Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

✹ NO SMOKING - Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
✹ NO PARTIES AND NO LOUD MUSIC
✹ Majestic Sun was built in 2004, and building management provides excellent maintenance service and routine inspections. In response to the horrific collapse of the Champlain Tower in Miami, Majestic Sun building management is planning a detailed structural inspection. At this time, routine maintenance and inspections reveal no apparent indication of structural weakness or water damage at Majestic Sun at this time. In addition, Majestic Sun is 17 years old (vs. 40+ years old for the Champlain tower) and built to a different/superior code from 40 years ago. The 2018 Champlain Towers inspection indicated a number of deficiencies pertaining to concrete deterioration such as spalling and structural cracking.
