We've made going to a beach something we do each year now since our kids are grown. I literally booked this place about a week out from our planned departure because it seemed like a convenient location for us to be able to just relax at the beach plus it was pet friendly for our Frenchie. I didn't realize at the time of the booking it was located inside Sandestin Resort, which was a nice plus. My wife is a native Floridian and myself had lived there for 10yrs prior to our move north, so were very familiar with the Gulf Coast Beaches from Clearwater south to Marco Island and always compared everything to those beaches. I must say the Emerald Coast Beaches there at Sandestin definitely rank right up there with some of the Gulf beaches I mentioned earlier. The condo was fully furnished so we ate in everyday except one. For us it was a simple less than 5hr drive, so we definitely will be Back to that area again for beach relaxation and will most likely look up Jilenna as a host again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place is in a great location, so close to everything. 2 minute walk to the pool! Also, it's very homey, spacious, clean and has pretty much everything you'll need for your stay. We recommend this spot and we'll be sure to be back!!

Close to the beach and pool. We used the tram to take us to Baytown Warf and walked to the Italian restaurant near the townhouse. They have great food and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

We as a family, enjoyed the condo so much! I can honestly say whenever I called they were there ASAP to fix the problem. The condo was clean and perfect space! I highly recommend forever vacation rentals, the people and condo were just amazing, we enjoyed how close we are to the beach and the other activies, the fun pass also came into great use. Jilenna's property was the perfect spot for our family of 5! We felt safe in a beautiful and private location. The beach is a quick walk but we took our car each time we went since it was in the 90's. We all fit comfortably in this 2 bedroom unit. Bath towels were plenty and the beds were comfortable too. Our kids walked around the property with no issues. There are restaurants a few steps (Maple Street Biscuit, etc). Walmart and Publix were right down the road. Since it was during the Pandemic, restaurants were short-staffed and had long wait times and we felt safer eating at the place. Her kitchen is well equipped. Jilenna was very good in communicating as well. A golf cart would have been nice but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Highly recommend! We will return!

Very clean with plenty of utensils to cook. Lovely view of the pond in the back. Close to the beach - enjoyed early morning walks on the beach everyday. We enjoyed staying at the Beachwalk Villa. It was perfect for us! We drove to beach entrance. Always found parking and walk to beach was easy. Pool was very nice! The house was clean, well equipped, and perfect for us. I would recommend it.

The Sandestin area (and the Beach side area specifically where the condo is located) is both beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed our daily walks along the golf course and the beach was a 5-10 minute walk away (or short bus ride). Also, everything you need (grocery, restaurants, yoga studio, fitness, etc) is really close and convenient.

We visited for a couples' getaway. Our group had two couples but the house could have comfortably accommodated three couples. Upon entering the house, we were welcomed with a fresh scent and clean surroundings. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked with linens and the kitchen was reasonably stocked with cookware and utensils. I really love the location and easy access to the beach. The tram was a nice transportation option but our morning walk to the beach was wonderful. The joggers, bikers and other walkers were very kind. We didn't have time to take advantage of the free activities included in the price but it was a nice perk. I visit San Destin at least once a year and I've always stayed on the village side of the resort. But in the future, I'm going to check availability on this house first!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Something Better in Sandestin. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings evoked a calm, beach-like feel. The staff at the rental company was very helpful and readily available for any questions. The villa was a short drive to the beach with no problems parking in the lot provided. The patio out back was nice and steps away from a lagoon which provided an exotic atmosphere. We were pleased with the whole experience.

We had never been to the Florida coast before and didn't know what to expect. It was nice to have the fun pass added which gave us a few options at a discount. The place was great. We had a bed for everyone to sleep in and it was quiet when we tried to sleep. They provided tram passes but we were close enough to the beach to walk (half mile ish). I would come back to this rental again!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our family vacation. The surrounding property was well maintained, the area was quiet and very family oriented. We loved the location and being right across the street from Baytowne Wharf was a huge plus. Also loved being so close to the outlet mall. Never had a problem catching the tram for a quick ride down to the beach. Very nice!

Our 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Villa is located on a freshwater lake on the bayside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. The beach is calling, so catch the tram or take a short stroll to the gorgeous white beaches.

FIRST FLOOR
? Upon entering, you will know your vacation is about to start. The upgraded kitchen with the stainless steel refrigerator is large enough to accommodate your needs! You'll love being able to cook in the kitchen while still taking in the lake's sites. The living room has a sleeper sofa and plenty of additional seating. The large entertainment center and TV are great for late nights and the occasional rainy day. Right off the living room is the beautiful patio area. Don't forget to pack your fishing poles!
SECOND FLOOR
? Follow the stairs up to the Primary Suite with a brand new plush king-size mattress added in November 2022 and modern coastal décor. One of our favorite views of the lake is from this bedroom. This has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and one pull-out trundle. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo! The 2nd floor also features a washer/dryer for your personal use.
OUTDOOR AREAS
? It’s BBQ time as you step out the back sliding doors onto the spacious patio, where you can enjoy the grilling in the peacefulness and amazing views overlooking the small lake. You can even pack your fishing pole for catch and release. When ready to play at the beach or make a big splash in the community pool, follow the sidewalk that will lead you to the pool and a wooden bridge walkover to the beach. You and your family will find your happy place at Something Better!
BAYTOWNE WHARF
? When you’re done on the beach, head on over to Baytowne Wharf, which offers more fun adventures and yummy treats -- Zip Line, Tower Climb, Paddleboards, Spa, Water sports, biking, tennis, fishing, and a wide variety of restaurants. Oh, and don’t forget about golf! We have four fantastic golf courses also within minutes. Nightlife? Of course! In Baytowne, you’ll enjoy the sunset, food, drinks, and live music. During the summer, there are also spectacular fireworks displays. You are also able to enjoy the fireworks from your screened-in balcony.
SHOPPING / DINING AT GRAND BLVD
? Did I forget to mention shopping? We are close to Grand Boulevard, where you can shop your heart away at Pottery Barn, Tommy Bahamas, Publix Grocery, and many more. There are more excellent restaurants here, a movie theater, town events, and more.
PET FRIENDLY
? We must be notified if you or someone in your party are bringing pets. Pets must be under 40 lbs, well-behaved, and always on a leash outside. You must pick up after all potty breaks. The maximum number of pets is 2. A non-refundable pet fee of $300+tax for one pet and $600+tax for two pets.

GUEST ACCESS
? You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
? Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
? Our property provides a private network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
? Upon arrival, you will pick up two parking passes from the guard gate. There is no additional cost associated with the parking passes. We have two spaces available for parking, but please note that it is first come, first serve.
BEACH SERVICE
? Our townhome is located on the beachside of Sandestin® Resort. Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas outside the courtyard. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.
POOLS / COMMUNITY AMENITIES
? There is one community pool right around the corner from our townhome. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/spa. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You cannot add anything to the pool/spa, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.
GOLF CART
? Please note that the resort does not allow outside golf carts or scooters.
SECURITY
? Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. The resort contracts with a security service to provide security for resort grounds and amenities. The resort may have cameras throughout the area. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
BOOKING
? You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
? Check-in any time after 4 p.m. CST. Check-out is any time before 10 a.m. CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
? We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 p.m. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 a.m. CST.
KITCHEN
? The kitchen has a fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
? NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
? Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents and understand the beach flags!
