Don't look any further, this condo is amazing! This was our first visit to the Destin area and I'm already thinking about relocating full-time lol.
Jolene gave us very clear and accurate instructions for our check in. When we arrived we headed directly to our room where there was a keyless entry (there is no front desk to check in) which was great after our long flight in.
The condo was immaculate and very well maintained. Zero complaints! Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Master bathroom has a soaking tub, the other 2 bedrooms had full bathrooms also.
The main reason I chose this condo was because of the views. There's a wrap around balcony so you can see the gulf while cooking or lounging in the living room.
The view of the gulf directly from the king sized bed in the master bedroom was my favorite place to be. Absolutely breathtaking!
The beach is a—
block away. There's a small restaurant downstairs that we really enjoyed. Food was pretty good and there was live entertainment. On Sunday we watched the football games and had adult beverages. There's a restaurant called Acme that had a creole theme with really good food and the best prices compared to the other restaurants in town. This restaurant was in walking distance from the property.
My favorite restaurant was Brotula which was at the Harbour Walk in Destin. A bit pervert but did and service was excellent.
We looked at other locations to stay while visiting the area but this place was perfect for my family of 4. The drive to Destin took about 10 mins depending on traffic.
We didn't have any issues while staying at this property but Jolene checked on us and she was a wonderful host.
The weather was cool at times so we didn't get a chance to do any watersports so we're planning a trip for next summer and I pray this property is still available.
Everywhere we went the people were very cordial and the energy was great.

Welcome To Ariel Dunes at the Seascape Resort of Miramar Beach
180 degree unobstructed gulf views. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the beautiful emerald coast from the large main balcony. With views all the way to Harbor walk, you can relax and watch the stunning fireworks display from your main balcony. Enjoy unobstructed views of the on site 18 hole golf course, as well as stunning bay views, and take in the Baytown wharf fireworks display from the secondary balcony.The space3 bedrooms including 1 king bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, 1 Queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, and a twin over full bedroom with direct access to a 3rd full guest bathroom. Additionally, a pullout sofa bed is located in the living room with panoramic gulf views.
House Rules:
MUST BE 25 years or older to rent-NO exceptions
We hope you love our condo as much as we do, as it is also our home.
Please be mindful to leave sand outside the condo. There is a vacuum and broom in the closet next to the front door for easy cleanup if needed.

Do not wipe Makeup with towels.
Check in/Check out:
Check IN is 4 pm. Check OUT is 10 am. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of $75/hr. after 10 am. Prior to checking out, we ask you to kindly put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash, empty the refrigerator and take out the garbage.
**Don’t forget to return remotes.
Parking:
One parking permit will be left in the condo for you. Additional parking permits can be purchased downstairs across from the Cabana Cafe.
Smoking:
Our unit is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony. No smoking of any type. This includes marijuana, cigarettes, vape pens or any other items. There is a $250 fee for smoking on premises.
Parties and Events:
THIS IS A NO-PARTY PLACE! If we get a complaint from the neighbors or security, you will be asked to vacate immediately without refund AND a $300 fine. No loud music or any type of noise is allowed after 10 pm.
Visitors:
No unregistered overnight guests allowed. Any unregistered guest will result in rental termination.
Noise:
Quiet time should be observed from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M
Please be respectful of neighbors.
Candles:
Candles unfortunately are a fire hazard and NOT allowed. Please use battery operated candles instead.
Laundry:
Please shake sand from beach towels outside before washing. Sand is very hard on our washer.
Garbage and recycling:
There is no daily housekeeping services. Garbage disposal needs to be done regularly so as to keep the condo smelling clean and bugs out.
Please empty trash in the Garbage shoot past the elevators.
Patio Deck area:
Please use this area responsibly. Monitor young children and toys.
Please do not hang anything over the balcony rails.
Pets:
No guest pets are allowed at Ariel Dunes due to HOA rules.
Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the Guest.
