he management stayed in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was well stocked. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and having 2 pools.

We had a wonderful week at the beach. Gulfview 222 was very nice. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The condo was the perfect size and cool, queen bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, and the living area was pleasant to just sit and relax after a long day. The beach service was great. We used it every day. Breathe Easy Rentals was the easiest agency we've ever dealt with. From reservation to leaving, we were informed and updated throughout the week. Really smooth process. Hopefully, we can do it again next year!! Cheers...

This property was exactly as the listing stated. It’s a clean and updated condo with a great location! The beach is just a short walk across the street and down some steps. The beach service was also a great addition! It was so nice to head out to the beach without lugging our own chairs and umbrella. That section of the beach was not crowded at all compared to the public beach access spots just down the road. Communication with the host was great and check in was so smooth. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

A couple days before our trip we were sent a guidebook with all the information we needed for our vacation. The condo was as described and pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. It took us less than 2 minutes to get to the beach, so the location is great, especially with little kids. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Everything is clean and well kept. We made wonderful memories and can’t wait to be back.

My wife and I loved this trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Destin for the price and location. The close access to the private beach was amazing and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were so nice. The apartment was very clean and we had no issues checking in. Overall, we loved this location and will try to book it again some day.

Great location with easy access to the beach about a 1 minute walk and close to everything, restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, shopping. Condo was very nice and spacious enough for 4 people without a problem. Everyone we ran into were very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The welcome package was nice as well. Can't wait to come back for our next vacation. The rental company sent me a text and asked how our stay was going and to see if we needed anything, thought was pretty nice of them to do.

My family stayed here and it was equipped with everything you needed. They provided a lot of stuff that other condos wouldn’t provide you with.

This condo was wonderful. Only thing it needs is better pillows. They were rocks! The condo came with super great items to help ie coffee, koozies, paper towels, plenty of towels for pool & shower! Mgmt was on the spot checking on everything! Beach was walking distance across the street. Great restaurants, gift shops, excursions all close!

Our kids (5 and 9) had never been to the beach and my husband had never been to FL! This was the perfect first trip for them. The rental was EXTREMELY clean and well stocked with anything you would need for your trip! Dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, pots, pans, etc.! The bedroom is small so there isn’t much room to set your suitcase, but we were able to fit most of it in the closet so it was out of our way. The bed was soft and the pillows were firm and there was an extra blanket and sheets in the closet. The bunk beds were a favorite for the kids. The balcony is very small with a view of just the air conditioners, but we aren’t ones to sit and sip coffee out there anyway so we didn’t mind one bit! The property managers were wonderful! About a week before the trip, we received a virtual guidebook with EVERYTHING we needed to know including great spots to eat, drink, and have fun! I studied it before the trip and referred back to it so many times during our stay! Our unit was ready right at check in time and they responded quickly to text messages. They checked in a few times during our stay to make sure we were having a good time. This unit also comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella rental every single day and it really is a lifesaver when packing for the beach! We saw so many families lugging chairs and canopies across the street to the beach and it was so nice not having to worry about it. Quick beach access directly across the street! (The beach starts getting crowded around 8:30-9am FYI!) This unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator. We heard several people complain about not having an elevator, but again, we didn’t mind! The pool and grilling area were well maintained and cleaned each morning. The boys spent a lot of time at the pool/hot tub and we met tons of nice folks while hanging out down there. We would 100% book with Breathe Easy Rentals again and will look for this unit next time we are in the area!

The property was clean and located just steps from the beach and many places to dine. The additional perks (ie beach chairs and umbrella and excursion comp ticket) was an added bonus to our beach stay.

The pools were close. Laundry machines were available on each level. (Bring quarters)

Good location with quick access to Destin attractions to the west or Santa Rosa Attractions to the east. Private beach is not crowded like others we saw near the high rise condos. The condo complex is small and quaint, the Condo is just the right size for a family of 4 as we spent most of our time away from the accommodations making the most of our time in Florida. Overall would stay here again.

This condo is amazing! Completely remolded 1 bedroom with all the amenities you could want. Includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella service on your private beach access. If we would not have booked this room it usually costs $40 per day to rent. Great free amenity that saved us $260 on our trip. Has cooler/beach bag and boogie board to use. Convenient location, many restaurants within walking distance. Two swimming pools and a hot tub. Absolutely would recommend to stay here. 5 Stars.

We walked in and the condo was beautiful! Plenty of towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, dishwasher tablets all were already there making our shopping list a lot smaller. They checked in on us to make sure our room, and our travels were good. The pillows and beds were also nice, we don’t have a complaint! Super clean as well!

The place was great. Code given in advance and I messaged before our stay and got a quick response. Received message on our 2nd day asking how things where. Place was clean, lots of dishes, pots and kitchen utensils. Right across from beach and the pools were great. Will come back to stay at gulfview ☺️

Wonderful condo. Very clean and communication was great! Short walk down the stairs and across the street to the beach. The only cons were no elevator and people staying at the pool past closing time, being pretty loud.

We only stayed here for two night, but really enjoyed it. the condo was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked VERY well, better than any condo I've stayed in. The bed in bedroom was comfortable, but very soft and springy. My boys are 14 and 16 one of which who is thin, but 6'1"(he couldn't quite stretch out completely). The mattresses in the bunkbeds could be upgraded. Currently, they have the very thin, standard bunk mattress, not supportive mattress. This may have just been an issue fo my boys and workout out fine for much small kids. Beach access is SOOOO convenient, located right across the street. It was amazing. We also loved just walking down scenic gulf drive by all the shops and restaurants. One last thing, Loved dealing with the management company! They send VERY informative emails prior to your arrival that will help to make your stay more enjoyable. They have an app that you can also use and it was super informative and convenient!

This was my family's first trip to Florida, and let me just say we were not disappointed! The condo was great, clean and very homie. The pools and hot tubs were always crowded so we didn't get in on our trip but it did not matter to us because of our private beach access right across the street! I was first concerned of crossing a busy road with my 8 and 4 year old children but it was way easier than I expected and all cars obeyed the crosswalk stops. The condo is surrounded by cool shops and restaurants that are walking distance! The location was absolutely perfect. My children were so excited to see the boogie boards accommodated to us on our balcony and they were put to great use! I thought it was an awesome gesture, along with the other great accommodations inside. The owners even hooked us up with free tickets to the Urban Air Park and it was a BLAST for even the adults! It felt weird packing up our things and leaving because in the short amount of time we were there, it began to feel like home! I will definitely be returning ��

The condo was very clean and Brittany has everything you need right there!! We literally only had to get food, she provided everything and plenty of it!! We loved the location being so close to the beach and restaurants! Brittany was always just a text away if u need anything! She is very responsive and sweet!! I would recommend this place for families it is cozy and kid friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our Vacation was the Best. The condo we stayed in was very clean, completely updated very nicely and well stocked. We had a question and the manager got in touch with us immediately. The property grounds were very clean and well maintained. Beach location was perfect. Definitely, will return!
