Plus, upgrades include the fully stocked kitchen with a custom tile backsplash, white quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances; a primary suite with a huge bathroom boasting double vanities, a spa bathtub and a walk-in shower; and engineered hardwood floors throughout.
Real relaxation happens when everything is at your fingertips. Amenities at Mediterranea include a full laundry room in the unit, elevators, gated parking, tennis courts and a fitness center. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
