Our room was so close to the beach! We brought a wagon to pull everything, but we never took it out of the car after we saw how close the unit was to the beach. The pool was equally as close. Our unit was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely e coming back to Main Sail!

Enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Dunes even though the weather didn’t cooperate. Plenty of space for our family of 4, our older kids appreciated having their own rooms. Nice short walk to the beautiful private beach. The tennis courts have pickleball lines so we were able to play a few games when the sprinkles stopped. Plenty to do w/in driving distance. The only thing I would say the condo was seriously lacking was a blow dryer, makes no sense why you would have to travel with a blow dryer now a day - it does say it’s not included but packing the day before I forgot what I had read when I booked the reservation. We ended having to buy one at Walmart for $10. Also not sure why they don’t provide beach towels, I’m sure there’s a reason but packing 4 beach towels literally took up half of our checked luggage. Would have also been nice to have a couple of extra garbage bags since garbage has to be tied before sending it down the chute, and a box of Kleenex- that would fall more along the lines of ‘Glam’. But the beds we’re comfortable, the linens and towels were white, the place was clean, AC worked well and communication was pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our few short days at the Cozy Dunes!

We visited the Cozy Dune in April 2023 and had a perfect week. The location to the beach is unbeatable - everything was so easy and accessible to get to. House was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and rooms were comfortable. It was a great trip!

This property is just as advertised! It is right on the beach with a private entrance. It does have a staircase so you need to take that into consideration. But my teens and I loved the white sand and private beach. It was close to tons of food and shopping!

My husband, our two kids (ages 7 & 9), my parents, and I stayed at this property over Spring Break, and we had a great time. The weather this time of year is a bit temperamental, but the condo and beach were fantastic! There were enough bedrooms & bathrooms that everyone had their own, and there were plenty of linens to go around. The place looked exactly like the photos and made us feel cozy (especially when the cold and rain kept us from enjoying the ocean). When we did get to the beach, the beach service and private beach were a huge plus. We highly recommend this property! My only suggestions to the owners are a full length mirror in the king bedroom (that isn’t the primary) and an electric lock on the sliding glass door so it can be used when everyone in the group goes to/from the beach. Otherwise, it’s perfect as-is!

My family and I really enjoyed our week stay at the Cozy Dune! We got to celebrate a birthday and Valentine's Day while there and it was a very special time for all of us to unwind and have wonderful family time with no crowds. Our host, was very accommodating and made our stay even more enjoyable. The condo is just as pictured, very clean, well stocked with all the conveniences of home, and had comfy beds! My kids loved snuggling in the giant bean bag! The private walk straight to the beach was also amazing. The whole stay was absolutely perfect and we hope to return to this special place soon! Also, go eat at Jackacuda's, it's delicious!!

The Cozy Dune was the perfect spot for my family's beach getaway. It was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was welcoming and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Gulf views were incredible, and the pool was also a great place to relax and unwind in the sun. The grounds were well maintained and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend The Cozy Dune to anyone looking for a beach getaway. We will be back!

We so enjoyed staying here with the view of the ocean always there. We wanted something ocean side of the scenic highway. The unit is two back from the sand dunes and beach. It is directly across from the outlet mall with plenty of nearby restaurants. The common area might get small with more than 6 people but could work. We recommend this rental and would come back.

Easy access to the beach! My family and I have previously stayed in other Mainsail units, and this unit is superior by far. The private staircase is a game changer - you are truly just steps from the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and appears exactly as pictured online. My wife & daughter loved it. Five stars!

The Cozy Dune was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked and the home was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the location - it felt safe, in an enclosed, walkable community, where we were comfortable letting the kids explore. Best of all, you walk directly onto the private beach from either the balcony or front door! Gulf views from the living room and master bedroom were amazing. Communication with the host was excellent as they check in before and throughout your stay. Would absolutely recommend!!!

The Cozy Dune, formerly known as Dune Fine 212, is a newly renovated, professionally decorated, Gulf-front vacation condo in the community of Mainsail in Miramar Beach. This beach home is designed to provide guests a luxury stay with modern features – breathtaking Gulf views and easy beach access, along with updated bathrooms, bedrooms, furnishings and appliances.
The first floor location provides extraordinary Gulf views and direct beach access. Only first floor units have their own private staircase! This condo is second from the front of the building, but the closest you can get to the beach in an updated 3-bedroom unit in Mainsail, and the ONLY one that also offers direct beach access! Enjoy CLEAR, up front, Gulf views. And lastly, the front door is directly across from the elevator and stairway. No need to lug your baggage or beach toys far!

The single floor hosts the gulf-front balcony, dining & family rooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and laundry. Upon entering the front door, you will be in awe of the open floor plan, with the entry hallway flowing into the kitchen, dining area and family room. As you continue into the family room you find custom reclaimed wood art on the left, and expansive Gulf Front views through the large sliding glass doors to the right.
