Our trip to the beach was wonderful! The property was clean, spacious and everything we needed was supplied. The huge balcony was an added bonus. The rental company was easy to communicate with and it was easy to get questions answered. Location was perfect and we loved being right on the beach. I will say that if you drive a Jeep Wagoneer L you will not fit in the parking garage and will have to find another place to park.
Amy it certainly sounds like you had a great vacation staying a Beach Life. The space is especially great to spread out and do your own thing or entertain family and friends. We are sad to hear about your parking issues but happy that you got it worked out. Those bigger SUV'S are great for most situation, but sometimes can be a little inconvenient. Perfect location! Lovely, well-maintained unit. Excellent communication with the property manager! Detailed information was provided in advance to allow for easy planning. Checking was a breeze! The property manager checked with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was great. Checkout was easy. We’ve stayed at Beach Manor for over 13 years and have always had great stays. But this is by far the best property manager we have had.

This was our 3rd time at Miramar and while we LOVE it, it was the wrong time of the year for us. My daughters and I spent the 1st week in November 2021 and it was PERFECT! Then our whole family went in May 2022 and it was packed! Again, my daughters and I spent the 2nd week of October 2022 and it was pretty crowded, apparently it was fall break, YIKES! There were biting yellow flies which required 40% DEET and enormous Cannonball jellyfish. None of these things are within control except to say we should have maybe done a little more research into the most optimal time for us. Aside all that our unit was beautiful and Breathe Easy Management was absolutely delightful to work with and we will be using them again.
Hello Tina! What a trip for you and your girls. Unfortunately we think the jellyfish and flies were the remnants of hurricane Ian. They have been exceptionally abundant for this time of year. Have mercy on us all dear Mother Nature! Lol. At least there was a bright side for you in that you had awesome accommodations at Beach Life and communication with us was delightful during your stay. We really loved the floor plan of this condo. Large living area and well equipped kitchen. The unit was spotless. Huge patio and easy walk to the beach. Our only negative was instead of a railing around the patio there was a solid concrete wall and you couldn’t see the Gulf while sitting. Good location.

Yes, that big ole' wall can make it a little harder to see the water even with the high top chairs and table that is provided. But, as a whole like you stated, it is a great condo. Stays more than 25 nights must be paid in full 120 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy is also different than shorter stays - inquire before booking for more info.
We are more than happy to setup payment plans as you may need, so long as the final payment is paid before the due date. Contact our office to coordinate your payment plan.
We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
