ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN HOME!!! If all guests are under 21 - no alcohol is allowed on property. If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 - an additional; $750 refundable damage deposit is required and paid separately after you book. No street parking (we have space for 5-6 cars on our driveway) Dogs are welcome with a few restrictions and a $150 pet fee for the first 2 dogs, more possible with additional fee Spa can be heated - $45/day X Days of your stay, no partial stay heating. City Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am
