Our family hasn’t all been together in over 3 years. This property met all of our expectations. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for 6 adults. We especially loved the proximity to Destin’s gorgeous white Sandy beaches! We will definitely be staying here again. (VRBO Review)

We loved this house, the location was great. The property was clean. Beach was within walking distance and was beautiful. We had a wonderful week with family.

The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were just three of us plus our pup -- we had more than enough room. It was an easy walk to the beach/pools and our dog enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. (VRBO Review)

The home was comfortable and clean with all the amenities we needed, the location was near everything even with all the road work going on. We felt safe and secure in the gated community, we would consider staying again if visiting Destin again. Having the fenced backyard was great for our dogs, just had to chase the black snake away. The only negative is the kitchen oven needs updating because skillets can’t set flat. Great stay overall!

The house was very clean. The master bedroom was huge. We loved being close to the beach. It was a bonus to have bikes and beach supplies in the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The cottage had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. The master suite is huge! The other bedrooms are good sizes too. It is decorated pretty and is a very comfortable place. They even have some beach items in the garage for you to use. Close proximity to the beach, as well as restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Maravilla and enjoyed a much needed week at the beach. The condo provided plenty of space for our group of 5. Very comfortable beds!

The house is dog friendly which is huge and we loved being able to bring our fur babies with. The house is also the beat of both worlds in that it is in a “neighborhood” very close to the beach. So you feel you have privacy and are not on top of each other like the condos at the end of the complex, but it’s a quick walk to the beach and pool, so you have the spring break vibe without having to share condo walls! We come down to Destin about once a year, and would definitely look to rent from Renee and Laura again for future trips. GREAT communication.

We were here several years ago and stayed in this same cottage. Would have stayed longer than our week but it was filled. Only used the pool briefly and hot tub. Quite a few kids around. Not bad kids but lot of kids. Spring break plus people want out after the pandemic. Everything was clean on the property. Beds were good. Needed a bigger pillow or rather another pillow but could not find a pillowcase. No biggie. Would try to get this cottage if we are back in the area again.

This is our 2nd time renting this house. Just like last year, everything was perfect!! Short walk to the beach. Nice backyard to cookout. Will be renting again soon!!

Stayed at the Maravilla cottage the last week of July with my wife and her family. There was plenty of room for six adults to cook, lounge, and sleep. Having the 2-car garage was a nice to park a car and have enough space to store beach items. We also loved having the fenced-in backyard which was nice during the evenings. For future trips down to the Destin/Mirarmar Beach area, this will be a place that we will try to book!

Big improvement from the last time we stayed here! We love this place because of the location and the fenced back yard for our dogs, but the decor had been a little dated. As soon as we arrived we noticed the difference, a whole new dining room, the living room and bedrooms refreshed, some of the old furniture and decorations gone, the blue wall paper strip in the middle bedroom was gone and a new coffee maker in the kitchen. Nice updates. We will definitely be back!

This quaint little home had everything we needed for a nice vacation. The small backyard is perfect for pets. I highly recommend staying here. 

We had an awesome stay at Maravilla Cottage 227. The place was well kept and spacious we had plenty of room to move about. We are looking to make this an annual getaway. I would recommend Maravilla to my friends and associates.

As a repeat renter of Maravilla 227, I will say I really appreciate all the updates. We arrived for this visit and since last year, all the TV's have been replaced with new flat screens and there is some new furnishings too. We love being able to bring our little dog, Jasper, and let him into the backyard. Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed the beach service too. Matt at the beach was wonderful as usual. We cannot wait to return. We love to come in May each year because the temperatures are great and it is so relaxed.

We love this little house and come as often as we can! Not far from the beach, inexpensive and pet friendly with a fenced in yard. We love having the chairs and umbrella during the spring and fall. Renee and Laura are great to work with. Glad we found them!
