacation because we had more family arriving, but we definitely preferred this area and this condo. I would stay here again.

We LOVED this unit & property!! Lovely condo! Beautifully decorated!! The view and balcony was so nice. All the furniture and beds were comfortable! The pool was PERFECT!!! Great for families with little kids as well as older children and adults!! We loved it! And having the grill area right next to the pool deck made it easy for our family to cook and allow our children to keep enjoying the pool!! Very safe and secure!! Beach access was easy!! Property manager was very helpful and prompt!!! One of the nicest and easiest units we have ever rented!! We will 100% be back!!!

Very clean and nice place. Building is a little older than I expected, but the apartment is very nice and everything is very clean. Beach is amazing and not to many people there like the next building over.

We absolutely love this condo! I stay on the beach two or three times a year renting a condo and this is by far the best I have ever stay in. It has the best views, private beach, and great locations. The staff was super helpful with check on/check out. They check on us twice to just see how are stay was going. I will rebook for next year.

Everything about this property and experience was phenomenal. Communication with property manager was easy and a true delight. The condo was BEAUTIFUL, exceeded our expectations. It was also exceptionally clean. I am a neat freak and usually spot at least a couple of things that need work, but the cleaning staff at this condo goes above and beyond. The ninja blender made the BEST daiquiris that we enjoyed on the balcony while enjoying the gorgeous view. There was also lots of beach chairs/accessories for our use in the closet. There happened to be a lot of seaweed while we were there, but pool provided lots of fun for our family. It was very clean, big, and the best I have seen thus far. There was a very short walk to beach and plenty of hoses/showers to get all the sand off. One night we were even able to take out our corn hole boards and play a game in the grass in front of the condo. We vacation in Florida every summer and have stayed at several different resorts, but this one was by far our favorite. I hope we are able to rent this same unit next summer. I truly can’t say enough about it. Do NOT hesitate booking this unit. Best stay EVER!

This is an amazing property in an amazing location. The unit was crystal clean, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 for the week. A short drive to shopping and many restaurants, or a nice long walk to the Baytown Warf. Renting was super easy. Breathe Easy was just a text away if we had any questions. Beachside One is a great building. Very clean common areas with management and security frequently checking in on guests. We highly recommend!

This property has a great location and the Breathe Easy Rentals company was so easy to contact and provided a digital guidebook that made it easy to answer any questions we might have as well as allow for a seamless check in and check out. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated as well as stocked with all the appliances and pots and pans we needed to be able to use the kitchen. The one "complaint" we had was the fact that there was only one additional blanket that was pretty thin so we ended up needing to run to walmart to purchase a blanket to use for the pull-out couch, other than that everything was excellent. One of our favorite features was the balcony, it gave the perfect view of the ocean and the serenity of the garden, we spent hours out there reading after coming in from the beach. We definitely plan on returning in the future!

My husband and I booked this for our babymoon. I loved that it was on the third floor and I didn't have to walk very far to get from our room to the pool or beach. The condo was very nice and clean and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. I also loved that it was very quiet! We will be back again with our little one in tow next time!

I will say this again (stayed in the condo complex but different unit last year) the location is AMAZING! The beach is private so you are never dealing with crowds unlike the other buildings surrounding it. Cleanest beach I have ever been on. The new pool is spectacular and so nice. If you have toddlers, the sundeck on the pool is perfect for them to stay. This unit was perfect! I liked that there was no carpet, and the bathrooms/kitchen were completely up to date. It was so nice they provided us with beach chairs and an umbrella! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! My ONLY complaint is that the pool says "seasonally heated" and they do mean seasonally. The pool guy said it typically gets turned off in March, but this year they kept it on until April 12th. It was hard to get use to because at night it would get chilly! It was not a deal breaker though.

Loved the condo and the staff we worked with. Only complaint was we arrived early because there is no way to estimate the arrival time exactly when driving hours. We use vrbo all the time and have never had a problem using the ammenties a couple of hours early (access to beach and pool) Gabrille was so nice and let us get to beach access to go down to the Beach House to eat lunch. Came back and sat my pool a little while and another guy, I think Gabrielle's boss, was not very nice about us using the ammenities early. I guess he might have wanted us to sit in our car. Didn't ask him. I have never been told on any rental that we couldn't use the beach or pool until checkin time. We stay on that beach every spring break.

This beachfront condo was beautifully appointed. The layout was perfect with views of the ocean from the MSTR bedroom and living room. Easy access to the white sand beach. We enjoyed sunsets at the property as well as the Beachside Restaurant within easy walking distance. The deck was perfect for reading or simply taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The rental company was very attentive at checking in on us but frankly we had no issues. Loved the area and the condo. Would recommend this property. Thank you for making it available to us.
